Mixed Experiences, Proceed with Caution
As someone deeply invested in fitness and strength training, I understand the importance of reliable equipment. Looking at the reviews for Rogue Fitness, it's evident that customers have had mixed experiences. While some praise the quality of their products, others have faced challenges with shipping, customer service, and product sizing. It's crucial to approach purchases from Rogue Fitness with caution, ensuring you have a clear understanding of their policies and potential pitfalls. Remember, your fitness journey deserves equipment that supports your goals effectively.

We encountered a few small problems with our shipment, which was a purchase worth about $2,000 and weighed over several pounds delivered by freight. However, these issues were all resolved in a calm and professional manner.
Rogue is an amazing company!
Rogue is an amazing company! They are very easy to deal with when you have a problem. Their customer service is excellent and they produce some of the best weight lifting products available. I had a problem with an order and it was resolved quickly and easily, which has made me a loyal customer for life. Thank you, guys!
Rogue offers bumper plates in a “set” which typically includes multiple weight variations. When the product is purchased this way, rogue claims that shipping is FREE. But they refuse to honor this offer even when all applicable weights are available. I was told I can only purchase “ala carte” and they were unable to honor the package even though all parts of the package were available. I asked them to either honor the offer or remove the offer from the website which they refuse to do. This issue could be handled simply by offering what they are advertising. The response from Rogue was pathetic at best and shows the companies true character of not standing with integrity. The idea that any company can offer a "set" but not sell it because they are unwilling to do so is laughable and the only reason I can see is that the company is more concerned with profit than honesty and integrity. I think that the rating on this website shows evidence to this idea. For a company that brags about being an American Company, it is a sad atrocity that they are so far from the ideals that make this the most amazing country in the world.

These guys are super reliable and have great transparency on their website
These guys are super reliable and have great transparency on their website. They allowed me to sign up for notifications when items were in stock, and when I ordered them, they were promptly shipped, and I could track the progress. Compared to other fitness equipment providers, these guys are rock stars! I've made a number of purchases with them, and I always get my equipment within a reasonable period (usually a week or less).
No response from customer service. It’s impossible to get a full set of dumbbells without paying a fortune in shipping fees since the dumbbells cannot be purchased as a set. The company will not accommodate customers for curbside pickup. I’ve been trying to get a set of a Rogue Fitness dumbbells for over 6 months. I’ve given up.
Purchased more than 25 t shirts labeled as Rogue T Shirts over the years. Purchased 5 new ones this past week. Three fit exactly like the past 25. One was overly large. I informed Rogue and they told me that even though they labeled it as a Rogue t shirt the manufacturer makes them differently. Said I could return but have to pay $12 to return a $25 t shirt. Bad customer service and don’t stand behind a product that is labeled as a rogue brand t shirt

They didn't ship me all the pieces they were supposed to, telling me "we forgot", and now I waiting another month before the correct pieces will arrive to actually put together this rack. Regarding the rack: it has paint issues, scratches, and dents all over it. It's supposed to be a brand new $2000+ rack. They offered me $75 for my troubles, which is insanely insulting. I paid more than that in SHIPPING THE *** THING OUT HERE. This is what you get for buying American. Bad customer service, overpriced products, and horrible fit and finish.
I ordered "in stock" equipment from Rogue on January 27th, received order acknowledgement on January 27th. They sent me a shipping notice on January 28th - excellent shipped in a day right? Wrong. It's February 11th and my order has not shipped as Rogue previously indicated. No ship date in sight. 1. Rogue lied to me about shipped the order January 28th. 2. Rogue billed me in full on January 27th and has shipped NOTHING. 3. When I contacted Rogue Cust Svc - they tried to claim it was the shipper's issue - not the the shipper's issue when they don't have a box to ship. 4. I asked why I was not notified of a backorder. Now Rogue is claiming they haven't shipped the product which they still claim is "in stock". 5. I said fine, return my money until you have shipped - that will help incentivize your people to put the "in stock" product for my order in a box and ship it. 6. No response. I will be contacting my VISA company to dispute the charges from Rogue.

