Needed another battery charger
Good selection and enjoy the RPM benefits. I had been using the Battery Tender Plus chargers and was having problems with them keeping the charging levels up even though the charged light indicated green. After pulling those chargers off the batteries and attempting to start the bikes I was finding the batteries completely dead. The Optimate chargers kept them up going just fine. I ordered an Optimate 4 for the BMW GS with the Can Bus cable and it has worked as advertised so far. I also got a hanger with it to use on the handle bar which makes it handy. Revzilla delivered it withing 2 days since I'm a member of RPM plus.
Shopping experience great but not customer service
The tire came in great shape and it was delivered fast.
Customer serive wasn't great because I contacted them regarding my order not being delivered even tho the tracking said delivered and they couldn't help me out. They told me I had to wait 3 days in order for them to start a missing package investigation. So I saw a UPS driver and I flagged him down and asked about the package. He then informed me that on my tracking it says ups sure post delivery he then explained that it is delivered at the post office then they do the final delivery. If customer support knew that information it would have saved me plenty of time and hassle in finding a ups driver.

Good selection, fair prices, good website navigation
RevZilla is great for gear and part selection, they've got most big brands in stock as well as fair prices.
If I could come up with one issue, though, it would be stock. Some popular item sizes are often out of stock for a while, riding gear in particular but also parts. I cannot tell if it is supply chain or manufacturer stock issues but it is an issue nonetheless.
Other than that, the website is easy to traverse (although I wish there was an non-stick filter option). Customer service has also been great in the past and the return process is possibly the easiest I've ever dealt with. I certainly appreciate the military discount as well.
Responses were fast and service was top notch, professional, and cordial.

My new helment and jacket arrived within a few days in excellent shape. I'm very happy with quality and value.
I find the informational videos on the website interesting and helpful. And it's good to know they have a price-match guarantee, although I've not had to use it!
I had to return my jacket for a different size, which was handled easily with at minimal shipping cost and a prompt credit. I ordered a replacement jacket in the correct size and it too arrived in a few days and in great condition. I also ordered a back insert for my jacket because the website said it was sold separately. However the jacket came with a back insert included. Revzilla covered the return shipping cost on my unneeded back insert immediately and without question.
Life Is A Highway With RevZilla
From start to finish, great experience. This was a huge update to safety equipment, including a helmet, our first airbag vests - Alpinestars for me, Klim for her. More and better CE Level 2 armor, tire inflation devices, etc. There's always uncertainty when ordering online, and I really did look to see if some of the items I was looking for were available at the reasonably close Cycle Gear but alas, no. So I got into an online chat with the Geeks there at 'Zilla and was very happy with the sizing recommendations that I received. Everything fit extremely well except the helmet, an AGV K6 S, which is not available in 2XL in my color way at this time. Dang. But super easy to return & be credited, so it's all good. An outstanding experience that I highly recommend.
Insanely good. Shipping speed was inexplicably poor on one critical bit of safety gear, so I got tidy follow-up and $20 Zilla Bucks for my trouble. Again, nothing beats humans, guys.
First MMC (Military Motorcycle Club) Vest
I was recently inducted into an MMC and needed a vest that could be used to display the Club Colors and patches. After over-thinking my options, I settled on the First Manufacturing 49/51 Vest With Collar, size Medium. I'm 5' 10", 162-ish lbs, 32in waist, and the size fits me perfectly. Here in Hawaii where the weather can be hot and wet, I needed something that breathed a bit more than leather but still allowed me to sew all the patches on. This vest is perfect for that, and has several pockets: two smaller breast pockets w/flaps, two hand pockets at the waist area, and two large-capacity "conceal carry" style pockets on the inside. And yet it is somehow not bulky at all. There are three buttons on the inside which (I think) can be used to attach a thermal liner if you wanted to. It's a good blend of canvas and leather and appears high quality and very well-made. It shipped relatively quickly upon ordering, and arrived in less than a week which is decent for Hawaii.

I have been searching online for a helmet that fit great and safe but didn't break the bank. Busy with work not having time. Makes it difficult for me to go to a store and try on helmets after helmet and not wanting to spend over $400 on a helmet I started to order online and oh boy was it difficult. Amazon was great on returns but others not so great after trying about 8 different helmets and returning them I was about to give up nothing fit right. Then RevZilla youtube popped up on my phone reviewing the Sedici Sistema II helmet and I said let's give it one more try I have never ordered from RevZilla before and they seemed most reputable. Wrong size but not an issue
I have known about the company for a long time. I purchased a helmet and it did not fit me correctly. Package was left out in the rain. I had no control over that so packaging got wet was concerned on the return that it might be an issue. I am happy to say it was not, the return process was quick shipped on a Monday in my account on Thursday no issue with wet package. They have gained a customer for life and although I did not end up owning a helmet from them, I will be looking at them first when I make a decision to try again, this company stands behind his products, and I would be more than willing to purchase from them. Again, thank you for the professionalism and ease of purchase and return. And as a former United States, Marine, the military discount is much appreciated, even received it on a clearance item or closeout item as they listed. Semper Fi. When making purchases these days, there are many choices, and they can all be very overwhelming. Give these guys a chance, I assure you, you will not be disappointed.
On the customer service end when asking a question I cannot make a judgment on one call to them, but I will say is the gentleman on the other end did not seem to be very engaging. This is not the companies fault. I feel it is the employee maybe he was having a bad day we all do once in a while.

24 hours processing and parts ready to ship is for real. This is one of the quickest processing and shipping that I have come across. I needed a spring lock for a Honda shadow to be delivered quickly to satisfy a customer. The part was in my mailbox 2 days later, much faster than the local dealer could supply in my hometown

So now I have to scramble to get Christmas gift. I will not order from them again. This business has no concerns for their customers.

I purchased a part for my motorcycle through revzilla.com. the part did not work for me so i started a return. i repackaged and sent the product back via a ups return label provided by revzilla.com. revzilla is now saying they did not receive the product and sent me pictures of damaged packaging. obviously ups wouldnt have taken the package in this poor state. revzilla is now saying they will not return my money. i have no recourse with ups since i didn't generate the shipping label. I dont know wether a revzilla employee or ups employee took it but i sent back all the parts.

I ordered 2 motorcycle tires on 3/27/21. Both tires were listed as 1-2 day shipping lead time and still are labeled as such on Revzilla’s website. This is a problem that needs to be addressed. I recieved front tire in appropriate time given. Rear tire is still on backorder. After calling business 3 times i requested a refund for rear tire so i can order it elsewhere. I was offered a free return shipping label instead when item ships to me and $10 Revzilla cash which i never plan to use as i will not be ordering anything else from this company.
