I have found 3 fraudulent charges on my credit card, all from Nature Cleanse. I have not ordered any free samples, I have not subscribed to anything and, more strikingly, the credit card that got charged was just received (I don't remember to get the chance to activate it). The first charge was 3.87 dollars, the second one was a foreign transaction fee of...

Nature Cleanse fraud and touted by oprah

I am sooo aggravated! I ordered the free trial that was advised by oprah and coupled with acai... I have charges on my account that total almost $500! We all have to be sure that we do not let this go... And we keep pushing! I have a girls name melissa (they wont give their last names) and her employee number is 21412 (which is probably not right too)! I have cancellation codes, confirmation numbers, ive faxed my bank statements showing the incorrect charges they made... And I keep getting the run around! Who do I speak with! Its crazy... If anyone else is having this problem twitter, facebook etc so it does not happen again! Im going to email oprah as well!

Nature Cleanse unauthorized credit card charge

The company claims that Opray Winfrey uses this product. They offer a free months supply for only the cost of shipping$2.49. They do send you the product and charge your charge card for the $2.49. Then 10 days later they charge you $88.00 for the bottle of pills. If you look at the packing slip it does have the $2.49 charge paid but in small print - You will have 14 days from your order date (8/12/2009) to evaluate the product. You will be billed $88 on the 15th day of your order. I was charged on 8/25/09.

My bank called me to report that an unusual company had charged my account.

Otherwise, I would not have known about the charge. I did not authorize this charge nor was I told when I ordered the item that i only had 14 days to try it.

Nature Cleanse unauthorized use of debit card

First of all, I don't know how they got my debit card number, because I only use it at the Bank's ATM machine. Moreover, my account has been debited for one charge of $88 and two charges of $93.95. I have replaced my debit card with a new one and filed a fraud complaint with my local bank. The bank representative told me that there has been an increase in this type of scam activity of late, but are at a loss to explain how they got my debit card number.

Nature Cleanse qustionable company ethics/lack of easily visible and clear conditions of trial.

To begin,

My husband ordered what was supposed to be a free trial of a supplement called "Nature Cleanse." The site boasted how beneficial the use of the product could be in regards to colon health. For only the price of shipping (5.95 i believe) a one months supply of the supplement would be sent as a trial. My husband informed me he ordered the product and when i examined my bank account i did notice the debit of 5.95 from the company for which he ordered. I had no reason to question my husbands ordering of the product assuming he knew what he was getting into. The product arrived and a week into testing i noticed a charge of $88.00 in our account. Noticing the recipient of said fee i immediately questioned my husband if he had any knowledge or possibility of such a charge when ordering "Nature Cleanse" Shocked he replied "NO!" and quickly went to the website he ordered from to gather what information i could as to how something like this could occur. Remembering vaguely seeing the site briefly when my husband told me he was ordering this product i couldn't recall seeing anything that stated such a charge. Had there been, my husband wouldn't have ordered it, nor would i have encouraged or supported him to order it. The site was just as i remembered and said nothing on the main page about any other charge other than the shipping and handling required to ship the product. Stunned i just began clicking on every link on the site i could to gather information...finally at the very bottom of the ordering page in small letters was "terms and conditions" (this link was nowhere on the main page, but only on the ordering page) clicking on that gave me all the underhanded details of this supposed "free trial" You had 14 days on which to decide if the product was right for you. if you liked the product you can do nothing and $88.00 would be charged to your card for your first months supply (so much for the bottle being free) then you continue to receive the product for a price of 88.00 per 1 month supply using the card they had on file. If you were dissatisfied, you had 14 days in which to call and cancel any future shipments. I recall when he received the pills in the mail in a bubble envelope with a small brochure describing the supplement and it's benefits. Interested i read the brochure myself with him. NOWHERE did it state one had 14 days on which to decide satisfaction/dissatisfaction of the trial, nor did it state any other charges should you not cancel within a certain time frame. it certainly didn't mention a price tag of $88.00 even if one was satisfied with the product.

my thoughts are this.