Ordered "In stock" items on 01/15 and paid $500 for shipping alone. My order still hasn't gone past the processing stage and when I reached out to customer service a couple times they gave me the same generic response stating shipping delays each time. Its been over a month now with zero updates on my order. Rogue equipment itself is very good quality, but their customer service is abysmal. It feels like they leave you completely in the dark after orders have been placed. The worst part is being charged immediately for " in stock" items and getting no information on orders for weeks to months afterwards. They need a serious revamp of their projected lead times or more clarity from the customer service side of things, because it seems like a lot of people are experiencing the same thing.
There has been no update on my Theragun return
There has been no update on my Theragun return. My husband had surgery months ago and needed this for his therapy but the product didn't even work. I have attempted numerous, NUMEROUS times to get into contact with someone about the replacement of this product. I was able to email back and forth initially a couple times with Andrew Z. but then that abruptly became unresponsive on April 15th, and nothing more was communicated. This is a poor way to handle a company. We understand, as a company, during these times it is rough... but don't say you are able to replace a product and then have 0 communicated afterword.. Horrible customer service.
I ordered a Rogue Matador dip attachment for my Rogue Squat Rack I purchased earlier in the year that their website said was compatible. When the item arrived pieces were falling off and when I tried to use it my rack felt unstable and unsafe, even though it is bolted down. When I reached out to Rogue for suggestions, I was abruptly told that if my rack was bolted down right it wouldn't be an issue. I was also given the option to return it. From January 22nd I asked to speak with someone else multiple times due to what I felt was the rude nature of the response I received and was not obliged until January 28th. During this time I also noticed that while all the reviews on their site for the item I purchased were overwhelmingly positive, when I searched elsewhere on the internet I noticed many others having the exact same issue as myself with the same combination of items. I left a review on their site mentioning the issues I had, hoping to help others avoid the problems I was running into. This review contained nothing profane or inflammatory, but was removed. I believe they are manipulating the reviews on their site to only display the positive ones. I asked about this multiple times until finally being told that I mentioned receiving poor service in my review (in addition to the issues I was experiencing with the product I purchased) and that was the reason it cannot be displayed on their webpage. After some more equally unhelpful back and forth with a 2nd customer service person, I requested to accept the return of the item I was offered, as the situation was going nowhere productive. I was then told that I could not return the item because it had been "installed". The item requires no assembly upon receipt and uses literally one pin to connect to the squat rack. This was also the same state the item was in when I sent my very first email and was offered a return. When I pointed this out, I was told that if I wanted to return the item, the same one I had told them I did not feel safe using, I had to make a video of myself using the unsafe item, potentially injuring myself in the process, and send it to them. I replied explaining how asinine this was, and asked to be sent the details for my return, and that I wanted a full refund. This was several days and they have not since responded. I am only giving them one star because I cannot give them zero.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I can never get a straight answer and delays are far beyond what they publish. They need a complete overhaul with their internal systems and a new customer service team. Absolutely unacceptable.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered some small items that arrived within a reasonable time however it was the way they were shipped that made it feel like a rip off. The items had been just thrown into a box with no packing material all. It was a miracle they weren't damaged in transit. The box that they were shipped in was about 4 times bigger than it needed to be so I ended up paying unnecessary high shipping costs. I emailed the company a few times to express my concerns and got what sounded like boilerplate answers (which made sense after I went online and saw the unbelievable number of 1 star reviews this company has). These people clearly don't give a crap about their customers.
We purchased an Rogue ECHO Bike. After putting it together we realized that it was not a good fit for us, we are both under 5' 1". I called Rogue Fitness on 10/27 to have to bike returned. I was told it would be picked up on 10/29. I stayed home all day until after 9pm to ensure it was picked up. We have porch pirates so we refuse to just leave it outside. Friday morning I called Rogue Fitness and was told to call UPS. I then contacted UPS but since I did not have a confirmation or tracking number they had no idea about our pickup. I was on the phone with UPS for about 15 minutes. I then contacted Rogue Fitness again. This time I spoke to ***, who was much nicer than the woman I had spoken to earlier. He told me that UPS dropped the ball and he would request a pick up for that day or to next. I ended up having to stay home all day Friday and all day Saturday. Rogue Fitness is not open on Saturday or Sunday so I called them first thing this morning, Monday 11/02. I spoke to *** who told me that the pick up should be today, which is the first business day after the request for pickup. We paid $230 to have the bike picked up yet it is still. I told Kevin I had to waste 3 days to wait for a pickup that never happened. I then requested compensation for my time and he said he is not authorized to do that. If you google Rogue Fitness Customer Service it says Rogue Fitness--Excellent Customer Service. I would've liked to give them 1 star however *** and *** had good customer service skills.

