Vacation Made Easy vacation

Vacations Made Easy
Warning this is a third party do your research
They were $121.93 more, than booking throw other web site
If you cancel they charge 25% am never using them again and will not recommend them
On July 11, 2016 the BBB opened an investigation regarding volume of complaints compared to other companies in the same industry. The results of the investigation shows that this type of business will generate a greater number of complaints based on the volume of consumers they serve. The results also showed that the complaints filed have been resolved.

Vacation Made Easy No respond to cancilation

my name is Jacqueline Lloyd, i made vacation plan for september 24, 2010 to San Antonio though vacationmadeeasy.com. on the day i was to arrive, i received a phone that my brother-n-law had passed away . I contactd vacationmadeeasy to let them know what had happen and that i would not be able to keep my vacation as planed.I was told that i would hear from them in 48hrs of getting my complaint. but i had yet to hear from them. that e-mail was from Matt Cook. i can't remember the lady i spoke to on september 24, 2010. I contacted Vacation made easy again on october 9th 2010 and spoke to Eli when then e-mailed me the information i needed to submit my complaint. my cancellation was not fought of my on had had death in the family which is unprodicable and had to cancel my plans. I hope to hear from you soon about your decition on rebooking my vacation and how much i will be charged for cancelling my order. my order # 2412740. thank you this is my second attemp for action. Thank You

Purchased a Lake Cruise in Tahoe- They charged me than later said it wasn't available that day- would give me only a 90% refund. I wanted a 100% since they could not provide the service.- DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, very dis-honest