1: when you are given a trial sample of an entire months supply one would be inclined to assume they would have that month in which to decide. The months supply bottle is stated as "free" and not something that would have to be paid for in 14 days. False advertising at it's most blatant. Otherwise a 2 week sample should've been sent.

2:This product fails to show me how it's worth is even close to $88.00. for that price this product must not only effectively and expeditiously clear out my colon, but also wipe my ### for me when i'm done! I would like to know how they could consciously charge that obscene of an amount for supposed "Natural" ingredients. It occurs to me why they didn't readily divulge that information in plain view because any sane person would know better than to waste that much of their hard earned money on something so obviously not worth it.

dismayed and irritated at the insult to my intelligence i called the number provided.

I'll condense the conversation short because in it's entirety i'd have to charge you for the side show it actually was.

first, the representative barely spoke english (HUGE annoyance to me) I expressed my concern for the charge stating that even by it's websites terms i had not yet surpassed the 14 day trial to even be charged. I explained i thought their standards and practices underhanded and illegal..nothing was clearly stated on the conditions of the trial, and the price was incredibly excessive..but that aside it took me 15 min to finally get the operator to understand that i wanted nothing more to do with the product and to cancel whatever account had been set up at the time of ordering. She incessantly tried to offer other products, wanted a critique of the product blah blah blah. then finally frustrated with me not responding to her questions with anything other than "cancel the account" she states "what do you want me to do?" .."ARE YOU KIDDING ME? what have i been saying over and over? NO, i dont want to try any other products, NO i dont want more of the nature cleanse, NO i dont wish to answer a few questions about my exposure to the product. are you seriously asking me that question? what do i want you to do? ...i'll tell you what i want you to do, i want you to connect me with your supervisor." She replies "she cant come to the phone, she is busy" "hmmm ok then i want the number to your corporate office so that i can speak to someone about my disdain for it's product and it's company ethic." She then states "we can't give you that information" ...well this really set me off, and to conclude this ###ic situation without subjecting you to my way of getting things done..45 minutes later, i not only spoke to her supervisor, but was offered a refund. 5 to 7 working days she says it could possibly take. Still however, the corporate office number was never given. Should i not receive my refund as agreed to, i WILL do what i have to do to ensure not only MY satisfaction in knowing i'm properly reimbursed and severed from any further transactions..but for others as well. It's amazing to me how they can manipulate a hard working, tax paying, consumer that only wanted to try a product this company touted as "healthy" and possibly a colon cancer preventive. I wonder how the actors that are discussing colon cancer on their website as a marketing tool (but never directly name the product) would feel if they knew what shady ideals this company stood for. Writing to Oprah (whos name appears on your page and i've taken a screen shot should it suddenly be removed) might get media attention when she discredits your company on national television. First stop..the Better Business Bureau. then consider how to begin a class action law suit. My refund had better show up is all i'm saying.

to those of you who also have been taken advantage of by this company i suggest you don't rest until your voice is heard. There is strength in numbers yes...but sometimes just one can make a difference, if some work is applied.

good luck to everyone who has dealt with this company, and i hope that you all get the word out to put this company in it's place..either by forcing them to make their stipulations more clear as easily visible, or by putting it out of business entirely.

Nature Cleanse being billed before I get product

I placed an order for Nature Cleanse on May 18th. I never received the product. On June 22nd I recieved a bottle of Nature Cleanse and was billed for it on June 17 according to my bank statement. How could I be charged $93.95 for a product that I never got to try for the 14 day trial period? I have contacted the customer service department at [protected] and requested that $93.95 be billed back to my account. I also canceled before anymore bottles were shipped. My cancellation number being CG4734219. So my question is, when will the money be put back into my account?