As a consumer, I give Rogue Fitness zero stars If I could
As a consumer, I give Rogue Fitness zero stars If I could. I ordered an item on 7/30 as a gift. I selected this vendor online because they promised 5-7 day shipping from item "selected" on their end. My item was selected right away. On Aug 13, with no change in status I made alternate gift arrangements and called and emailed Rogue to cancel my order since they were outside their service level agreement. An order that includes $58.30 in shipping cost. While on the phone the order "magically" changed from selected to shipped; therefore supposedly disqualifying the ability to cancel the order. Obviously, there is no coincidence in that timing. At that point, they refused the cancel and said that it could be returned (minus return shipping) as well. Bad company with UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Oh look, another 0 star rating for Rogue Fitness. I originally chose rogue because I recognized the name, I thought it was a quality american made product, and I saw it as top of the line. Boy was I wrong. I have been fighting to purchase a rack, bar, weights, and bench for a home gym and it has been ***. As stated in the many reviews below they have shady business practices, unethical customer service and will do anything to swindle you out of your money. Good luck finding any deals, or even inventory and when you do, be prepared to have to fight tooth and nail and be treated like a second class citizen by their customer service. Any promotion you see on their website, everything is excluded and nothing is eligible because they have made it impossible to order everything at once. DON'T BUY ROGUE - it is a competitive market and someone somewhere will have something better.

I made a nearly $3K order of all "In stock" items on 02/21/2021. My order still hasn't gone past the picked stage and when I reached out to customer service a couple times they gave me the same generic response stating shipping delays each time. Their site still claims that items will be shipped in 14-30 days. It’s been over a month now with zero updates on my order and I was just told by a customer service rep to basically Hurry-up and wait, or cancel the order. They seem to be blaming everything on the freight company and refuse to take any level of responsibility/accountability for not getting orders out on time when their own website still says “ships in 14-30 days”. This is a horrible way to do business.
I spent $8.95 on shipping for UPS which should be at least UPS ground and which I thought would be UPS Ground. Company charged me $8.95 for UPS shipping to then send it Mail Innovations shipping, which is the slowest shipping and does not justify the $8.95 shipping I paid (for UPS Ground, not for Mail Innovations).. I request my shipping be refunded/prorated to a lower price that reflects the substandard Mail Innovations shipping that the company sent my order. Mail Innovations is slower than First Class mail and should not cost the $8.95 I paid which is a UPS Ground price. Desired Settlement: Request shipping cost to be refunded for a lower cost of U.S. First Class mail which is equivalent to the speed and service of Mail Innovations shipping. I am returning the merchandise (once it arrives via Mail Innovations) for a full refund because this company has become deceptive in its shipping practices and emailed me claiming charges for UPS Ground shipping cost was justified for Mail Innovations shipping which is not the same shipping at all. I refuse to buy anymore merchandise from this company and will be purchasing my merchandise from their competitors.

I purchased 3 pairs of collars and when I received them, tried them on my Rogue Ohio barbell they did not fit. I had to struggle to shove them in and i did not want to force them in my barbell because its extremely inconvenient to do this every time I clip in changing weights. I went ahead and placed another order for other 3 pairs of collars and when they arrived I had no issues with. When requesting a return for the first set of defective collars, I called their customer service (after many emails were not returned), was on the phone for 1 hour and 15mins. spoke to a representative who told me to record a video and email it. which I did. 5 days later after they saw the video, they were really condescending saying I had no clue to use their clips, trying to send educational pictures which were pretty insulting to me as well because I am not willing to struggle to put them on my barbell each time. To make a long story short, I called again, I have been nothing but patient and understanding about the whole Covid-19 situation (since it has challenged ALL our businesses tremendously) but their lack of empathy, support, the lack of that awesome customer service and product quality they rave about is jaw dropping. I will never recommend anything from them again, I was not asking for a freebie, a store credit or anything along those lines. I was just asking for a return label and a refund which I never got. I wish I would have know better. I wish I would've seen the reviews here prior doing any business with Rogue Fitness.

