This hotel took hidden fee and hasn't returned this sum
I’m travelling a lot, but it has been the first time, when I have used the services of www.starwoodhotels.com. I wouldn’t recommend this place, because the company took additional sums for the reservation. They didn’t post this information on the website and it was strange to see fake charge in amount of $15.99 on my account. I called to the company and the receptionist told me that they took this sum by mistake. He promised to return this sum, but still nothing.
Dirty and dusty rooms
We good hotel room through the company www.starwoodhotels.com. The hotel provides terrible, dirty and dusty rooms. They didn’t prepare these rooms for the customers. We arrived in the hotel and we shocked that the whole hotel and the rooms were in such terrible condition. We asked the receptionist to change the room, but he refused and told that all rooms were unavailable. Awful services!
