On 3/13/23 I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful funeral spray (192.00 with fees and taxes) for a friend that had just lost her mother to cancer. The flowers were delivered on time, however, they were not what was ordered. They charge an extra $15.99 Service Fee that is not mentioned until you get the review page and and only see it when you are about to submit the order. The website advertises 40% off and free shipping which is misleading. I called and spoke to someone and when I voiced my concern - they hung up on me. I would suggest not using this company. They seem unprofessional.
Delivered flowers
Ordered flowers on Wednesday, March 17th for a delivery on March 18th, 2021. Thought I was ordering locally as that is what they told me. Chose a flower from the pictures.
