Billing and Non-delivery
I ordered a muffler for a 1998 Jaguar from Parts Canada in January of 2011. I was told one to two weeks delivery. Three days later I was billed $186.00 US from OEM Parts Bin in California. Is Parts Canada their phoney store front? It is now May 24, 2011 and still no muffler. Parts Canada does not respond to emails, or prefers not to. I expect that I can kiss that money good bye. Stay away from the two companies mentioned, I know I will never, ever order another car part on-line. Never pay up front for something, as you are not likely to receive it.
P.S. anyone looking for Jaguar parts in Canada or the U.S., I highly recommend Berkshire Motors in Toronto, Ont. Canada. You will get what you need including excellent service. Stay away from the scam artists in the U.S.

Ordered a left tailight for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they sent the wrong part. I returned it with their form with them paying the postage. It was rejected and returned to me after several weeks. Paid for it with VISA and complained at the time. VISA said if I still had the part, they could not reverse the charge. Cost 72.01 Tim McManus, 900 Westglow Lane, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80121

The parts bin has put me through living hell! I called and ordered a part, I give them the correct shipping address only to find that those idiots somehow changed the address and it was then returned to the warehouse. I made multipal calls trying to correct the situation, but was told that basically it was my fault! So I reordered another pcm and finally received the part! Well my story does not stop there, after receiving the part and having it installed most of my concerns where corrected but not completely. Had to carry vehicle to dealership and specialist only to find out that they sold me the wrong pcm and they no longer had mine! Now I am out of a pcm! There has got to be something I can do, they have cost me alot!
