Cutting blade for blender
I ordered a replacement cutting blade for a small universal blender. The package arrived from Y&G F2p, but the housing will not screw onto the blender machine: the threads are poor and unit seems slightly too large! Waste of money!
Empty package
I received an empty package today customer ref T-LV-05 and department re UF367001599VP. On back it says it was documents and said it was USD 2.00. Also has a customs declaration saying it may be officially opened. Why if the return address is uk. I never paid for anything in USD. I have enclosed a video of package I received. I am angry that an empty opened package arrived. Hopefully this matter can be resolved

idont trust the item and want my money refunded... It appears to be a cruel scam preying on vulnerable elderly folk like my self.

I today received via Y&G F2P some sort of portable and rechargeable battery juice blender which I definitely wouldn't have ordered!
As this isn't bad enough everything else on the box and the instructions are all written in, what I assume in Chinese, which is no help to me whatsoever.
I thought there were laws in this country whereby any electrical items had to come with instruction in English?
This is the second random parcel I've had arrive that I've ordered via Facebook and it seems to me these companies are charging higher amounts for the items you think you're going to get and then they substitute it for something completely different that you don't want.
So I'm assuming my only recourse it PayPal - although I already have a case currently going through for something similar.
Aren't there some sort of rights we're entitled to for distance selling?
I ordered a new case for my new phone and ordered a nice one I'd seen on fb, A cheap badly fitting case came but charged a lot of money for this piece of tat! Feeling ripped off.

I have a similar complaint as I received a Juice Mixer with a USB connection that does not fit. Only instructions in Chinese. I ordered a Ruiwen Food Mixer and paid £31.15 for that item. I dont need or want this cheap Juice Mixer. I have emailed the advertisers Ruiwen store and complained to Paypal. Ruieen store are still advertising on Google for the Food Mixer. This seems like real fraud!
Same as above, I feel really foolish over this, I ordered a cheap laptop and got a cheap crappy computer mouse that doesnt even look like it works on anything, I wont be buying anything again through Wish as that appears to sell either cheap rubbish or is a facilitator for scams, buyer beware, I suppose I will laugh about this but just not yet .

of 147 piece, , in a easel box, I have received a child's painting set from y@g unit 5 trident way Southall ub2 5lf, no paper work the price i paid on Facebook advert was £30, this is not what I ordered its not even worth £5 anyone know what can I do about it, I've been scammed
Ordered a mohair jacket from 'Rangelele' - what arrived was nothing like - wrong shape, wrong colour - cheap polyester. So far I have been offered 10% refund, then 20% refund. Am about to email again, but doubt I'll see my money again. 'If undelivered address is Unit 5, Trident Way, Southall, UB2 5LF and there are at least 3 businesses registered to this address. This is fraud, pure and simple. I can't even leave a review on their website. Moral of this story is DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHINA.
I ordered, via "Wish" a firestick with voice command. I received a handset, but no set up instructions, no sales invoice, in fact nothing but the item in a polythene envelope without any form of packaging or protection.After inserting batteries, I have tried everything I can think of, but nothing seems to make it work.
Little afroamerican dolly girl

I am disappointed by service I received from Y&G F2P company.
On the picture was smiling little Afroamerican baby girl just like my Granddaughter.
I payed for Baby Girl doll, but received some non-gender ugly, badly executed, doll. No customer service info, just general address. I want my money back! This dolly look like horror Chucky doll.
I want my money back and compensation for scarring the life of me, ( I open parcel in the evening)

Post two packages
I bought through amazon two packets of seeds. They have arrived from China without any names of the seeds. I don't know what they are. There are no instructions on how two plant them and when. Is this illegal, It could be cannabis. But its not. Surely this is wrong. I am a professional garden and grower. I was looking for some unusual plants seeds. So what...

I ordered a guitar buddy left handed I ask for it arived right handed no cd or instuction book absolutly useless to me I want my money back or left hand version with instructions and cd they advertise on facebook and sell rubish to poeple who expect better service and quality goods it comes batterd and only half of contents are there I carnt use as not left handed as requested so I want a refund
Received empty package
Empty package with no tracking information. Dont know what was to have been in package. Says connector 4.75 usd Customer ref T-LV-05. E69 Cannot remember ordering anything for that amount and do not know what the connector was for. Please refund my monies as soon as possible so I can change my personal information as I feel I have been hacked. Thank you

I seen as advert on facebook for 2 wall lights from a so called company called Black & White art. looked really nice and good value for money 'oh dear when they arrived they were tiny!! nothing like the picture and like other complaints no documentation and seemed to be sent via china. I'm trying to send these back but all very confusing about their refund...
