Rightio review: I reported a possible blockage in my toilet

Righto sent our a sub-contractor who tried to pump the block out or the toilet basin to no avail. He then thought the blockage might be in the pipe outside that joined our sewage the main drain running along the back of the buildings on my road. When he lifted the manhole cover, there was about 12 inches of sewage water in the bottom of the manhole. He then tried to poke some rods down the sewage pipe to our property and confirmed that although he could not get the rods to go very far and he was sure the blockage was in the main sewage pipe and tried to het his rods as far as he could into the pipe running downhill from my property. He could not reach any blockage and said he need more rods or a jet wash which he did not have with him. I contacted Righto to complain that the plumber sent had not sorted the problem and they said I had a 10 day guarantee and would get someone out. They then phoned back to say they were trying to gat a jet washer. The following morning, they phoned to say that the jet washer engineer was on holiday and didn't know for how long. I then asked for my money back (£345) s they had not sorted the problem and and they said they would put in a complaint for me.