Nature Cleanse still charged me $89 after I cancelled

Nature Cleanse charged my credit card even after I cancelled my order. Over a month ago today 6/28/2009, I responded to Nature Cleanse tv advertisement by calling the toll free number on the screen. After I gave my credit card information to charge for free trial to pay only the $5.95 shipping, I was told by the woman on the phone that my card will be charged every month for monthly supply of the product. I told the woman "No!" I don't want any company to charge my card every month. I just had the same problem with another company. I don't want to go through that again. I thought that ended it. Yesterday, I was going to pay my credit card balance. I called my credit card company to get the pay off amount. I was shocked when I found out there is a pending charge of $88 and $1 on my account by Nature Cleanse. I told the credit card representative that those charges are unauthorized. She said I need to call their claim department to dispute those charges once the charges are posted. For the meantime, I also need to contact Nature Cleanse to dispute those charges. That is dirty business. If this complain board can help file my claim I would greatly appreciate it. Please help. If you need more information, you can reach me at my cell phone number [protected] or by E-mail at argemy.[protected]@us.army.mil. Thank you!

Nature Cleanse unable to cancel/unauthorized charge

I spoke to someone about the products after seeing them on their website. After finding out how much it cost, I declined to order. Then they offered 2 bottles for $2.49 each and said I could cancel within 14 days to avoid further charges and orders. I tried many times to get through, and never could. On the 15th day they charged my bank account $88.00. Listed beside the transaction on my bank website was a different phone number. I called it and got a representative who said it was too late to stop the charge, but they would send me another bottle if I wished. I declined, and told her I would be calling my bank initiate a charge back on my Visa Debit card. She said it would be declined because I didn't call with the 14 day period according to their "terms and conditions". I told her I tried repeatedly to call the number on my packing slip, but couldn't get through within the 14 days, and that I would be calling Visa to initiate the charge back regardless of her opinion. The operator was Asian, and communication with her was very difficult. She acted like she couldn't understand me, but I think she could understand me perfectly. They act that way to make it more difficult.

I did initiate the charge back, and had to block my current Visa debit card to prevent further unauthorized charges. I will now have to have a new account number and wait 14 days for a new card. I've learned my lesson. I will never order any more products like this again. Does the product work? I have not lost weight after one and a half weeks, but it did help constipation. I did not notice an increase in energy. Way too much money for a stool softener.

Nature Cleanse they won't stop calling me

I ordered the free trial, and before it was even shipped, they called me. Some guy who had broken English, so it was hard already, then he went into a sales spiel about "wouldn't it be great to get more?" I said no, I haven't even tried it yet. He didn't listen, just continued to try and push me to order more. I finally snapped at him and said I only want the trial! Then he tried to ask me for my credit card number over the phone. I had already supplied that online when I placed the order. I told him I had to go and hung up.

The next guy called two days later, broken English, and said he was confirming my shipment. The HE went through the sales talk. I cut him off and said no, I'll contact you after I try the sample. He wouldn't shut up, so I hung up.

The third one called, mind you, I haven't gotten the product yet, and I couldn't understand anything he was saying except Nature Cleanse, so I knew it was them again. I snapped from the beginning and told him I'm tired of them calling, take me out of their database and don't ever call me again, then I hung up. I saw the caller ID when he tried to call back about an hour later, I didn't answer and no message.

So, I got the product, and don't really have a desire to even try it. If they are so desperate to get you to buy more, then they're only doing it for the money. I don't trust them. Then they made the mistake of calling me a fifth time! I said the "f" word so many times, told him I'm going to sue them, take me out of their database or it's going to get worse you worthless #@*&!

That's when I decided to look them up, and at least get the word out there that they are ruthless in trying to get more money out of you. I realized when I read the other comments about Nature Cleanse that it was a blessing that I changed my card number last week since there was another scam I became a victim of, stolen identity. The upside, Nature Cleanse / Pure Nutrients can charge me another dime!

Nature Cleanse unauthorized bank drafts

Tried the "free" sample. Called within 4 days to cancel. The said it was cancelled in April. May 29th they charged my bank account $93.95; called again, they confirmed that it had been canceled and said they would refund my money in 5-7 business days. Checked my bank account 6/15/09 and they had stolen another $93.95 from me even though I had double cancellation confirmation numbers and a credit confirmation number. Offices are only open M-F and close at 5 pm EST. Convenient! Was on hold for over 45 minutes first time I called and about 30 minutes 2nd time I called. My bank paid it even though they had been told not to and they said that probable someone in Nature Cleanse office accidently hit debit instead of credit. Doesn't help someone that barely lives pay day to pay day.

