Poor service and wrong credit card charges
I had a subscription to this company. It was extremely expensive and I needed to cancel/ change my automatic monthly order twice. The latest was today, and I was repeatedly told by a customer that I had not hit the save button. This was not true as since this has happened to me before and I had checked a few times to be absolutely sure I would not be charged and no order was shown for 8/25, only for 9/25. I was charged anyway however and customer service said it was too late to change. I'm out $80.00 now and nothing I can do for 15-20 days. I would not advise anyone to put their trust in this company, They can't even get many of their orders correct. I feel like since I didn't spend as much, I was not important to them as a customer.
"return guarantee"
Buyer beware!
Their products do not work! They have a "return guarantee" and when I tried to return the product they gave me multiple excuses as to why I couldn't. I spent a small fortune on this product in hopes that I would see positive things and when I didn't, I tried to return and get my money back and they wouldn't. I am very displeased with this whole company!
Do not waste your money!
not able to cancel autoship
My friend told me she was losing weight with the MLM company, Cal Nutriscience and their Core 4 Products. I signed up and the following week, Cal Nutriscience merged with Xyngular. I found I could order the Core 4 products individually, without purchasing a trial pack for $99.00, so I did. Every distributor must have an autoship set up in order to receive commission and I knew that going in. After the 2nd autoship order, I broke out with a rash. The only new product I was using was Core 4 Cheat. I wasn't impressed enough with the product to tolerate autoship and at that point, I didn't care about commission. I logged into my account and found no option to cancel the autoship. When I selected the cheapest product for the autoship, I received a message stating that if I wanted to cancel it, I would need to contact the company and was provided an email address and phone number. I sent an email and got a auto-reply that my email would be responded to in 2 to 3 business days. I didn't want to wait, so I call the phone number listed above. At first, the phone rang at least 10 times and there was no message. I called back and only voice message from the president, Marc Walker. As soon as the message played, it started over again. I wasn't too upset because I had sent them an email (on Tuesday) and expected to hear back from them. The subject of my email: Cancel My Account. On Wednesday night, I got a read receipt from 'Ian.[protected]@Symmcorp.com'. It was actually a "not read" receipt. I sent a message back to him with "question" in the subject field. It was read, but I received no reply. I immediately called my bank and paid $30 for a stop payment for any debits on my account from this company, because my debit card info is listed on my Xyngular account and I was allowed to change the info, but not delete it.
My friend also had problems with her first order of Core 4 products through Xymgular.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My complaint is the sudden weight gain after starting the flush. My stomach was not big until then. I just wanted to flush while I workout. I only wanted to drop maybe 5 pounds. My weight continues to escalate, I eat right and workout on a consistent basis. This product has done something to my body.
COMPLETE SCAM. CANT GET ACCT CANCELLED. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! Your friend who sold this to you is not a friend, just very selfish person trying to take advantage of you buy earning a big commission.
We have over 35 people on our list that were charged multiple months after autoships were cancelled. Numerous fraudulent charges, which we have proof of and have reported to the BBB along with authorities.
Look folks this is all a bunch of hooey, the simple truth is that people don't read or listen to basic instructions. When you signed up you were given a login to the web site. If you log in you can manage your autoship or cancel your autoship. Now, for the nitwit that said, "autoships are a scam", please let me address that. Is your magazine subscription to "National Geographic" a scam because they send you your product (i.e. a magazine) every month? No, how about your car insurance that you pay monthly (as most people do) is that a scam.
No, it isn't and either is a nutritional company's autoship program. It is called convenience and efficiency. One of the wonderful benefits of consulting for a company like Xyngular is that you get paid over and over for trading your time and knowledge with others. Meaning, if I take the time to hear and understand your struggle with weight loss, and I then share my own experience and explain how the products work and how to use them, then I have provided you with a service.
Now, I don't make the Xyngular products so I refer you to my web site and you place an order for the products as a Retail Customer, Preferred Customer or Distributor. It is always best to experience the products and then after you are a believer and if there is a genuine interest in having your own career as a consultant (i.e. distributor), we can then show you how to get started in your own, legal and tax deductible business for only $19.95.
So in conclusion, autoships ensure repeat sales for the company so it can stay in business producing and developing new products to serve the needs of the consumer. The consultant (distributor) gets paid for the time and effort he or she has put forth in the marketplace, sharing the products with every day people who need solutions to real problems.
Side Note: When is the last time your vitamin sales person at GNC gave you their home number or delivered product to your house for free, and held your hand as you shared your story about an illness? Being a consultant for a nutritional company like Xyngular (or any other for that matter) is about relationships and the human condition, and not just the almighty dollar.
So, if you ordered product from Xyngular and you want to cancel your autoship just call [protected] or email lisa.miner@xyngular.com Xyngular will happily help you out. You can also log into your back office for additional instructions on how to do so online.
We signed up with Xyngular in September 2011. The product is suppose to have a 30 day guarantee on it. When the product did not work, we were following the program to a tee and both my wife and I were putting on weight and felt awefull. We too had problems turning off the autoship, we would call and send emails with no response. It took about 4 weeks to get that issue fixed, now we have been trying for 2 months to get our money returned for the product that we sent back. The big problem we found is that you get different information based on which person you talk too, and the distributors dont seem to have much training. They may not be a dishonest company, but they are so disorganized and are terrible at responding to customers. Even if the product worked, I dont think I could use the product with the absolutly poor customer service from the company. We were also told by our distributor that we could get back our distributors fee if we canceled in the first 30 day. Needless to say we cancelled in the first 30 days, but no fee return.
I had no problem cancelling my auto ship. I simply got on the phone in a 3-way with my sponsor and the company.Yes you will hear Marc Walker over and over until a rep becomes free. They are not a scamming MLM and when I returned my case of XYNG I recieved a full refund within 5-7 days to my bank account. And the reason for my quitting was because I wasn't cut out to be a distibutor. But I still order the Core-4 products from my ex-sponsor.So this is to let anyone who comes here to find out about this company that THEY ARE AN HONEST COMPANY.They are not trying to scam anyone. And to add, , , , Iam no way in any contract with this company, not getting paid to write this and am a truthful honest person who has knowledge and has done all my homework on this company before I even invested. In which I was refunded all my money.Keep up the good work XYNGULAR.