I placed an order on July 17th, 2020 for several items from Rogue, including a plate tree, t-shirt, headband, and mug
I placed an order on July 17th, 2020 for several items from Rogue, including a plate tree, t-shirt, headband, and mug. According to their confirmation email, the shipping time would be 5-7 days once the order was processed. On the same day, I received an automated email confirming that the order had been processed, but it would take 14-28 days to ship. On July 20th, 2020, I received another email stating that my order had been shipped. The email listed all the items and implied that they had all been shipped. It also included a link to Rogue's shipment tracker site. When I checked the link, I saw that the order had been divided into three packages. The first two packages were updated at the same time, moving from processed to picked, and they were shipped via UPS on July 22nd, 2020. However, the third package remained in the "Picked" status and has not changed since then. I received the first two boxes on July 24th, 2020. The smaller box was well packaged, but the box containing the tree section was poorly put together. It had small strips of tape on each corner and two nylon straps. The tape had come apart during delivery, and the straps were barely holding it together. One-third of the box was hanging over the strap, exposing the tree and causing damage to its finish. Around July 27th, 2020, I sent an email to the Rogue team asking about the status of the third package, but I did not receive a reply. So, on July 29th, 2020, I called Rogue. I was on hold for 44 minutes before someone named *** answered. *** was great and honest. They apologized and mentioned the impact of COVID-19, but explained that they were working from home and would need to send a message to the warehouse to expedite the process. I informed *** about my birthday deadline, and although they couldn't make any promises, they were optimistic that it would arrive before August 10th. I also told *** about the damages to the tree, and they said that someone from the warehouse would likely contact me to explain what happened. On July 30th, 2020, *** emailed me and asked if there was any visible damage to the packaging. I informed them that there was none and explained that the packaging itself was likely inadequate. On August 2nd, 2020, *** replied and requested photographs of the damages so they could investigate further. I sent the photographs that same day and asked for some compensation for the damages to the tree. I also inquired about the status of the third package and suggested that there must be a manager who could expedite the process. On August 3rd, 2020, *** responded and stated that they would issue a refund of $50 for the damages to the tree and its finish, which was much less than I expected. They did not mention anything about the status of the third package. On August 4th, 2020, I replied to *** and directly asked about the third package. On August 5th, 2020, *** responded, saying, "Due to extended delays in our warehouse, they are still catching up on some of these orders. We anticipate this to ship out within the next 2-5 business days." The status of the third package has not changed since the earlier mentioned date. As I mentioned to both *** and ***, there must be a manager who can personally go to the warehouse and complete this pending order that has been pending for a month.
Order number obscured. See attached Word Document for all information. Ordered 45lb deep dish plates on July 16th. Order was filled and ready for pickup. However, the order reverted to processing status two days before pickup, initially being informed of one issue, then later it was attributed to an e-coating problem. Consequently, I was informed of a 2-4 week delay. The item appeared back in stock on August 5th and August 9th as per the website. When I called on August 9th, the associate confirmed receipt of a shipment and promised dispatch by the end of the week. No further updates were provided. After contacting them again on August 11th and 12th, I received conflicting information from two different associates. I reached out to Rogue, and an employee assured me he would investigate further and coordinate with the warehouse since my order appeared abnormal. Despite this, no updates followed. I made another attempt to contact Rogue, and was told the issue would be escalated to management, yet there were still no updates by 7:15 PM on August 12th. All evidence suggests my order was never completed while plates were available for new orders. My patience is wearing thin. This does not reflect the integrity I expect from Rogue. I demand transparency and a resolution.
I purchased the Rogue Individual Fitness Mat for $92.55 with shipping. It was sent damaged and I showed photos via email to the customer service team. When I asked for a return label, it took well over a week and multiple follow up emails from me to receive it. Finally, I was told to send the item back at my own expense directly to Dollamur (the manufacturer located in Texas which I did not purchase the item from) which cost me $61.94 for return shipping. The customer service person (***) now says that the company will only refund me the original cost of $92.55 and will not pay for the return shipping, despite the product arriving damaged which was not my fault. I sent a copy of my return tracking and proof of what I spent to ship the item back. I demand full refund of $154.49 but they will only give $92.55. I should not be reponsible for return shipping cost which costs almost as much as the entire item, when the item was sent damaged to me.
On Aug 12, 2021 I purchased a landmine attachment to use with my Rogue wall strip. There’s a photo on the Rogue website of it being used in this way. On receiving it I saw that the bolts stick out quite a bit and will damage my wall. I therefore decided not to install it and return it. I emailed Rogue customer service. They asked for a photo, so I installed it and sent them a photo. They replied that it’s installed correctly and will work. To protect my wall I should buy and install a piece of rubber behind the device. And, even though I met their return policy as I had it only for a day and never used it, now I can’t return it because it’s been installed! I only installed it to take the photos they asked for. I would like a refund for the item and shipping both ways. Order number ***. Amount $128.42
On 13 July I ordered a product from Rogue Fitness
On 13 July I ordered a product from Rogue Fitness. I was told they had an active cancellation policy of 12-24 hours of order processing. This order was processed at 10:20am on 13, July . I contacted Rogue Fitness on 14 July at 09:08am to have this order cancelled due to their preferred shipping method, which has taken an egregious amount of time on past orders. The customer service representative for Rogue claimed there was now no cancellation policy because the order showed in their system it had "shipped". He said I must wait for the item to deliver, then pay to have it returned in order to receive any refund. I contacted both *** and USPS, who would be handling the shipment and neither one had received the package, showing a falsification of item progress on Rogue's end. I asked the Rogue representative if he was dictating an outright refusal despite the policy I was originally given so I could open a dispute on the transaction and the representative replied, "Thanks for letting us know". Unfortunately, the response seemed indicative of Rogue Fitness collecting info in order to prepare themselves to fight a potential transaction dispute and further resist resolving the issue. For reference, Order#