I totally agree! I went to this site to see if this product didn't work for some people. For Example: They didn't loose the weight they were hopping to. There was not comment of that... Just A bunch of people blameing the company because they don't know how to read. It's sad, they say your scaming them when in realality their scaming you... Sorry you have to put up with that every day.

Nature Cleanse unauthorize credit card charges

This company made an unauthorized charge on my credit card. When I called them, the representative told me that I needed to cancel within 14 days from the date of product order, if not, the $88.00 will be charged to the credit card.
This is a SCAM! It takes several days for the delivery of the product, and then another few days to try the product to see if it works or not. I wrote a letter and demanded a refund for the money that they charge my credit card. If they fail, the letter and a complaint will be forwarded to the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce in Florida.
Their advertisement on e-mail blasts is for a 30 day trial bottle..

Same EXACT thing happened to me! 5.95 for a 30-day trial; then an 88.00 charge 13 days later from OVERSEAS. I call the 2 numbers on the credit card [protected] for the 5.95 charge in NY; and call [protected] for the OVERSEAS 88.00 charge) and guess what...I get the SAME EXACT voice answering machine, same message for hours of business! These are connected to each other and a RIP OFF SCAM!

Nature Cleanse deceit

I ordered what i thought was a "free" sample bottle of their product. I only had to pay $5.95 shipping and handling, as advertised, which i did. After placing an order on the 15th, it was well over a week before the product arrived. in fact, 10 days. the product was not even postmarked until the 22nd and arrived on the 25th. i did not open the shipment until four days later and still did not notice a problem until the next morning a charge appeared on my credit card for $88.00 from Purenut Nature cleanse. In reading through the fine print that they sent along with the product, they state that there is a 14 day trial period and if you are satisified with the product, do nothing and you will be charged $88.00 for your monthly supply. they state that If you call within that period of time, you can cancel. I tried to call (30th) and they were closed for the weekend. i called first thing monday morning. and spoke with a representative and got no cooperation. she just kept stating the "14 day trial period". i had the product 4 days. They would not cancel, they would not refund. this is deceit. this is a scam. read the fine print, or better yet don't order the product. i would not have if i had known about the fine print and $88.00 for a small bottle of dietary supplements?

When in fact, now my account has been charged an additional $93.95, without my or any other authorization! I called Nature Cleanse on June 30, 2017 several time and when I called the order number they pick up and talked to a Jason Dean in Arizona " at least that's who he said he was" and informed him that I was sending the product back to them and please do not bill my debt card the $88.00 and he informed me that I called two days before the trail period ended and they would not bill my debt card and that he was going to email me confirming this and on July 3, 2017 they billed my debt card for $89.00. I am so upset, someone please help!

I called the day I received the product as I had left for a graduation on the other side of the state and had to attend family week at a rehab center. I was gone 1 week only and when I got home I noticed the bag with the product and called the company to cancel however I guess that their 14 days equal 7 days by their calendar because I was charged $88.00 via my credit card and when I called to dispute this I was informed that they do not give refunds and I and SOL. I am very disappointed in this company. thank you

I ordered a free trial from the internet. Paid Shipping and Holding of $5.95 for 30 day supply. I have yet to open the 1st bottle to try product due to travel. Now I get a second bottle with auto billing after 12 days-fine print on shipping form that I have read now when I finally opened the package. I called to cancel the future automatic orders immediately and offered to return both unopened bottles to remove the charges for the 2nd bottle. The customer service rep said "your request is impossible" and "there is nothing you can do." So basically I paid $100 for 2 bottles of product I haven't even tried yet and I don't want. The consumer should be able to return product and get credit.

