Stay far away from Superior Portrait Studios
I had a appointment for these people to come to my shop.(They called me!)For two months the girl repping them had asked me about the progress.On their paper they said they needed 18 set appts. but when i told the girl that was probably impossible seeing that i am in a horrible location flood damaged from last Sept. in ga. she told me if i could get 13 that would be okay. I already had 12 so that wouldn't be a prob. This girl called me twice a week for two weeks checking on my progress, and confirming everything.The day before (less then 24 hrs. to appt)she tells me that all this was up to her supervisor. They had wanted to push my date back again for 5 more people after they had already did that once to me.I explained that all of my clients would be there and the ones that did not pay the sitting fee only did not pay because they did not know if I would have enough people for them to come out or not. I called and sonfirmed all of my thirteen clients at 11:00a.m. and at 1:00 they did this to me. I almost begged them to not do this to me and my clients and all I got was a robotic man telling me robotic answers and not having any compassion AT ALL! then he said he would be more than happy to call up MY clients and apologize personally!(Come on folks...really I can't make this stuff up!) When i explained about the girl saying to me for two weeks that 13 was acceptable...lo, and behold all of a sudden she never said that to me at all! OMG!Punchline here folks...I only agreed to this if they promised me this crap would not happen at all! I had been in this business for 14 yrs. and seen it all! But when economy and flood happen what do you do?
I would not recommend them nor would ever due business again
I own & operate a Grooming shop {5.5yrs} and this Company called me and asked if I would like to have them come to my shop, they do professional pet photography with people & Pets. I agreed and was sent ALL the forms { including binding contract}, I filled in times of customers that where coming { I had 10 confirmed} well this must not have been good enough for them they called me everyday up to Thursday before { time was Aug 8th @12pm} on Friday I called them to confirm, no answer even though it said On voice mail business hours Mon-Friday 9am -5pm. I left 4 messages with them.
Sat came they where a No show, I had my customers show up with family members, dogs, etc and had to send them all away unhappy & hopefully forgiving. These have been my loyal customers for YEARS, had 3 ladies drive from over 1-2hrs away.
I would not recommend them nor would EVER due business again. I will be looking into legal actions to recover my loss's for the day including Grooming, this was advertised in 2 local papers, on sidewalk with Balloons, on my web page's, went out on Every email I sent.
This was very bad on there part & I feel awful and I have been nothing but true to my customers.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
In business over 15 years and photographed over 200, 000 customers we strive to provide professional courteous service to all clients. We are a member of the BBB with an A+ rating. Rarely do we have dissatisfied customers and when we do, we make every effort to satisfy them. In 2009 we photographed over 6700 customers and to our knowledge had 3 complaints we could not satisfy in a reasonable manner. We regret even one! Misunderstandings do occur, but our record shows that 99.96% of our customers were satisfied.
