Terry's Florist review: Did not send what was ordered

On 3/13/23 I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful funeral spray (192.00 with fees and taxes) for a friend that had just lost her mother to cancer.
The flowers were delivered on time, however, they were not what was ordered.
My friend received a small spring bouquet of flowers that did not even remotely resemble what I had ordered (see pictures). They looked like something you could pick up for 20 bucks at the grocery store.

I emailed Terrys Florist and they offered a partial refund, 1/4th of the cost. Since there was such a discrepancy from what I had ordered to what was received, I asked for a breakdown of the cost of the flowers that were in the arrangement that was received.
They refused to provide a cost breakdown or to resend what was originally ordered.

I worked in a florist and understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made, however this was not a matter of a mishap in the substitution this appears to be common practice by the way their customer service responded to the situation.
This does appear to be a scam, as most people who receive flowers don't complain, so they have no idea what was originally ordered at what cost.