I did receive my free trail and I do not want any more. You have alredy charged my bank accont for $88 dollars and I have only had for 6 day. This is a request to cancel my order from this day forward. Do not send me any more and do not bill my checking account. I did not see in the free trial that you would send me any more, that I have 30 days free trail which is not true.

Company advertised a free bottle of their product - the only thing you have to pay for is the shipping. I authorized the shipping charge on their website. When I got my credit card statement a month later it had two charges one for $88.00 (for the initial free trial) and one for $93.95 for the second bottle coming (both showing up under two different company names). I called the company to complain and they said they were a "no return and no refund company". I got the run around and finally had to file a complain with my credit card company and BBB. THIS IS A SCAM in the worse sense! Please tell everyone and anyone to AVOID this company and their products!

I received a supposedly thirty day trial of Nature Cleanse. It came in a box with nothing but the bottle, no paperwork of any kind telling me that it was actually a fourteen day trial period. There also is nothing on the bottle even in fine print telling me this, however after fourteen days I received an $88 dollar charge to my account. I called to get my money back an send the product back, but the lady I talked to said she could not give me my refund, and that it says right on the bottle that it was a fourteen day trial . This is clearly a SCAM and I do not appreciate it at all. I want my money back, I will gladly send the product back as it has done nothing for me. Times are tough right now and the last thing I need is to get ripped off, all they did was give me a false hope that the product would help and that it was truly free for thirty days. I did manage to cancel the trial so they no longer have my permission to charge my account, however I still want my money refunded.

I stupidly responded to a pop-up advertisement for NatureCleanse. It offered a "trial sample" of this stuff that's supposed to work wonders. Listen when I say it DOESN"T! I paid $5.95 and figured what the heck - it's a sample. This company up and charged me $89 on my credit card - unbeknownst to me. I called and raised hell with them and they pretty much have the attitude "screw you". They refused to give any refund whatsoever. I'm notifying the Better Business Bureau. Please listen and do not order from this company - Pure Nutrients Products and don't try this worthless product "Nature Cleanse". You will waste your money and the frustration of dealing with a "customer service" department that hangs up the phone laughing!

I ordered a nature cleanse paid $5.95 for shipping, I received the product on may 19, 2017, four days later after taking the pills I started to get sick to my stomach, I called customer service on May 26, 2017, t0 cancel the 14day trial, the representative told me that the 14 day trial was already over, I ask her how can that be possible I've had it for only 7 days, she responded the 14 day trial starts when I ordered the product. I read the service agreement very carefully and I know for sure that information was not on there, I am asking for a full refund of $5.95 for shipping, $40.00 first shipment, $88.00 supply. I have not received a shipment for any of this Iam though getting charges on my bank account and if if any case I receive I will return it as soon as possible,
Thank you

This company offers a 14 day free trial period but charges your account after 9 days. It takes 6 days to receive the product that is being shipped from their warehouse. So, when you call to cancel before the supposed 14 trial is over, your account has already been charges $88. They do not refund this money. Instead they give you a website to go to and place a complaint and maybe you will get a refund. This is a pure SCAM! The product doesn't work at all. I want my money back!

Nature Cleanse refund of $ 88.00

I want a full refund of $ 88.00, I did not open this bottle so I will be sending it back, I used Acai pure formula and got massive abdominal craps for 10 days and when I tryed to call your company I would be on hold for 20 to 21 minutes and thats cause when I pressed to cancel press 2, no one would even come on the line, I had to use my cell phone on the other hand to call again and press # 1 to reorder then after 22 minutes at least some one came on and I was still on hold on the other line, Bad customer service, Just send me back the 88.00 ASAP and let me know where to send back your product

WHY THIS IS NOT A SCAM and WHY YOU SHOULD JUST READ the TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These terms are very clearly listed in a big grey box which is larger than the box you enter in yur credit card info. I have included pictures to verify this. Unfortunatley most people do not read it, so here they are once again:

Natural Cleanse Terms and Conditions for Free Trial-----Read them and you will understand why this is not a scam

