RHP Properties review: Eviction / lease / raft / regional manager 4

Too many excuses do not keep updated info in resident file. Will take money from you and from your card. But will not take a approved raft application. To pay past rent and the 3 months forward. Was told to do a residency application if approved and show proof mymom put title in my name then they would fill the landlord side of raft so I would not be evicted. My mom and I have showed all documentation to lanlord told us on sept 23, 2021 we were good to go as soon as the person they had on file signed off on lease. That person did now today. We are told regional is stating must have a utility bill in my moms and my name and show proof because she is afraid we are running out of time as they already filed paperwork with attorney. Seriously. This woman from corporate glares at me like I am a piece of [censored]. She also is very rude. There is so many documents and laws that they can be sued with from just me alone. All that started yhis was they refusing to take payment of $8000 plus so I am not evicted. Approved pending lanlord. So they are not working with the ab486 at all they could care less. Last point mom had copy of lease term month to month when me and kids were added back in 2017. But still are refusing to cooperate and fix the paperwork for us instead they are just trying to push us out. I want my voice to be heard. I want money back for security we dont have and havent since 2017. I am suing for mental and emotional stress for myself and kids. I want them to accept the raft fix the lease and either credit my account for services backdated to 2017 of our rent increases for services we do not have but pay for, or pay in the amount of check to me to settle out of court I am estimating total for violating ab486 and nrs118b and the emotional stress... I will leave that up to them. Honestly just leave me alone accept my approved app with raft and give me a fixed rate of 633 a month and no payment till next august.
