wells fargo $1000 gift card
I received an email in the joint spam email account my wife and I have. We have had this email acount since 2004 and when we sign up for sweepstakes and such we use this account. This helps to decrease spam in our other accounts. We check it periodically. I received an email about a $1000 gift card and thought, " Why the heck not." I could use some extra cash since we just moved states and bought a house. I followed the link and spent the majority of my night and the next day doing surveys, filling out new orders, downloading apps, and playing games. Finally I reached my goals and could apply for the gift card. I then get an email stating I originally signed up from an old home address and my claim was invalid because I would need to have the same address to have my reward sent to. I never filled out an address when I originally followed the link. That was bad info on Reward Zone's part. Every offer I filled out was my new address. Never once was my old address visible where I could have rectified this issue and now they want to say I don't qualify because of the change in the address. We'll see what happens.

I too have taken sirvey after survey did whats requied.over and over again.
Its not fair to give someone false hope OVER AND OVER! Do they even know what that does to someone especially in dire straights ?! Probably don't care . They got thier bills paid.

I did everything that I was asked to do I had 100/100 points and I have received absolutely nothing. I did three surveys, and downloaded one of the apps to get the remaining 60/100 points and spent money on that app like asked.. I recently all in one night started 1 app from the silver selection and completed successfully, along with taking part in 2 gold options and 2 platinum offers. I already tried to claim my "so called"earned reward, and have not received any comment from your company's end nor any funds that I totally desperately need because I signed up for some offers with a credit card thinking your company would come through with its promise of my $100-$200 reward incentives for completing all that I did. Hmm...everyone saying this is a scam, I tried for $100 gift card and can prove it if needed to on the website, says I've completed everything, filled out the form, tried to contact Reward Zone USA--Nothing. Would be willing to meet someone who works there over face/webcam if needed too and talk to them about this.

Spam text messages
I have been getting multiple texts a day from this company, and I've never once contacted them for any service. When I called them to discuss this issue, their number went to voicemail and they did not give me an option to leave a message. I am tired of these scam artists trying to find ways around the do not call registry. I would never do business with these idiots

This company repeatedly sends spam texts, in violation of the Federal TCPA, and CAN-Spam Act. I am in the process of communicating with several contacts in the FCC and FTC, to see if criminal charges can be applied to these actions. Fluent, INC is their parent company. Two individuals seem to be spear-heading the RZU Websites, of which Reward Zone USA is a part. Their names are: Mohit Singla, and Ryan Schulke.
Missing companies and wrong types for two companies
I have spent three days working on receiving an iPhone XS for my husband. Two of the companies were listed as SILVER when they should've been platinum, Dr. Seuss, and scentbird. I have other I have other companies that did not list at all though I retrieved their ID number upon the sale going through such as Epsie glam bag ID 694-92334SJ102960X. Hulu also did not show through and neither did Disney movie club though I've tried it twice. Harliquin.com gave me the account number [protected]. Act blue is a company I made a donation of $2 then tried again and made a donation of one dollar. These companies that did not show up we're all platinum so I have the required number of one gold one silver and 11 platinum‘s. I forgot bark box Which I also entered on 8/14/19 as a platinum. This had a 50% off with the code BBHalfoff. I do not think it is fair that I spent so much time and effort and cannot reach you by phone. This is very disappointing and I spent quite a bit of money on these companies. I fully expect you to honor the iPhone XS

ps4 pro incentive program
I saw an ad on facebook, and filled out all of the information. I then completed all of the offers needed, and contacted them twice. I am having two issues:
1. Some of my offers that I completed are not showing up on my account page. I contacted customer service over two weeks ago, and have recieved no response. I can prove that I completed them, I have all of the emails and screenshots.
2. Having completed all of the offers needed to receive my PS4 Pro, I tried to fill out the claim form. This was on August 2 I believe, and ten days later I have not recieved a response. I completed everything well within the 20 day limit, and even had to pay for some of the offers. It is very frustrating that I can't even get an email back.
I want the company to make it right by contacting me, requesting any information they need, and sending me the PS4 that they agreed to send me if I completed all of the necessary offers.

$1,000 bank of america visa gift card
I completed all requirements to receive the gift card. They sent me an email confirming I met requirements to receive it but asked me for extra verification even though they have all the proof from the vendors I participated with. I have attempted several times to send them what they asked for but now email address rejects all emails as undeliverable and the fax number is always busy. I have 60 days to submit but have no way of sending the info. I can no longer reach the website but a new one appears called Flash Rewards and when I try to send inquiries I get message saying my status is waiting for requested information. Same company different name. This a scam to not pay gift card I earned by saying I didn't comply with the rules and request by not providing the information by not accepting it via the ways I was instructed to. The customer service number no longer accepts messages but refers you to the email address that doesn't work.

I was redirected to complete the survey. I chose to get my credit score. After doing so there was no redirection back to the site. When I closed the credit page and opened back the sites my points were not there and I was promoted to start over. That exchange is the exact exchange that followed between 5/09/19-7/09/19. As you can see, the initial email they show me what claims had shown to be completed but omitted the ones I clicked but did not finish. Only once I sent in four manual credits that I proved were completed did they tell me THOSE credits were invalid as they weren't in their system showing I clicked on them. In that email is an image of their record of links I clicked but did not complete which includes Fingerhut, Apple Music, Free Score 360, and E-Bates. I did click those, but I couldn't complete them because I didn't qualify as I was already a member of each. Suspiciously, the four completed ones WERE OMITTED from that email. It's as if they were waiting to see which ones I completed to claim I didn't click them in their system.
After that I asked why the ones I sent were invalid when it clearly shows I completed the offers regardless of whether it shows I clicked them or not. After all, isn't that what a manual claim packet is for? I asked politely to be given credit for those, but they alternatively told me I had three days if I wanted to complete 3 MORE offers which, they said, must be completed using the original link I completed the other offers for which they did not supply to me or explain how to retrieve the original link. My total offer number had I accepted would end up totaling 18 offers out of 10 required.
I am fed up, and sent a complaint to BBB. Hopefully I can get a resolution there.