When you order the Free Trial of Natural Cleanse your credit card will be charged only $5.95 shipping and handling.
As part of the trial period, you will receive a one month supply of Natural Cleanse and you will have 14 days from your original purchase date to decide if Natural Cleanse is right for you. If you are enjoying Natural Cleanse, then do nothing and at the end of your 14 day trial period your credit card will be charged the full price of $88.00 for your first month's supply.
If you find Natural Cleanse is not right for you, simply contact our Customer Service Department to cancel your membership within 14 days of your original order date and you will not be charged any additional fees (you will have only been charged the $5.95 for shipping and handling).
Approximately 30 days from your original purchase date and every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another one month supply of Natural Cleanse and your credit card on file will be billed $88.00 plus $5.95 shipping and handling.
Limit one trial offer per household.
You may cancel your membership at any time by simply contacting customer service. Please remember, most customers see most noticeable results by using Natural Cleanse consistently for 3 months.

You may contact our customer service department via our toll free phone number1-[protected] Customer Service representatives are available Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST.

Please note that no refunds are given on any products that have been already shipped.

PLEASE NOTE:

You must cancel membership auto ship orders prior to next shipment.
Packages marked "Return To Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded.

I am very familiar with Acai Berry, It is not a colon detox. As far as calling us twice, .. after holding for 10 minutes the system will instruct you of an email addr you can cancel through. We are very busy and can not determine the hold times so we do provide you with another option. If you were unable to wait up to 10 min. you would not have heard the message. I apologise for the hold time, again you may request a refund through the claims department at claims department@purenutrientsproducts.com

We are not related to the Acai Berry Company and you did not call prior to the 15th day to cancel, there is no reason to return the product as per terms and conditions:

Nature Cleanse '14-day free trial ripoff'

I ordered a 14 day trial of this stuff and cancelled on the 14th day. I was told that the onlycharge to my card would be the shipping - $5.99. Hey, when I checked my statement my card had been charged $88.

Their 'system' mysteriously had logged my order 24 hours earlier than actual. Also, it took five calls - four of which were cut off - to get through to a ### called Todd who tried to convince me that their 'system' never failed.

In short, these people are con artists. So do not be folled into taking their 'free trial'.

When you get to the website for the 'free trial' you will find that there are only 47 more left. Interesting?

WHAT ADDS INSULT TO INJURY IS THAT THE DAMN STUFF DOESN'T WORK!

Brian

I ordered the trail sample of Nature Cleanse, when it arrived I read that they are going to debit my account $88.00 on the 15th day. I called thier number [protected] and stayed on hold over 30 muintues then I disconnected the call. This is a terrible way to do business. I can not get anyone on the phone to cancel now. I was not aware of any additional fees when I ordered this product. This is a rip off and should be stopped.

I ordered the nature cleanse and was told I only had to pay shipping and handling. But they ended up charging me full price for 2 more shipments of $88.00 each when I had already cancelled any further shipments! Also, one of the numbers they gave me didn't work, it would just hang up automatically. Not pleased at all and a total fraud.

RIPOFF! RIPOFF! RIPOFF! I can't say enough how misleading this company is. "14 Day Trial Period" Yeah, right. They charged my bank account within 10 days of my receiving the product and, of course, that's not an adequate time to determine anything. Then when I called Customer Service, I just kept getting the same runaround, over and over and over. They do teach their people well to keep repeating the same ridiculous spiel over and over. Their "supervisor" is speaking with another colleague and they are soooo busy right now. One, there probably is no supervisor and two, if they are busy, it's because they are ripping people off! With ingredients such as Cascara sagrada bark, aloe leaf, flax seed, marshmallow root, peppermint leaf, slippery elm bark, and rhubarb root...I'll be going to GNC and getting my own ingredients instead of paying for someone to rip me off! Save your time and money...stay far away from this scam!

