Ordered flowers on Wednesday, March 17th for a delivery on March 18th, 2021. Thought I was ordering locally as that is what they told me. Chose a flower from the pictures. The image showed a price of $49.99. I chose that arrangement. When I clicked on the image it showed that the image was actually the deluxe and was priced at $59.99. I went with the deluxe. Ended ups charging a high service fee. Informed me that it was for the greenhouse and maintaining flowers.

Delivered product was not at all the same as displayed. The type of flowers were the same, but the number of flowers was a lot less! I sent multiple emails expressing my displeasure. Received the exact same response with a different florist name. I now realize that this is a foreign call center that charges the service charge and hands off the order. My problem is I did not get what I paid for. Here is their response:

1. If a floral container or vase is not available a similar container will be substituted.
2. Flower arrangements and assorted flowers, if some flowers are not available we will substitute other kinds of flowers at equal or greater value.
3. Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value within the same category.
Desired outcome: I would like my money returned as this order was for a very special birthday and it did not make near the impact. Not at all worth $90.94. If I can not get a refund, I would like another order sent. Thank you!

I ordered the gracious lavender delux basket on Sept. 7th 2022 for my brother's graveside service to be delivered to his graveside on Sept.9th 2022 by 12 that afternoon. I was assured by the man on the phone that it was no problem . I gave all the information plot # cemetery, address ,directions ,name ect: Arriving at the service I saw my flowers were not there. I called the cemetery office, no delivery. I called Terrys flowers only to hear they didn't know where my flowers were or anything about them saying they would ask the driver later. They had told me before they were from area; now I hear that is not true. They could not give me any info but they had no problem taking my money. He acted like it was no big deal. This was a one time very emotional occasion that they charged $139.00 for the flowers with a total bill of $165.78 . It is reprehensible to do that to people...I will go after them for my money but I am truly upset that the last thing for my brother was ruined!
My boyfriends mom ordered me flowers to be delivered yesterday. She called because they were never delivered. Supposedly they were delivered yesterday at 4:50 but they were delivered to the wrong address. I received a phone call when I was at my grandmas funeral. Of course I couldn't answer. I tried to call back to explain I never got them. On hold over 10 minutes. I will never recommend this company to anyone. As if I don't have enough stress, the company can't even do their job correctly.
DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. I ordered flowers for a funeral, placed the order 2 days before the service. 3 hours AFTER the service I received a voicemail stating they did not fulfill my order due to "supply chain issues". They had plenty of time to contact me prior to the service, they chose not to. Still trying to get my money back. Shameful.
This is a known scam site. They take your order, take your money, then nothing. Althoug they have a pretend "customer service" that pretends they are looking into it. They have been investigated by Journalists as far away as New Jersey. They are in a small office building in Las Vegas and have several criminal enterprises that are similar.
Stay away.
