Fraud
I got an email from them today, a whole year after I cancelled my credit card because they were charging extra to it...and never delivering a product! It's unbelievable that they are now threatening me to turn me over to a collections agency! This is a bigger scam than I thought! About 9 months ago, I received a free trial of a teeth whitening product. Later I was billed each month for $89.00 I called and complained. It was very difficult to reach anyone. My credit card company got on the phone with me and I told these people at Purely White I never signed up for their program, I never wanted any monthly delivery of products. The person claimed that's what I had signed up for. I said I had no knowledge of this. They took it off my card and refunded some money. Now, today, I received a letter from another company (it's always a different name) claiming I owe them $139.95. HA! HA! What a joke. This company already fooled me once. . What can I do?
The letter they sent..I have no way to scan it into the computer. They threaten how it'll adversely affect my credit if I ddont pay them...I am pissed off.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