I ordered a trial of Nature Cleanse and tried to cancel the product prior to having the automatic order shipped but could not get anyone to answer the the phone number. The three options on the phone were: press one if you are in your trial period; press 2 if your trial period has passed; press 3 if you wish to order additional supplies. I held for over 30 minutes on #1 and well over an hour on #2 and did not call #3. No one ever picked up the phone; in fact, it sounded like someone continually pressed the hold button to keep the music going. I don't want the product but was charged over $88 for something I could not cancel. Since the websites do not offer any way to cancel the product I must now cancel my credit card since I refuse to pay for this product in the future. These people deserve to be shut down by the better business bureau. All I can say is stay away from this scam.

I singed up for the free trial offer for nature cleanse, at the end of the initial sing up process I was sent an Email for the the sipping department telling me that my credit card co. did not participate in free trial offers and that they were sorry that I could not try their product via this offer. In the Email they told me that for clients like me they offer for me to try their Ebay store that I would be able to purchase the product there. So I did, I went the the ebay site and I bought 2 bottles of natures cleanse for $35.00 dollars where they charge almost $ 100.00 dollars for one bottle.(so everyone that wants to try this product get it at ebay don't pay almost $100.00) After I received the decline Email I checked my bank acc. and I noticed that they had charged me the 5 dollar shipping and hand. I called them and asked to refund me what they had taken from my acc. due to the fact that I was denied the enrollment. The shipping charge did not get returned and two days ago I received my first shipment of the Nature Cleanse product at $ 94.00 dollars. I called them and had them cancel my account, when and if you guys decide to cancel get a comf # from them and ask if they have bill for the next shipment. They also told me that they do not have an Ebay store and that they never sent me an Email stating my decline in service and that they would never send anyone to ebay, I offered to fax the email they sent me and they did not want to even discuss it. So please if you haven't ordered yet try buying from Ebay if you want to satisfy your curiosity about this product. As for me it is my opinion that this product does not work and their are better products at you local health food store. Good luck every one and I hope this helps some of you thinking about purchasing from from this company.

Do NOT order this product. They say it's a 30 day trial period and you are only paying S&H. It takes them almost a month to get you the products and before you have time to try them, they hit your CC with an $89 charge. If you call to cancel, you will be on hold for over 20 minutes then they will NOT refund your money.

I ordered the 14 day free trial of this product, tried to cancel it and it's virtually impossible. They have taken money out of my checking account for $88.00 plus another $1.00 for some reason. They gave me this website to dispute the charge.I only had the product for two days not 14 days. The person on the phone listed tells me know one there can cancel it.I want my money back and this canceled immediately.Look at all the complaints guess I'm not the only one here with the same problem. My wife and I are retired, I saw this on tv and thought it might be something that would help us. So I ordered it. Well with health problems we didn't get around to taking the product. I didn't see the part where you have 14 days to try the product then you will be billed for the full amount. I was under the impression that according to the tv commercial it was $5.95 for the bottle plus shipping and if you liked the product then you could order the product. Well to my surprise I received another bottle in the mail on 6/29/09. The shipping order terms and conditions. You will have 12 days {5 deivery, 7 usuage} from your order date to evaluate the product. I didn't order the product. This is a very dective and underhanded sham and should be stopped by federal goverment. They don't give a phone no on the shipping order, you have to get a magifing glass and look on the bottom of the bottle. So now I'm sure that it is dective and a way to get peoples money for probley nothing in the pills, since I haven't taken any yet and I'm sure won't. I've learn't a very hard lesson. Don't believe anything you see about a product especially if they say a bottle for just $5.95. You better read the small print even if your retired get a magifing glass. Get ready to get screwed by the shippers of this product if you can't see the small print or believe what you see on tv.

Then I have an unauthorized withdrawl for $88.00 And another $1.00 for nature cleanse. I would have never paid this much for a botlle without trying it . It makes you feel sick!

