Radialabs Scam

I too puchased Radialabs anti wrinkle serum in April for £5.95. I did not see that I was making a subscription yet they took
£54.95 from my Debit Account on 26th May. I did not receive any further cream and fortunately they have not taken any more
money. My Bank are not willing to refund me the money. I am cross I used my Debit Account since I would normally use my
Credit Card account and I would have been covered. Since £5.95 was such a small amount I used my Debit Card. Is there
any way I can get my money back?

I purchased a trial of their face cream. There was nowhere prominent on their website which indicated to me that they would then deduct £54.95 each month for follow up product. Despite the fact that I have not even received the product they deducted my account. Has anyone else experienced problems and if so were they resolved?

I paid for a 30 day free trial. Never received anything 10 days later I was billed $74.95 not once but twice. Called the company got a cancellation number. They said they refunded my money. Blamed my bank. now between radialabs and my bank I am out $149.90 and can't seem to get anyone to take care of this problem. Do business with this company at your own risk.

In October I bought a free sample with post charges of €5.95. I received the sample but in November my account has been credited by an amount of €69.95. It is a fraud.

Radialabs mis sold murchandise

I clicked on the products advert for facial cream to obtain my free trial product which arrived by DHL the next day but with no indication of what I had spent...now my statement has arrived and I have spent £29.95 on RL Skincare [protected] CD 4246, £5.95 on a smaller product and£10 on SHOPPERSDISC.CO.UK which I didnt even know existed. I tried to contact them by phone and the number given didnt exist .[protected]. I have sent them an email to say I do not wish for any money to be taken from my account and am well within the so called 18 day cooling off period...I sent it to [protected]@radialabs.co.uk and have no reply. What else can I do please?

Radialabs It is almost impossible to contact them via phone or email and when you do send an email it is ignored

Radialabs offer a free sample of their product and if you are not satisfied after 14 days you just email them and cancel the order and they will not send any products. Or that is what they promise.

The truth however is that it is almost impossible to contact them via phone or email and when you do send an email it is ignored. When you phone they keep you waiting on the line for up to an hour. I was finally able to speak to someone who said if I could prove I had sent an email cancelling the product they would refund the costs. I sent via mail the copies of my emails and I also emailed the copies. I have subsequently followed up with further emails and thus far had no response.

Of course after the fact I checked on line and there seem to be hundreds of people in excatly the same situation as me. I have no idea how to follow this up if all they do is ignore me.

Radialabs no goods money debetied from account.

Ordered a sample of the eye cream to try received 22-02-2011.At no time did I request a further order or see that it was a trial period. I did not click on or see the terms of purchase which I'm led to believe have been changed since my order date.I have an eye impediment and have read on your complaints board that the terms and conditions are registered in very small print.
The 12th March 2011 a further £69-95 was deducted from my account. However, its needs to be noted that since my order 22-02-2011 I have never received any further goods to today's date 22-03-2011.
My perception of this is that the above company have fraudulently deducted monies from my account and have not kept to their consumer transaction recently updated that they would ship further products whether I wanted them or not . I have not signed a binding agreement with the above company and wish to recover my money.Whom do I need to contact as this is proving difficult the above company do not respond to either e-mails or telephone contact and I live in England.Regards Carol Cope-Knowles.

I think you will find that the 74.95 dollars was for a month, not a year, and that the same amount will be deducted monthly unless you do something to stop it - which is not easy as they never answer their phones or resond to e mails.

Radialabs Do Not Do Business With This Company

I decided to try Radialabs wrinkle reducer and ordered it on Dec. 13th. I received it Jan. 6th. There was nothing in the box that it came with to tell me how their billing worked so I decided I better call before even trying the product. When I called the connection was terrible. It made me wonder where in the world are they doing business.

You aren't sure if you can try the product for free and then order if you think it works or as it turned out you are charged in 14 days and then can't return it. They make you believe you have 30 days to try it but, actually they give you 14 days before they charge. It turns out because I ordered the product before Christmas that the mailing was delayed. Since they are automated I was charged automatically at 14 days when I hadn't even received the product. When I questioned the young man on the phone about this business practice he told me that I should have read the terms and agreement section on their website. I asked him how small that the writing was and sure enough when I went back and looked at it the writing was at the very bottom and extremely small and nondescript. I asked for the address of where to send back the product and the customer service man hung up on me. You would have to be crazy to try this product after reading what I went through. Now, I have to make sure that the charge is refunded to my credit card.

Radialabs Trial offer scam

This is a complete scam. After ordering and paying for a "trial sample" online, the sample did not arrive for three weeks. The day it did arrive in the mail, my checking account was debited $74.00! There was no trial period. This is most certainly fraudulent advertising. The customer "no service" phone number is only a recording. I have demanded a refund via their website and by letter, but no response. I have already reported this company to the BBB and encourage others to do the same. They will continue this illegal practice until enough people get scammed (as I was) and complaints are filed.

