Lake Norman Dodge They tell lies to the people

Lake Norman Dodge/Chrysler has more deception behind their 4 star rating than most car salesman...That's how they get that 4th star...Ain't that right, BILL.
In the middle 2000's, I decided to trade my vehicle in which only had 60, 000 miles for another and was looking at some used vehicles at Lake Norman Dodge that would keep me in the same payment range I already was in. At the time, they had a new salesman from Florida, named Donnie C...Donnie was trying to talk me into a lease program on a new ride and I had already been for-warned about lease programs...SO I was very reluctant...Now keep in mind, I got to their sales lot before they even opened on a Saturday...
OK...So here I am looking at used rides and I have Donnie trying to convince me to look at the new rides and get into a lease program that will keep the payments in my payment range. He went and got the keys to one of these new rides, which I found too large and too dashy, and we went riding which I didn't mind since I had a desire to drive one of these rides that look better on the out than in. Donnie had practically talked my husband into this deal but I wasn't falling for it...So off we go back to the sales lot on a hot summer's day...It's past lunch and I hadn't eaten anything yet...
I ground Donnie on the lease deals...He can't answer all my questions, so he goes and gets his manager...Was it Bill...I can't really remember, but I do remember his face because he sat across from me like he was the angel of car salesman...He insisted that Chrysler was offering a new lease program and mileage didn't count...I grilled and stood my ground and Donnie and Bill? was insistant that this was the prime deal for my situation...That mileage did NOT matter with this lease program...
I sat there all day while they went back and forth...My husband and I left briefly for some dinner as we were wore totally out...We went back after dinner and again I grilled Bill? as he was leading the show now...Donnie was exhausted also...He sat and smiled at us, assured us that mileage didn't count...
Well here it was getting close to closing and I had a 3 hour ride home...My husband was already swindled into their game and with the pressure I had endured all day and most the night, I asked and grilled again and was assured that mileage did NOT count on this lease program...Needless to say, I buckled and signed the papers...I was sooo exhausted that I barely remember the color of the financial man...Not that color matters to me but it would verify my dealings with them because there was a black and a white financial manager...But I know we dealt with the black and the white financial managers each at separate times as my husband was swindled into coming back and getting into a lease program with a truck...Again the mileage didn't matter and believe me, it was an issue because of my husband's job, he puts 60, 000 miles a year on his ride and the salesman KNEW THIS...IT WAS MADE A POINT...
Anyhow, my husband decides when his truck gets close to the required mileage to see if mileage counted...BINGO...Guess what it does...Needless to say, he traded it in and now since 2005 has paid $902.00 a month on a truck because of their lies...
Then I received a letter from Chrysler stating that I should be close to my mileage limit...I call Chrysler and asked them why they sent this letter cause of what Bill? & Donnie C. had told me about MILEAGE DOESN"T MATTER WITH THIS LEASE...And the nice lady on the other end, says..."Yes is does Mam, I'm looking at your lease agreement"...OH MY GOODNESS...I WAS SWINDLED AFTER ALL...
So I called Lake Norman Dodge...Angry of course...They tell me they are sorry for the inconvenience...(Not sorry for the lies)...That they have fired the certain people I dealt with a while back and they could trade me out...Making me feel they were sincere...NOT SO...I'm paying twice the amount for a smaller vehicle because I had to pay for the mileage...
WELL...I should've gone to an attorney from the get go...We were pushed under duress into this loan...We were tired and beat up by their all day antics and promises...BUT I didn't...
Then I get a bill in the mail for property taxes from the lease program and the leased TERROR had been gone since 2007 and it's 2010. So I call Bill and tell him I ate enough of their lies and have paid for it, I think Lake Norman Dodge should pay for this property tax bill...Bill says he'll check into it...Next Call, He'll have his girls check into it...Next Call, He'll have his financial manager check into it...NO CALL BACK FROM BILL...So when I decided to make one last call and hoping that for once there's one honest car dealership and car salesman left in this world, Bill informs me that "He don't see it happening"...
So for all of you who decide to reach out to Lake Norman Dodge because it's a four star dealership...Remember all the lies they tell people to get that 4th star...
I don't need your rebuttals either LND...You know what you did or you wouldn't have told me you fired those two that I dealt with...LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES...That's how you get your stars.