I have submitted a total of 3 orders, for 4 sets of dumbbells with Rogue Fitness. I was very happy with the 20lb Poly Hex Dumbbells, the 25lbs and the 35lbs Poly Hex Dumbbells. Then on June 18, I placed an order for the 30lb Poly Hex Dumbbells. On June 23 I received the order, however, it was not what I ordered. The dumbbells that arrived were 30lb Rubber Hex Dumbbells, not POLY. They smell horrible (unlike Poly that does not smell), they immediately scuffed my floors and my clothing, and the texture feels like rubber (because they are). The response from Rogue was that I did receive Poly Hex dumbbells and "The smell you are referring to is likely off-gassing, which is common in rubber products and something we have seen in the past with this item." Please note, I've now spent several hundred dollars on weights with Rogue. I would like them to make this right and send me the correct 30lb Poly Hex Dumbbells that I purchased for $105.80. Mistakes happen, own up to it, and fix it.
I ordered a pair of custom knee sleeves on 7/16 for the amount of $80 plus S+H for a total of $90.95. On 7/22 I received an email from *** in customer service stating my custom image chosen violated terms and conditions. I explained what my image was and simply asked how I violated the rules and which rule I violated. Since then, Dalton J, along with the rest of the supervisors in customer service have refused to give me any answers as to how I violated the terms and conditions. I tried calling to ask for an answer and on my latest call was told they do no plan on resolving the issue any further. They have not made any attempt to resolve anything so far. I have almost 30 emails back and forth and have tried to get in touch over the phone about 5-10 times in the last week. They refuse to help whatsoever or even help resolve the issue in the smallest bit.
I purchased a squat stand which according to the website should have come with a single skinny pull-up bar. All images on the site show the stand with this bar, and any other bar is listed as an ad add-on. The stand was delivered with a double, skinny-fat bar, which is too low. Rogue refused to exchange, saying that I didn't specify the correct bar when there is no indication to do that on the site. Canadian customer service confirmed that according to the site, I should have received the skinny bar but they were unable to facilitate an exchange, saying my only option was to purchase The bar separately.

I placed an order on 12/31 and of the equipment that I ordered, the longest lead times advertised were 14-30 to ship.
As the 30th day from my order approached, I began reaching out to customer service to see if I could get a tangible ship date. Despite numerous explicit requests, customer service just fed me the same canned response that they are experiencing up to a 4-week shipping delay. Upon investigating on their website, the same equipment is still advertised for the same 14-30 day lead time to SHIP, despite myself, and clearly many others experiencing much longer lead times.
Upon looking into the FTC regulations regarding this, it appears that if a company takes payment for you, they owe you a SHIP DATE within 30 days. If that SHIP DATE is going to extend past the 30 days, the company is supposed to CONTACT THE CONSUMER and provide them with a new SHIP DATE, not a extremely vague shipping window.
As of the latest customer service response today, I was told they are still experiencing shipping delays and that it's their leaderships utmost task to resolve. Based on other's complaints and reviews, I can't imagine it's going to be resolved anytime soon. Filing this complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com and filed a complaint with the FTC as well.