I find it hard to feel sorry for any of you.
I saw this ad that i clicked on that said you can get the same results as a $ 2, 000 treatment for under 5 bucks!
You see smart people always know if it's to good to be true, it is! (HELLO)
THE VERY FIRST THING YOU DO IS SEARCH THE COMPANY FOR FRAUD! ...I did, and found this website! I never paid for the product or had it mailed to me...why? because i checked it out first!

You are all idiots!

This is a scam! it charged me twice on my credit card. I disputed it for the first time through my BOA credit card representative. The second time it sent me a small bottle without my permission and charged me $75 again. I was so pissed off. I called my BOA representative again to dispute the transaction. The representative managed to got someone from Radialab to join the conversation. Eventually i was told that i will have my money back if i send back the product with a specific returning identification number before early June. I will definitely send the garbage back ASAP. Oh, the address to return the product is different from the one printed on the packagebox containing the product! I didnt even realize that until the BOA representative kindly asked for me. The address difference is another trick that they play to make things complicated. This lesson told me that never leave your card information on untrusted websites.

I live in France and saw this product advertised on Facebook! I couldn't get the company to deliver from the USA but they had a depot in the U.K. I paid my $9.57 trial price and the product was sent to a UK address within 2 days!
Since then I have discovered they have taken 82.00 euro's from my account without my authorisation or any further orders being replaced! After reading the above comments I see that I have also been scammed! I will approach the U.K tv stations and report this company! Good luck to us all in getting our money back and exposing these theives!

I'm with you on this scam. I also did not receive the product until after the trial period. They also were charging my acct before I even had a chance to trial it. They only have customer service available until 6pm. I emailed, sent a letter & also called & cancelled. They had shipped out another & I sent it back marked "Return to Sender". I was told when I called that they would not accept it & that it had to have a RMA number (that you get when you call). No where on there website did it say anything about this nor did it say anything about the trial period starting the day you order the product to trial. I was never warned that if I didn't cancel before the trial period ended would I be charged. I didn't even know in the beginning that I had a trial period. I looked for this & didn't see anything. This was back in late January. I expected to receive a small bottle to try & then I could order full size if I liked it. They have since changed their website (since 2 weeks ago) to reflect refund & delivery information as well as trial period info. I have contacted my attorney general's complaint dept. They have always been helpful in the past.

Radialabs Bait & Switch

I ordered the wrinkle remover for 3.95 in Jan. I received it promptly. The ad. said return in 14 days for refund. The product was very good, however when I received my credit card bill, I was charged 74.95.I called and was told I could return the bottle and they would credit my credit card. Well, I did last week.

Today I received another bottle. I called and was told I would be credited one time only. Another words they are going to get the 74.95 not matter what. I want to know if I return this second bottle will it also be deducted. The woman I spoke with said no, so what did they take it upon themselves to send another bottle when my account was cancelled last week. When I called. Only to assure they would get the 74.95.

Thanks for listening.

I read other complaints about this co. but could not find them again. Is there anything else I can do.

I to have fallen foul of these scam artists, They have fleeced me to the tune of £236.20 all in march, for three different transactions.
My bank are looking into it for lots of their customers so I suggest everyone should make a complaint if they have'nt already.
The point is that they advertised a free sample. You have to try it to decide if you like it, however if you try it they will then probably not accept it returned.
They are nothing short of conmen, they should be stopped from this shady practise . I have entered complaints on USA ripoff website in the hopes that someone on the ground there will take up the cudgel for us all here.

You Are not alone, I too was scamed by radialabs. This is one of those horror stories you read about happening to other people. I was charged twice for $74.95, one of which I did not even recieve. I had gone to cancel my credit card only to find out three days later that they had charged me two times for unauthorized membership purchases. I guess it could have been worse, but for honest hard working people, like myself that is a lot of money. If people like us had never ending funds why would we have purchased a crappy sample for $3.95 from them in the first place? If I had the time, money, and energy I wouldough thanks to sue them, unfortunately they know that which is why they made it sound inticing. But berware Radialabs there is someone more powerful than myself and his hand is just, although I can, t say his name, because it is politacally incorrect, Thanks to people probably such as yourseves. Now when thery closeup shop[ and move to another town, under a new name, BUYER BEWARE1

You are not in the boat alone. I felt like a complete idiot for falling for this scam until I read all of the others. Now I know that I had the best intentions, and this is one of those horror stories you read about that happen too other people. I have now cancelled my account as well as have a new debit number to insure they don't get anymore of my hard earned money. I will learn for the $150.00 give or take a few, t o know who I am dealing with. It also puts up a huge red flag as to ever doing a transaction on line again. If I had the time, money or the energy to fight them I certainly would. But they will laugh all the way to the bank and when caught up to close up shop and go under another name, in another town, with another crappy product that some honest hard working person will buy, and loose money on. They billed my card for one that I never even receive, how do you like that. Be careful you people at Radialabs, because someone bigger than us is watching and his hand is JUST. But thanx to people probably like yourselves I am not allowed to say his name.
