I puchased a GE refrigerator in March '17. Item # GFE 26GSKSS. It started making a noise in the back of the unit around Oct. I have recorded the noise to show a pattern and give the repairman a clue as to what is happening. It is not cooling properly and I called Riester's to let them know. They sent a repairman to the house within a week. He heard the sound and said he would contact me to let me know of a repair plan. That was at the end of October and I have called Riester's numerous times since then only to be given the run around with no return phone call as promised to let me know what is going on with my product. It is now Dec. 4. They are a certified GE repair service and are quite frankly worthless. Please let me know of what action I should take. I am concerned someone in my family may get sick from eating food that is not cooling properly and I have kept a record of the temperature at intervals. Thank you for a response.
