Modern Motors Vehicle

Bought a vehicle in February 2020 as a trade in, only to find out it was a new sale... I currently paying for 2 cars and in additional the trade in gone wrong, I have 3 cars which I do not even need. what does the NCA say about over indebting customers?

During the sale of the vehicle, I was informed that the previous vehicle s account will be closed after 48 hours. We were then under Covid Lockdown and I couldn't get hold of the dealer until June. When I went to the dealer I was then informed that they will put the vehicle on their floor for the month. Well, I did not understand the idea of putting the car on the floor while I'm paying for it on a monthly whileas it should have been closed by February during the trade in. I then requested to communicate with the manager directly regarding the matter because I couldn't pay for 3 cars. They then informed me that there was no trade it but a new sale... I was very furious by the that time, I needed to get the car off their floor. I was looking for a buyer, I was referring customers to view the car but when they get there, they were advised to view another car similar to mine.

With this incident, I've realised that this dealership only care about a sale not customer affordability. The manager was not interested in complaint, every time I make an appointment with him, he is always busy with other customers, making me not important.

What happened to consumers right? 🤔

I will never in my life recommend anyone to buy a vehicle at Modern motor.

Modern Motors Suzuki sx4 gearbox cutting problem

Dear Customer Service,
Since 2017 I am complaining about my CVT gearbox as it makes repetitive cutting between speed 30 KM and 70 KM, the main service center of Modern Motors Egypt (your agent) after several trials of updating the gearbox's software, advised me that the gearbox should be replaced on Suzuki cost since it is manufacturing defect and since it is under warranty. They wrote this in my warranty book and since then they are not answering my calls to define a time to go and replace the defected gearbox. I kindly request your assistance to close this opened topic for a very long time.

Modern Motors Car

Dear Customer Service Team, Customer Service Team,

The dealership : suzuki egypt abo rawash,

Reference:

I am contacting you in order to express my concerns and raise a formal complaint regarding my vehicle service not being completed. This happened on October 7th, 2017.

To explain in more detail I delivered my car to the maintanence in egypt abo rawash branch after I had a sever accident the date of my car entry is 21/7/2017. they made their tests and everything and we made a deal for 45000 l. e to be paid for them... they told me your car will be finished in maximum 1 and half month. I called them alot to ask about my car condition they kept telling me everything is ok and they are working on it.. today 8/10/2017 I received a call from them telling me that some parts cant be found in egypt and they are going to import USED parts from japan.. I kept asking them how come you are the only suzuki provider in egypt and you cant have theoriginal parts... after 3 months now and my car still as it is without any changes.

To resolve this issue I would like you to contacting suzuki provider in egypt center abo rawash and find out llwhats really going on? and giving me another car until they ASAP finish mine.

I consider this a very serious issue which has caused me an unnecessary amount of aggravation. I would like a response within 3 days with a view to resolving this issue within 7 days. If these timescales are not met, I will have no hesitation in escalating my complaint.

Modern Motors 2015 nissan sentra

I purchased a phantom gray 2015 Nissan sentra needing it by a certain period for my work as I must supply transportation in order to work as my previous vehicle was totaled I decided to buy new being this country doesn't have the maxima (as I'm use to driving) and the 2015 Nissan qashqai had yet to be released I settled for the Sentra upon getting approval from my bank and paying the difference for the vehicle I returned to buy my insurance from them only to find the vehicle I was suppose to purchase had been sold they made me drive all the way to the head office for the company and upon my arrival did not want to refund the money I had paid and wanted me to wait another week to obtain my money I had paid after finding another dealership to deal with they then requested more money to install features to my vehicle as well as changed the color for me the insureance I had been sold was to cover 80% of my vehicle upon receiving the papers a month later my vehicle was hit and I was told the insurance covers only 75% of damage my car has been with them for more than 2 weeks and I have not obtained my equipment sold with the vehicle nor has my vehicle been repaired I complained about a speaker going out which nobody had filed the paper work for me I am gonna to send my paperwork and get my car back this week and send this problem to court unless Nissan is willing to resolve the mistakes the have made and compensate for my time wasted and the money I lost having to make daily trips to the dealership
