heating problem
To, Date27/12/2010 TATA Motors India
This is to bring in your notice that we bought “Tata safari” M.P 30 BC 0424 on 11 oct 2010. When we bought the car we were given many promises about the customer services and satisfaction.
We got the first service done on 2/11/2010 job no 6435. It ran well for some time till a month. The car started getting heat. This is really the matter of shame for one of the most reputed vehicle company like Tata that the car has not even run 5000 Km and getting heat again and again.
First time on 7/12/2010 on my way to Gwalior from Bhind the car started getting heat on Malanpur. We stopped the car there only and called the sales assistant Mr Sunil Jain on Padav showroom and he gave the different number to contact regarding this problem. We called him and he told that the road assistance vehicle will take 2.5 hours to reach to the site. As it was getting dizzy so we thought it unsafe to wait there. We again contacted workshop again and then he suggested to add some coolant. I really found it strange that there was no coolant in the box while the service was done just before a month. Then slowly we took the car to workshop and the service advisor told us that it was getting heat because of coolant. He assured me that there will be no problem again. Now we came back to Bhind.
Again on 18/12/2010 on my way to Gwalior the car again started with the same problem just after 20 km. we had to take the help of a truck to get the car till workshop. They charged INR 1000.00 for it. It took bloody 6 hours to cover 75 km by brand new Tata Safari. The service advisor told that there is some electrical problem and again assured that there will be no problem again. We again came back to our place.
Third time on 22/12/2010 when I was coming for the second service it again started and we stopped the car for some time and then again slowly we took it to workshop. I narrated the problem to the service advisor Mr Vijay Pandey and he took 8 hours to to recover the problem. And again as before he assured me that there will be no problem.
I am really feeling shame on my choice of choosing Tata Safari as my next car.
Unfortunately fourth time on 25/12/2010 when I was on my way to my farmhouse on Barohi it again started with heating problem. Then we discussed the problem with Respected Manager Mr Srishant Shukla on phone. He told me that he will send some mechanics at my place to recover the problem.
I am now fed up of this ### again and again. I think that the engine is defective. I cant go anywhere with confidence by this car. I am really afraid that your forth service will solve the problem while the three services of full days could not find the solution. It is the wastage of your time and mine. I have not bought the second hand car so It will highly be appreciated if you replace the car within 8 days otherwise we will be forced to look into other options and will prefer the news channel for your advertisement.
Yours faithfully

chassis broken of tata safari
My car Tata Safari EX Reg.no. MH 03 Z 5998 Complaint vide no 1-[protected] dated 22/06/2010 is lying at wasan motor deonar for 2 months. The problem is that the vehicle's chassis has been broken and not because of any accident but because of 100% manufacturing defect, the company is not ready to replace the chassis or accept their fault, they are giving me silly excuses such as the age of my vehicle, I just want to ask them what is the life of the chassis they manufacture.
and this
this is it.
Yes my friend its very true, but i think the dealers are responsible, the dealers do not pass on our complaint as they are interested in making money and not at all bothered about the customers grieviance. I will show you the picture of my tata safari where i had complained them of chassis broken and failure of steering gear box, by this they should understand which towing vehicle should be sent. they sent an ordinary towing vehicle which damaged the bumper and the grill.
Our complaint reference no is 1-[protected] at Tata motor.