I too am a victim of Nature Cleanse. You have 14 days to cancel from the day you place your order. On the 14th day a new shipment is automatically shipped out and your credit card billed. It took approximately 9 days for the pills to arrive. After 4 days of taking this product I saw no difference in my weight. I called to cancel and was told it takes 60 days to see any true results. Do not believe them, this is just a con to keep charging your credit card $88 plus s & h for as long as possible. After 2 weeks I could not take it any longer, I constantly felt nauseous, experienced nonstop cramping, I became constipated, never lost any weight and became severely bloated. I implore everyone out there NOT TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT, THERE CLAIMS ARE FRAUDULANT!.

We are told, on the company's site, that we are getting a product to try for 14 days FREE (and in very small print pay $5.95 for S&H). I accepted the S&H charge without problem. However when the item came it said in very, very small print on the invoice "the RISK FREE 12 day trial" consists of allowing 5 days for delivery and 7 days usage with a money back guarantee. They showed my order date as the 25th of June but it wasn't even mailed for 5 days! By the time the package arrived (July 6th) I had 1 whole day to try it.

When I saw the monthly charge ($93.95) for this product there was no way I'd continue using it; even if it worked like they said it would.

I was taken for a ride also, so, let the buyer beware. this company "knows" that many consumers are not going to take the time to fully read and understand the terms of this "shady practice". and I do mean shady. so when I called customer service asking why I was charged the $88.00 for a product I decided to send back, their first question was did I read the "terms and conditions" of the order. well, not completely so before the trial period expired I sent the product back to the addresas from where it came. assuming this was my mistake and I was informed that that was a warehouse and not the address it needed to be sent back to. I was supposed to call to get the address "at a different location" for the product to be sent to. I understand this but, since I sent the unused product back, I asked if the would at least replace the product which I no had and then it would be my decision to do with the product as I seen fit. to make a long story shorter they said no and this is why I am posting this comment. stay away from this company and it's unscrupluious practice! let the buyer beware!

Rob Sednal, I have been reading the comments and have a few questions. First if you are not scamming people then why do you only give a 14 day trial. You even admit it is more like actually a 7 to 10 day since it takes 5 days to get the product to them. You also claim you need to use the product for 3 months to get the full effects. Explain why there is such a short trial period if it isn't just to trick people and hope they either forget to cancel or they just call a few days late and get stuck with the charges. Why isn't your trial period at least 30 days since you send a 30 supply and do not require them to return any unused portion. The real scam is that you offer something supposedly for free when in fact you are requiring them to give you a credit card # and automatically sign up for auto shipments, this is what you and all the companies like yours are after. You know the majority of people
do not call within the cutoff date. You count on them mistakenly figuring from the date they received it and not the order date. Why don't you give a 90 money back guarantee? I mean if your product is really any good and you say it needs to be taken for at least 3 month. Another point is you keep claiming that all they needed to do to cancel is to call CSR but then you say the your CSR could not do refunds. Sounds confusing

Bob landess here is the info you are requesting: you ordered on 5/1/09 from www.healthyonlineliving.net we have your ip address as your interent signature for the date of order. you were charged on 5/16 as outlined in the terms and conditions. you called on 5/18 and the rep logged this:

5/18/2009 kcorcoso user log
Log: cust called in to cancel his account, he was informed about the charges, he said 5-4 was the order date that was sent to him, he wanted a full refund.. gave him a email of claims department.

If your order date was differant on your packing slip then email the claims dept. well you know what bob... just because I like you I am going to take care of you and issue you a refund, this is a valid concern, that has been corrected, sorry for the confusion. I have notated your account accordingly and I will try and contact you to advise you of the credit. call your credit card tomorrow and they will have the credit.

We're totally cool with complaints, as long as you've got some evidence to back it up. Whether it's a photo, a detailed story, or documents, providing evidence makes your complaint more believable and helps others make smart choices.

We’re all about conversations

ComplaintsBoard is more than just a place to share complaints; it's a community where we talk things out fairly. We welcome reviews that not only point out problems but also mention any positive experiences, giving a balanced view.

We are open to everyone

We're dedicated to providing a fair and unbiased platform for all complaints. Every complaint is important to us, no matter what it's about, ensuring your concerns are heard and respected.
