Mechanical services
I took my 2012 kia there cause it had quit on me and after getting my car towed there they took a look at it and informed me what the problem was they agreed to fix it by later they told me it was something different when they got it running I was called to pick it up and was assured it was fixed only to get 3/4 of a mile from them only to have my motor to lock up

I call prior to my arrival for a quoted oil change of $49.99. I was charge $63.83.
The service was slow and unprofessional. When I arrived, I was told that I came right on time because there was "no other customers there". Others arrived after me and left before me.
Finally, I was given part of my receipt and all of someone else's printed receipt with all of their personal information on it, leading me to believe that that customer has all of my personal information. Please advise how we can rectify this situation where I would be a returning customer.
