The Villa Group The Villa Group Vacation Timeshare

Use too have serious issues with the sales tactics and misrepresentation of all aspect of this vacation club. Has anyone taken legal action against this club and won? We would also like to take action against them with others. Please email me and give me any information that can help us.

They seriously need to do something about the timeshare scam itself. An obligation 'in perpetuity' - that passes to your children? There is almost no legal way out of the obligation, even if you don't use the facilities and want to sell it back (they won't take them back). In other words, they hawk 'property' that you cannot resell, cannot give back, and has literally no value in the market - and tell you that you have to pay 'maintenance' forever... and that they can assess 'special fees' on in order to do repairs they *should* have been doing with the maintenance fees. The Villa Group upgrade

I have been a member with the Villa Group for over 8 years and my parents even own this property. I recently made an upgrade and was not happy with the way it was sold. I contacted the resort and even spoke to the sales manager regarding my recent purchase. The reps at the resort were compassionate and took my claim very serious. Needless to say, I was offered a great solution and I am still a very happy member with the Villa Group.
