Misrepresentation of goods and services, altering link attached to email with confirmation
I was sold through a sales call to participate in a time share presentation and initially paid $99.00 for "three days four nights at Tahiti Village Resort in Las Vegas, all inclusive x 2 plus a 4 night 5 day cruise out of Florida". Timeshare
I was told that timeshare if I pass away, my children will not have to take on this burden. They lied and do to it’s a viable property they will come after my children. They also did say that RCI is charging exchange fees per transaction to book 1 vacation (current point/ borrowing points), they also did not tell me that I would have to pay the resort fee...