On March 21, I purchased the Rogue RML-3W Fold Back Wall Mount Rack - (41.5" depth) w. Stringer RF0611-41-S for $1,562.89 (order #***). I received it on May 11. Rogue website states that this rack takes up less than 5" from the wall. Rogue's website also states that with the 41.5" option, there will be a SLIGHT overlap. When I mounted the rack, however, it will not close and sticks out over 2 1/2 feet. This is not a slight overlap. This extends the rack more than six times their stated distance from the wall. It changes the character of the rack, so that it's main objective, a space saving foldable rack, is no longer met. Furthermore, they have no images on their website showing the rack with the 41.5" option closed and they only provide the general 5" measurement, without stating the true measurement of the 41.5" option. This issue could only be seen after installation (which was yesterday), so Rogue has refused our request because it is not new, in the box.
I placed order #*** on May 1st for a full set of plates with white opaque lettering. Upon arrival the 15 pound and 35 pound pairs had thin and transparent lettering; the 10s, 25s, 45s, and 55s had no such defect. I called and I sent pictures on May 14th Rogue fitness determined that was not normal and issued me an order # *** upon inspection of the order was for one plate of each not a pair of each. Called was told to email more pictures to show that it affected both plates in each pair, I sent them pictures showing the same defect affecting both plates in a pair with the 15s and the 35s. Today I received a email informing me that it was normal when the day before the same issue was determined as not normal by Rogue. The issue remained the same it was already determined to be not normal by Rogue yesterday an order was issued but the wrong quantity was ordered. When trying to get the right quantity I am then told it's now normal.Pics have both defect and not defective plates
Rogue DID NOT SHIP the items we purchased. Rogue only offers one solution, I MUST RE-PURCHASE the items AGAIN. Rogue Fitness has a history of NOT delivering your complete order. When you contact Rogue customer service you are given one option to get the items that Rogue did not ship. Rogue will let you RE-PURCHASE the items you already paid for but never received. Rogue only will let me purchase the items that they NEVER SHIPPED. The two parts that Rogue doesn't ship are needed to have a complete working unit. Rogue = Ripoff. They demand I pay full price plus shipping for items that I paid for but Rogue NEVER SHIPPED. This has happened to many people. If you think Rogue prices are high, just wait until you have to PAY TWICE to get your items. To solve this problem Rogue only needs to ship the items that were PAID IN FULL and NEVER SHIPPED. What kind of business ships partial product and then try to get more money from the customers for the items they DO NOT SHIP.

Purchased 3 face masks from this site @ $20/mask based on their marketing of one size fits all. Despite other reviews stating the masks run small the company refused to issue a return since the items stated no refunds. I contacted customer support on several occasions and they refused to issue a refund even though the items were marketed as one size fits all and have ZERO value to me as THEY DO NOT FIT
Gym equipment company is advertising a full "set" of equiptment at a price of $1662. They have marked this as "sold out online" but offer the individual pieces of the set at a +$2100 for the exact same equipment. Every piece of the equipment is confirmed available, but they are unwilling to honor the advertised pricing and shipping terms on their site of a set. The company offers notification on all pieces at their company, but is refusing to provide notification on the set price. This appears to be a Bait and switch to take advantage of consumers due to limited supply of weight equiptment due to covid 19
I purchased a BLACK Concept 2 Model D Rower w/PM5 Monitor on April 23rd from the Rogue Fitness website. The website's tracking information showed the item had been shipped on April 26th and provided me with a tracking number for UPS. However, the status on UPS' website never changed from "Label Created - Check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date." When I contacted Rogue and UPS, both parties blamed the other. I've contacted Rogue multiple times for an update on where my $1000 product is and when I can expect to receive it, and only receive vague "we are looking into it" messaging. I have requested to speak to a manager concerning this and they refuse to call me, even though I explicitly requested they call me. I received an email with contradictory information on how long it should take for the item to ship, and they've allegedly sent a replacement item, though I have no guarantee when I will receive it, nor if I will receive it at all.

