SASSETA No Feedback

I cannot access the reports and I need to submit our company’s training plan by the 1st of January 2015.

It is urgent for me to complete it as soon as possible because of our company’s annual close of business, I have to report by C.O.B 17 December 2014 as that is our last day of work for the year, we will only be re-opening on 07th January 2015.

This is very frustrating, I am not getting assistance in this matter. I am being put on hold since Monday and still haven’t had the opportunity to even speak to someone in the “right” department. All direct contact numbers are going through to voice mail. I have been sending emails and still no response and/or feedback. This is not only frustrating, but unprofessional as well.

Your urgent attention would be highly appreciated.

I have been trying to contact SASSETA in South Africa for days via phone and sending emails for weeks...without any success. No one answers their phone and no one reply to an email. How can a government organisation that is suppose to deliver a service to the public not do what is expected of them? They are paid by the taxpayers and is NOT doing their job...a disgrace!

SASSETA No response on emails or faxes

I am writing this complain as SASSETA does not respond to emails or faxes being send to them. There is a company in New Zealand (NZQA) that is doing everything in their power to assess my qualifications which I did in South Africa. I need my qualifications assessed as that will show immigration that I have enough skills and knowledge to stay and live here in New Zealand. I got my mother now who is still in South Africa to try and contact them directly to see if I can get a contact name and email address to assess my qualifications. I don't know why people always have end up first to complaint badly on web sites like 'Hello [Hidden Web Address] and other web sites or end up fighting with a top manager before your complaints get sorted out. Talking about customer services - Yea right. Will see if I get this sorted out after this post will be published for the whole world to see.

I have been waiting for my certificates since July 2015. I have contacted www.sasseta.org.za via telephone and email with absolute no response. Even the training center cant get answers from them. I have paid a lot of money to do my training and they just don't care!

I Agree

It is frustrating getting hold of someone in the "right department" - and when you get direct contact numbers, you reach voice mail. I have been trying to get hold of someone, i urgently need assistance. I have been emailing, calling, leaving messages, no one gets back to you with feedback.

I cannot access the reports and I need to submit our company’s training plan by the 1st of January 2015. This is not only frustrating, but unprofessional as well.

I can only agree with you in the strongest terms...I have tried to call them on numerous occasions (no one answers the phone) and send emails every day for weeks...no one replies. I cannot believe that an organisation like this gets funded by the South African taxpayers while they are not doing their jobs...its a disgrace!
