This number 1-346-358-6208 identified as National Dealer Services keeps calling me. Press 1 for a quote or on do not call list press 2. They keep calling even after pressing 2 over and over again from their unwanted calls. I would like to be a part of any class action law suite as my number is on the map do not call list.

National Dealer Services has been calling me at least 10 times a day for the last several months. When I try to call back they place my call on hold and then proceed to drop my inbound call. They claim to have a Do Not Call List, however they call despite my using it.They lie regarding my auto policy by insisting I do Not have one.
At this point their phone calls are purely harassment. Although I block the numbers they call from they simply call from another phone number. I am also on the Federal "Do Not Call List" ( both the Residential and commercial lists ) yet the Federal Government takes no action in stopping these unwanted calls.
Desired outcome: STOP Calling my phone
pussy
They call my cell phones 4 to 5 times a day. It does not matter if you hit remove my number or even try to talk to them they just hang up. I asked for a manager they hang up. You try calling back they answer and hang up. Yet they keep calling. This is a joke and it needs to stop. I know its their job but it is also their job to stop stealing numbers to make scam calls to.
Warranties
This company has been harassing me via telephone calls and messages for several weeks to date. I have called and texted them requesting them to discontinue all further attempts to contact me, and they simply have not done anything. I have even selected their "Do not call option" by pressing 1 on my telephone as directed by them. Please provide me some direction to resolve this dilemma.
Desired outcome: For them to cease any further correspondence with me
There is nothing you can do. We can and will continue to call you and text you until you buy one of our products. Then we will continue to call you to make sure you have the best product to suit your needs by offering you more products. We only care about your best interest!

Robo Call. Violation of Consumer Telecommunications Act. Calling cellphone, spoofing number, trying to get personal and financial information. No identification of company location or contact information.
Local tv station did a consumer reports on robo calls and collected over $6000 from companies that violated the act. https://youtu.be/PQbQn93emFI is the YT link to see the report.
autodial calls
I receive one to two calls every single day from National Dealer Services about my warranty (not an issue since I lease a 2018), I used to just click the remove me from your list but the exact same recording kept coming in with calls from different numbers. I started answering each one and waiting for an actual person but they just hang up. When you try to call the number back it says it is not in service. Just an Insane amount of harassment from this company.
I have been getting harassed for more than a year now since getting my new car! Lately it is this number that is calling me. 888.239.0555 Brandon is the name.. I asked who he was with and he hung up on me.. I called back and I got told I was a liar. LOL They call me in the early morning as well. Got a call at 4 AM once.
Is there a way to report them to the Secretary of State as to where we are receivign this harrassement ? FED UP!
Thanks
non stop unsolicited calling
Most recently I received a call from 616 208 9521,
the caller claimed to be with National Dealer Services after using very vulgar language when I asked Hello is there anyone there for the3rd time. I'm on the national do not call list. This number calls my phone all day every day. But doesn't leave a message and I've never called it back. I was in my car and answered my bluetooth today. I want to go after this company for harassment.
Please repost if you figure out how to go after them

The robo call calls me up to 5 times a day and says "press 2 if you wish to be remove from our call lists". I've done that part several times and they still call like nobody is even worried. When you press 1 to speak with someone, a rep gets on the phone immediately trying to control you by asking the question of what's your vehicle year make & model. I asked who they are calling for, the rep gets angry and starts raising his voice "hey, that's not how it works here". I informed the [censored] that if someone has a car in my name with my information, that I have the right to know! He said that I do not? Then starts telling me how stupid I am; which I am ready to press criminal charges & sue! I spoke to several dialer reps calls later, and all cant share that information of what call nor can they share who they are calling to speak with! Its automatic asking a question.
unsolicited calls
I continue to get these irritating phone solicitations from National Dealer Services to extend my cars vehicle warranty. I have asked to be placed on the do not call list, but that doesn't work. I block calls from the numbers soliciting to extend my warranty, but I get a repeat call from a different number ranging from out of state calls to local number...

They will not stop calling me even after I have opted out numerous times. Most recent was at 2:54 PM 8/7/18 calling from [protected] and of course when you call the number back it says the number is not a working number. I hit 1 so I could actually talk to someone and the woman on the line said she was going to make sure it continued to call me because she didn't like me getting upset with her after she told me it wasn't her problem its an automated system that calls the number and it doesn't know that it has called several times so she told me Opting out does me no good.
phone calls up to five a day
these people don't know the meaning of no they keep calling I block and they use a different number every time I have blocked over 200 numbers starting with 804 -242 I tell them no and NO and keep getting calls just got one the tenth of the day [protected] I will block this one and they will start tomorrow over using different numbers I would change my number but why its mine and they need to get lost
vehicle warranty
I have received several phone calls from this company telling me that my warranty is about to expire. I have told them to remove my number from their call list and that I am registered with the National Do Not Call registry but they continue to call. When I tell them I am registered, they hang up. I have called back and asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and they hang up each and every time. Is there anything else that can be done?
Does anyone have the phone number or website to these people? When I asked for a website they hung up immediately. I called the spam number back and it was the phone number to an elementary school a few towns over from me. I am getting worried (and pretty annoyed). I want to do something about this... Any ideas or leads?
National dealer services has also been calling me for the last 6 months. I have told them no since the first call. I have also blocked all their numbers and they continue to call from another number each time. I am now filing a complaint every time they call with the fcc. I take their name they give if that's real and the company name and the time of the call. I have been nice. I have been very professional and even cussed a few of them. They will not stop calling. I have even just acted totally stupid telling them my mileage was currently sitting at zero. They were telling me they would add me to the do not call list. I asked one [censored] did they pass the do not call list around the office a couple times a day and call anyways. I will devote my time to find out how to stop this. I have a lot of time on my hands currently. I called one dummy 80 times the other day just to tie up the line in hopes that they wouldn't be able to call any one else with out interruption. BS company and I hope that no one is giving them their money. I willing to be the warranty isn't even real. Sounds like a scam company. One dummy even told me she would call me again later so now they have some brave [censored]es that are willing to admit that they will continue to harass me.
I have went so far as to tell them the truck was sold two months ago even changed all my numbers on on star which is were they get there info and from the dealer I also talked to the dealer they said no they don't give it out its the DMV there full of CRAP DMV will never give out my or your info on autos or trucks it all comes from dealer making more money off you and me buy selling our info next time I get a new auto they want get the correct numbers may give them the AAA number
telemarketing calls to dnc number
I've had multiple calls from National Dealer Services even though I'm on the national DNC list. I commonly receive 3 to 5 per day; often back-to-back. The numbers vary (e.g. [protected], [protected], [protected], etc.) but all are 'ghost numbers' (directory services cannot connect back to these numbers). I have elected to be placed on their DNC list...

