OpenWeb Lte wifi

I am trying to get wifi setup before the 23rd Dec as I will be working from home . You guys take too long I have sent immediate payment then I was told via email that I did it wrong then I sent another payment through the link an could not get proof of payment on the link to give to her. I want to cancel my order an I want my refund of r606.00 paid back to me urgently as I applied with another provider now due to your lack of communication.
