Rock Music Memorabilia Frank Zappa / Captain Beefheart

I ordered this item in March 2021. On [protected] I received a confirmation mail from Wendy Bannister. From then, after several mails back and forth, I only received a part of the order. That was late june 2021. A large part, including about a dozen CD/DVD's, tshirt, a book, was missing. The CD/DVD's that were received were a bit of a disappointment, they were "burned" discs, mostly without a cover, and they didn't look like they did on their website at all.

I asked about sending the rest of the order, but I have not received anything since.

Two times I got a reply asking what items were missing, the last time was in februari. After that, on [protected] Wendy Bannister mailed they had all the missing items in stock, and would ship "tomorrow".

But I have never received anything, and have not heard from them since. I asked a coule of times, but no reply has been made.

Desired outcome: Obviously I would like the complete order to be delivered. If for some reason thats not possible a refund would be allright. It's been going on for over 15 months now. An apology would also be fitting, I think.

Rock Music Memorabilia Poster for Rock Festival ordered from Rockmusicmemorobilia.com

Order placed and paid for on 24th January for festival poster. Contacted Rockmusicmemorobilia.com on 4th Feb, and was assured it would be sent. It wasn't. Further contact again on 14th Feb, but no response. Resent my address on request when I contacted them again on 22nd Feb. Item still not sent. Final contact sent on 2nd March but again no response.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund.

I've recently had the same kind of problem regarding a Knebworth 76 poster. But, after a couple of phone calls, and emails it should be resolved within the next couple of days.
I received an email stating that a full refund was being processed. When I emailed them saying that I would rather have the poster if possible, I received a reply saying that the poster had been dispatched, and that I can resubmit the payment after it's arrived.
Hopefully that's the issue resolved. We live in hope.

Rock Music Memorabilia Non-delivery of goods

I ordered There must be a better way, June 2019. The book never arrived. I have had a series of promises by email and phone but to date have not received either the book or the promised refund

I suspect this is a fraudulent company as there are a series of reviews from other customers with similar experience

I am prepared to take legal action if necessary

Desired outcome: Refund

Rock Music Memorabilia Knebworth 1974 t shirt

I ordered and paid for the t shirt on 2nd july 2020. This was paid by debit card. Since then, no confirmation from this company, 3 emails sent asking for an update unanswered, phone calls that go to an answerphone and are not replied to. It seems as though this company is a scam. If they are genuine, why would they just ignore emails and phone calls. I am so disgusted with this company. Thank goodness it's not a large amount of money but that doesn't change the fact that they are not a genuine company.

Rock Music Memorabilia Credit card charged; product not sent; ignoring requests

I ordered two posters of the 1970 Bath Music Festival from http://www.rockmusicmemorabilia.com and had my credit card charged for them on August 20, 1915. I have not received the posters. Moreover, despite sending three emails over the past few months to the email address on their website, I have not so much as received an acknowledgement, let alone any attempt to act honorably and make this situation right. I would appreciate the courtesy of a reply. And I would appreciate having my credit card credited for the amount that was charged by this company. Or I would accept a refund.

I also placed an order on December 2, 2015. The money was withdrawn from my account ($120.00) and despite having sent three emails asking where my order was, I have not received a reply. I will never order from this company again, and will be sure to spread the word about the companies practice of taking money without fulfilling orders placed.

I made an order on Decwmber 2nd. I live in the US so can understand it takes a little longer to ship, but until December 20 something (I have email records) I hadn't received an order confirmation or anything. So I emailed them and they told me they'd look into it. My order was for $120US and I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation or my item. Each time j contact them they tell me they'll contact UPS for an update but there is no response until I write again. I have an account with UPS and get notified when anything is shipped to me, so far nothing from this company. I will never do business with them again, even if I do ever get my $120 box set...

Resolved

Change of info and resubmitted. First issued complaint had info on it that needed changing. Address was my personal and not that of company I was complaining about. Also removed UPS tracking number.

I ordered a Lynyrd Skynyrd t shirt in April. Sent many emails, filled in the contact form a couple of times and spoke to Wendy a couple of times. Still nothing despite promises. I've now informed them I'll be going to the small claims court where I should get a refund and they will incur the costs. Disappointed as I'm a long time customer.

I ordered a Knebworth Genesis T shirt and what I received was not what I ordered. All my emails pointing this out and asking for an exchange were ignored and, frankly, I simply gave up. That said, I've made sure anyone I know who's come across this company is aware of its lack of customer care and apparent ignorance of consumer rights. The policy seems to be to ignore it and it'll go away. It worked in this case but at a cost. Amazed they have been around for so long given the contempt they display towards their customers.

I ordered the set on Dec 17th 2015 and was assured it would arrive by Christmas but it didn't and still hasn't and now no one is answering the phone or returning messages.
