They need only customers' money
I got several letters from the company Vehicle Protection Center. They informed me that my warranty would end soon, and they offered their services. I contacted them and wanted to tell “no” and asked to stop these stupid letters, but the agent started to offer their services and the price was small. Finally, I decided to try them, but these jerks only took money from me and did nothing. Not recommended company, ‘coz they are thieves and scammers.
Warranty
In February 2014, I brought my 1999 Chevrolet Silverado in for mechanical issues. My mechanic informed me the transmission needed to be replaced and I needed some engine repairs. He contacted Vehicle Protection Center and informed me that this company was the worst company he had to deal with. He said they were hard to deal with and very unfriendly. We faxed all of the required service documents VPC requested. I did not hear anything from VPC for 4 weeks so I called the 1-800 number. I spoke to Nick. He was the rudest person I dealt with or so I thought. I requested to speak to his supervisor, Roger. He was extremely rude and belittling. He basically told me VPC was not going to cover my repairs and I wasted $1200.00 for this warranty plan. He would not explain to me what was needed or what was going on to remedy this problem.
I called back a month later, April 2014, and spoke to George. He told me that it was recorded in the computer system "I refused to provide the necessary documents and I refused to provide the mileage." I was never contacted in writing or by telephone for any requested information. I mailed the service documents "certified mail" to a Texas address and waited 2 weeks for a response. Again, I called the 1-800 number and spoke to Brittney. She proceeded to tell me they never received a packet from me. When I told her the packet was signed for she then put me on hold to go to the mail room. Lo and behold the packet was there and it sat for two weeks. She promised me someone would call the following Monday. We'll no phone call from VPC. I called back and spoke to George. He proceeded to tell me my claim was denied due to a 3 month lack of service in July 2013 and December 2013. I requested he email what was missing so I could remedy this. As of this writing, nothing has been provided. I then requested to speak to Roger's supervisor, Cindy, who promised to call me back immediately and as of this writing, I have not received a telephone call or any written correspondence.
This company is a scam! They want your hard earned money and REFUSE to pay for any mechanical work as stated in the warranty contract. They are argumentative, treat you as you are stupid and steal your hard earned money. I assumed Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism are things of the past. This company does not know the meanings of these three words!
Do not buy any warranties from Vehicle Protection Center! They take your money and will not pay for anything. They will not respond in writing or by telephone.
I have learned my lesson the hard way!

Rubbish warranty
I purchased 2012 Honda Civic and alongside the car I purchased extended warranty from Vehicle Protection Center. Thing is that this company never pays warranty bills. Each time they will find a reason not to pay even if it is completely absurd. I don’t recommend to purchase extended warranty from this company, there are better alternatives.
Vehicle Protection Center will not pay for any warranty work even when you provide all of the documents. You can call and speak to representatives and supervisors. The one supervisor was rude and treated me as I was stupid. He basically said, I gave them my money and they were not paying. This company will not return telephone calls and will not put in writing anything that you need to do or why this claim was denied. Bottom line, this company will not return telephone calls, communicate in writing and flat out deny all and any claims. VPC wants your money and this company is a SCAM. Beware!

I called to cancel the vehicle protection plan. But they would not let me cancel this contract, although it was within the 20-business days cancellation as stated in their contract agreement. Their strong arm tactics is not allowing me to cancel as stated in their contract.
