My husband and I were very happy with the maintenance work that Riley Heating & Cooling performed on our service. He also did a minor repair, I believe. He seemed to really know what he was talking about and he was very thorough. He found out exactly what was causing the issue we were having. We called another company last year with this issue and they installed a new thermostat, but it didn't fix the problem. We will call Riley from here on out.

I've been with Riley Heating and Cooling for a long time. It's always a pleasure to have their technicians come into my home and care for my furnace and air conditioner. He is always professional, knowledgeable and kind, and I feel comfortable when he is in my home. Even during this pandemic, the technician took the necessary steps to protect me and himself. At 4:45 on a cold winter afternoon I realized that my furnace had gone out. The individual in the office was very helpful and efficient, and by 5:10, the service technician, already at my home, found the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. This technician was also very professional and polite. I could not have asked for better service.

When my furnace needed replacing 10 years ago, they were there for me, dependable, knowledgeable and professional. Recently my air conditioner was replaced by Mike K. and Jason, again with the same values as before, even wearing masks during this stressful pandemic, they did a great job, well deserving of a 5 star rating. Am recovering from bypass surgery---visit from Riley was extremely necessary to give me peace of mind getting through this winter. My family and I have been using Riley for years and cannot think of better service anywhere.

I have used Riley for years and have never been disappointed
I have used Riley for years and have never been disappointed. Three years ago they installed a brand new AC and heating system for me. Every year they come and maintain it. This year I called to schedule and there was about a two-week wait period. I scheduled it, but asked to be put on a waiting list. I could not believe it when Lynn called me the very next day to say someone could be there in an hour! It all worked out well. George was great. I highly recommend Riley. Very professional.

Riley Heating & Cooling is an excellent organization. They provide exceptional service in the repair and maintenance for all of your heating and air conditioning needs. Customer service (office personnel) are friendly and provide flexibility when making an appointment. Service personnel (in this situation John H.) are friendly and knowledgable. Service was performed in an excellent manner and done so with efficiency and excellence. Riley is my "go to" for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.

The entire team at Riley was consistently professional and helpful - the delivered exactly what they promised. Fred came out quickly when we called for an estimate. Since they couldn't install a new AC unit immediately, they sent out a technician to service our existing unit free of charge so that we would be comfortable until the new unit got installed. Our new unit is incredibly quiet and gets the job done. We like a cold house and this bryant unit has kept our house at 68 even on 90 degree days. I can't recommend them enough - great company!
Price gouging at its finest
Price gouging at its finest. Over priced. Riley does not and will not give me a cost break down of job performed. Backstory: had A/C unit start blowing warm air, inside temp was 79, tech came out noticed we needed a new capacitor. Less than 45 minutes of labor and 1 new capacitor later we were charged $439.00. I'm not that good at math, but something doesn't add up here. So let's do math here: 4392=219.50. So you're telling me, Riley charged me $219.50 for a $30 part and labor rate is $219.50 for 45 minutes? Inside temp now after 7 hours of run time is now 78. So not only did they over charge it didn't help at all. Good job guys!

Riley Heating and Cooling was a welcome change of pace after dealing with other companies in my area. The team arrived as scheduled and replaced my central air and heating all in one day. They were competent, professional and cleaned the area before they left. The whole process was easy to navigate from the technician who came to look at my old A/C to the owner of the company who answered my questions about replacement choices. I was made aware of the cost before work started and I was not surprised with extra fees as the work was completed. Now that I have a functioning A/C, I look forward to comfortable summer nights. I would recommend Riley Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for service or new installation.
Riley is the best!
Riley is the best! I had another big company install a furnace in my home about 7 or 8 years ago which was top of the line for them and quite pricey. It wasn't quite a year old and my basement flooded. When I called them to see if something could be done they were more than rude and the only answer they would give me was "All we can do is come out and charge you $90 and condemn it" That's when I called Riley. They were so professional and I did have to replace the furnace and since my AC unit was older I had them do that at the same time. Everyone there from the office staff to the service pros have always been polite and professional when I've dealt with them. I would recommend Riley to anyone who needs heating and/or air conditioning work done!

I had Riley replace my entire heating and cooling system. First they repaired the old system to get m through the heat of summer (that cost they refunded) while we decided what particular unit we wanted. Fred Kahn kept us up to date every step of the way concerning permits and install time frames. Once the work began Paul and & Mike were very informative at every turn and made every effort to keep me informed as to how the work was going. Tearing out a 3rd floor furnace and air conditioner can be a messy job but they kept my house spotless. As minor issues arose during the install Paul would make sure to get my input on what and where things needed to be relocated. After all the work was done they took their time walking me through the system operation and capabilities. I have used other HVAC companies in the past but I will only use Riley form here on out.

The team of three service pros arrived on time and started moving the equipment into the building to get it ready for when it was needed. They disconnected the old air conditioning unit on the roof and the furnace in our condo unit. They had to bleed the old refrigerant out of the lines which took longer than expected. Once that was accomplished they pulled out the old and put in the new. They had to pull new wires from our electrical panel to make sure we had the right power to run the new furnace, and they had to pull new wires for the new thermostat and humidistat. This was all done very quickly and professionally. They finished around 5 pm and then tested that everything worked. We worked together to get the new thermostat app installed on my phone and after a few tries got it working. Then they cleaned up by sweeping the floors around where they worked. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone needing furnace and/or air conditioning equipment and service.
