I bought a 2021 Teryx4LE at the end of January
I bought a 2021 Teryx4LE at the end of January. The fuel pump caught on fire and destroyed my machine and accessories that I had professionally installed. There are machines that are under a recall for this very reason. My dealership refused to let my insurance fire investigator investigate with their technicians. Now the dealership is saying that they will not cover all costs to repair the machines and that it will take up to 3 months to repair it and that my accessories will not be replaced.

2020 Kawasaki KRX purchased nrand new 06/20. 03/21 engine blown, Kawasaki warranty approved to cover repair.I have been working with *** and *** in the *** department but have been getting the run around as well as multiple emails unanswered.It has now been over 3 months, the repair has been approved but Kawasaki is claiming they do not have the parts in stock for the repair. Claims the parts are back ordered without expected date.How does a company produce a product and does not have parts to cover their warranty but yet still produces new vehicles for sale?Please repair the engine or replace it. It is covered under warranty and has been approved months ago.Disabled Retired Navy Veteran paid cash for Kawasaki's flag ship SXS and can not get any support on the matter.Thank you in advance

I recently purchased a *** at a local dealership, the side by side broke down the first ride we went on. Its so new we havent even made the first payment yet! We took it back to the dealer to be fixed, and it has been there over a month now- its still there while Im writing this! Kawasaki will not send the parts out to fix it, yet they are rolling all models off the assembly line daily to sell to other customers - with no means to fix any breakdowns. There are no parts! We even asked customer service to send parts off another unit, they wont do that. I have contacted customer service multiple times by phone (literally after waiting nearly an hour each time) and have emailed them. I have contacted the dealership multiple times who in turn tried to contact Kawasaki to no avail. To say I am upset is being very mild. We only had this KRX a week and 1/2 before it broke down. Now its sitting off to the side at the dealer-who says they have no parts to fix it with and cant get any. I just bought a brand new top to, its fading in the sun I gave $500 for, chewing through our warranty, and seems no one cares to make it right or even try to fix the dang thing, or has offered any resolve to the matter. I have never in my life experienced customer service like this.

Ordered two items from Kawasaki online on 26-March-2021. On 30-March received an e-mail that the items have shipped however status remained unchanged at *** claimed they had not received the articles for shipment. After 4 calls to Kawasaki online order support on 02-Apr, 05-Apr, 06-Apr, I called customer support on *** as well. As of today, I am yet to receive an update on any of those calls. After a 5th call on 07-Apr, the items were re-shipped to me with a promise of 2 day delivery. I received them 12-Apr. The one item is incorrect and does not contain the hardware required for fitment. This morning I attempted to call Kawasaki online order support as well as their customer support lines with 40+ minute wait times. My query has again 'been sent to fulfilment' today and so I assume that by the time this is sorted out, a month would have gone by since my order. Kawasaki do not return phone calls, e-mails and do not provide correspondence as promised.

I went to K&B Mororsports Petaluma on 02/24 to look at two 2020 Kawasaki Mules 4x4 4010's
I went to K&B Mororsports Petaluma on 02/24 to look at two 2020 Kawasaki Mules 4x4 4010's. These two units came in that day and had no batteries installed. Both units looked like they just came out of a box and very clean. So my brother in law and I both agreed to buy both Mules. We had winches and tops installed on the Mules and they were to be ready the following week. On that same day we put a $500 deposit. We arrived on Friday 02/28 and paid the balance. Both Mules were ready and the extras were installed and the Mules were inspected. We picked the Mules up on Saturday and transported them to Mariposa, CA By the time we arrived in Mariposa it was getting late so they were just unloaded and put in the garage. The next day (Sunday 02/29) I pulled mine out of the garage and noticed the emergency brake would not go down all the way due to the boot not being tucked into the cover. Then i noticed a screw missing in the side of the cover. When i look at the hole where the screw went through you could not see nothing behind it so i pulled the cover away and there was nothing behind the cover. I felt the bar above to see if a bracket had broken off. The bar was smooth from the factory. At that time I had no idea there was a bracket missing. I called K&B Motorsports on Tuesday 03/03 and talk to Chad (salesmen) and he said the screw must have fallen out and would order me a new screw. I informed him to order the piece that goes behind the cover because there is nothing behind the cover to screw in to. When i got home I went to K&B Motorsports to see what was missing. That is when I discover it was a factory defect (bracket was never welded on from the factory). I asked many times how they could have missed this when they just put the battery in the other unit and then mine? This cover has to come off to put the battery in. If i was informed of this defect i would have not accept the Mule and I would have waited for a New Mule to arrive.
