NRG Motortrend Bad Parts

I ordered a bodykit for a Saturn Sc2 2002 off of ebay that goes under the username of "Jessieskits" aka NRG motortrend. I bought that bodykit with cold hard earned cash. Its very inconsiderate of them to think that I dont have any other financial responsibilities to spend my money on. I dont have any use for a part that was guaranteed to work on my car and didnt. I would have not bothered to buy from them if I would have known the part would not work. I asked the manager Kevin for a rufund and he said ok but I have still have to pay for all the shipping and handling. He agreed to let me just keep the worthless body kit and give me 50 dollars cause he thought that would be the difference in the refund versus the shipping and handling fees. I goto their website and look for the body kit I bought off of ebay "that they still sell" and it doesnt exist on their own website. Something crooked is going on. Dont buy from them!

NRG Motortrend Sending broken merchandise, will not return.

Horrible company, absolutely the worst. I called them to order auto parts. They also sell on ebay, but tell you to call first to make sure the item is in stock. Then, they offer a discount if you buy directly, which I did, using a credit card. They sent me a piece of junk, cracked and broken parts with white glue all over the cracked areas. UNBELIEVABLE! Where is the integrity?

I called and talked to Kevin, the manager, who said "How do I know that you didn't break it yourself?" Refused to help me, would not accept it for return or exchange, and it is a $500 part. Told me "You will have to ask FedEx for your money back." Fed Ex delivered the part to me in a perfect box, no rips tears, etc. They did not break the part and then paste glue all over it.

Despicable, nasty company. They suck! Never even consider buying from them. Find someone else even if it costs more, it is worth it!

Absolutely agree. my case was a front bumper which I ordered on ebay. They sent me the wrong year and said that was the part I ordered. How more stupid can you be when ebay has a description of the product and might I add a "picture" along side it. They said they will ship me a correct part in 2 months, and five months later Im still waiting for it . Will never deal with this company again. Dont understand how theyre still in business.

I agree really horrible place, they sold me a FAKE seibon carbon fiber hood with no badge, and i told them i wanted to exchange it for one that had a badge so he said problem wil swap it for you itl be here in a few days, so we wait and wait 2 weeks later i call them letting them know im pissed off, i get a hold of one of the employees she told me that she would do a refund because i requested one, 4 days pass no refund was made, i called to talk to kevin about this after leaving 30 messages for him i finally got a hold of him and he said "yeah your new trunk is here with the badge" so i DRIVE 75 miles to pick it up and guess what, its the same no badge trunk there.. wasted my time, would not give me my refund, made me waste 50 dollars in gas, and sold me a garbage fake hood for $580. DO NOT GO TO NRG MOTORTRENT