I am on the national do not call registry. This company repeatedly calls me in an effort to scam me in to buying a warranty. The call begins with a recorded message, in a semi-threatening tone, warning me that I have been contacted repeatedly about my expired car warranty and this "is the last opportunity I have" to purchase an extended warranty. Each time...

National car cure LLC is out of west palm beach and illegally places robocalls to people daily regarding extended vehicle contract which are a complete bogus scam
National car cure is in the business of placing illegal robocalls by constantly violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act which states you can not robo dial cell phones unless for 3 reasons. You give consent or an emergency that’s it. Been trying to bury this company
National Dealer Services robocalled me today at 12:14. Today is SATURDAY, May 22 2021. Robocalls are illegal on Saturday and Sunday. The number they used today was three four six four two one three four four four. I called it back and got a recording offering me the opt out option, so it is a business number, not a home number and is not protected. If any officer of the court would like to contact me about testifying to the facts posted here, please feel free to do so. If NDS would like to have a legal representative sit down in person with me and offer me an acceptable settlement amount not to sue them, I might be willing to consider it, and remember, time is money.

These people are mentally ill who are making these calls. How do they afford to keep making the calls? As soon as I asked the name of the company and said I needed to write it down, the woman hung up. I called back and said I would like to finish the call and a man picked up after multiple attempts by me to call them back and hearing a "minute waltz" message followed by a hanging up. One time a man came on the phone but I made the mistake of asking him how to get me set for no more calls. I should have asked him for more information about who they are. Call [protected] to reach the minute waltz loonies who called me. And it's actually the company because once a guy picked up out of my ten tries and he explained when I asked what they do that it's about offering a warranty to pick up after my car warranty ends. I then told him I would like to set my account to never ever get another call. Immediately he hung up. This means that they are insane. They want to keep calling people who don't want to talk to them because their out of their minds crazy. They want to be abused and yelled at by people who told them multiple times to leave us alone. They deserve everything that comes to them, every lawsuit, every expletive, every practical joke because THEY THEMSELVES have utter contempt for YOU and your privacy. They KNOW they are hated and they do this as a joke themselves. They don't want to talk to anyone. They just want to call and hang up on you. How they afford this, god knows. It is their mission in life to call people and hang up all day long.
Has anyone actually done business with this company? Anything in writing from them or electronic transaction? They are harassing me also, but trying to track them down via phone and report them is useless. We need a paper trail or electronic transactions to report them to the authorities, since they spoof phone numbers.
Scammed one of their specialists into thinking he was about to close a juicy sale. Kept them on line for about 1/2 an hour. Hee hee ha ha, wasting their time. Don't ask about their identity too early. When the guy coughed, I acted concerned for his health and asked where he was located. He told me the truth. Ah! Got location. Next lead him to believe I was very interested in this deal. When you talk to them make sure to ask them to repeat things several times (you're old or hard of hearing). That eats alot of time. Here is their address: National Dealers Warranty Service, 2701 Harbor Blvd E-2 # 38, Costa Mesa. They do not publish their phone number but I would really like to talk to them.
I did the same, then told the person I had my MBA, she said she couldn't believe it because I sounded slow. Way to make a deal. I told her I was just playing dumb to waste her time.
"National Dealer Service" (NOT the same as Interstate) is another name for National Auto Protection Corporation out of West Palm Beach.
The company managers are:
Mr. William T. Finneran, Director
Mr. Gustavo Renny, Director
Ms. Mindi Gruby, Controller
Collectively they run a few other sketchy businesses. It's also pretty easy to find the employees of this company on LinkedIn as inexplicably they are proud of working there.
Also file complaints with the FTC. Eventually they'll have to do something... right?

MArcus is the rude guy that keeps calling me. I asked for his number this time and he said "What? You want to call me or something?" then hung up. Last time I asked him to tell me the car info they were calling about and same guy said, "what? you don't know your own car?"
I plan on having fun with this since they won't take me off the do not call and I can't find away to legit complain.
Person will not stop calling and have requested to be placed on do not call 20 times or more. This has been happening for 2 years now at least 3 times a day. Dale Kramer at [protected] is the owner of this company. Call Floridas Attorney General at [protected] with complaints.