I placed an order on 21MAR for fitness equipment. on 23MAR i contacted customer service about delays in processing the order. I was then told that my barbell was not in stock and it would be 2-3 weeks till they came in (which was no where indicated to me at time of purchase).
I received a prompt response and asked for the barbell to be canceled and ship the weight plates. It was done promptly, and I have emails from Rogue on 23 MAR that the plates were all in stock and would ship in 3-5 business days.
Three packages were created on 23MAR at 3:28pm their tracker shows, with UPS shipping labels created for all three packages at 6PM on the 23rd.
on 24 MAR, one package shipped and I received it on 27MAR.
The other two packages have not moved at all. I attempted to contact Rogue about the issue and after three emails I finally received a generic email that directed me back to the 3-5 day shipping delay, and no response to subsequent questions about the actual status of my order.
It is increasingly frustrating as I have requested call backs to no avail, will not respond to messages, and they will not give me a status on the two boxes, even though they have already charged me.

On Friday March 12 I ordered a piece of exercise equipment from ***. A pull up station. The price was 377 + 200 shipping. The website stated there was a shipping delay of 5-7 days. An error with their online ordering caused 2 orders to be placed. So that is 2 orders for 577.92 each. I did not realize this until Monday. When I called to correct this mistake i was informed that both orders had shipped out Friday and all sales were final.( 5-7 day delay?) I have 30 days to return one if I wish. Of course i would have to pay shipping. I have already paid 200 to ship it here( it is shipped in 5 separate packaged. Assuming it costs me 200 to ship back, that is more than the cost of the item. I feel like this is deceptive. I have no idea how i could have possibly ordered 2. There is obviously a glitch with their ordering. They were unwilling to work with me and advised me to sell the second one to recoup my losses.
Purchase: January 14 (Order #***) | Received: January 22 - February 9 Rogue Monster Lite 690 Power Rack, Landmine, Matador, Spotter Arms, Shackle | $2,388.97 Purchase: January 16 (Order #***) | Received: March 22 2x Rogue Monster Lite Weight Stack Slingers, Magnetic Collars | $2,798.59 The business committed to a 30-day return policy on equipment Business Tried to Resolve the Problem: No Nature of dispute: Website wasn't explicit with functionality and compatibility. As a result, I was forced to buy additional equipment to make things work, and couldn't return product unless I paid for shipping. My ask is to get reimbursed for the $250 I spent on equipment, as well as shipping for the return on defective product.
I placed an order (#***) for $10, 853.34 on 2/18. At the time, the website indicated it woud be shipped within 14-30 days. AFTER I paid, was told there might be delays of 4-6 weeks! As I'm starting a new business, and have lease payments, I was taking them at their word. I've called several times (probably more than 10) and was told that it would still ship by 3/20 (30 days past order), then told one item was not available and that they wouldn't ship partial orders. When I asked to speak to someone else, was told no "Supervisor" was available. I even offered to rent a truck and drive to Columbus and pick up whatever items they had so I could get my business started and generate revenue to pay the rent, but was told this wasn't allowed. I'm not able to get any information on a ship or delivery date and I've got bills to pay! No one at Rogue seems interested in helping. (Am attaching email history showing the attempts to resolve this issue.)
We ordered a $700.00 item that was in stock on July 1,2020
We ordered a $700.00 item that was in stock on July 1,2020. "Rogue shipping system" shows it was "processed" on July 1, "picked" on July 7, "quality checked" on July 7, and "shipped" on July 7 at 10:13am. We have been given a Rogue order number as well as a *** tracking number. *** tracking has never shown anything but, "Label created" on July 1, and they claim they have never received the package from Rogue. The order billing cleared our account on July 3. We have emailed Rogue customer service on 4 occasions and received varied conflicting responses all of which have said the item is in stock and has been sent. The last one on July 16 said, "we see that this package has been in transit to you, but seems to be delayed with the carrier." On July 16 we phoned Rogue customer service and waited the 1 hr and 40 min wait time to have a representative say he didn't know why we haven't received it as it shows in his system it was sent. He said he would check personally with *** and let us know when we would get it. Additionally he confirmed they have the item in stock and if it was not on the way he would send us another one. As of July 17, we have not received any further information and now Rogue's customer service line leaves a message but does not allow you to wait on the line, speak with anyone, or leave a voice mail. It simply disconnects.

I ordered a barbebell for $360, it was shipped promptly but sat for 2 weeks about 45 minutes from me at a *** facility
I ordered a barbebell for $360, it was shipped promptly but sat for 2 weeks about 45 minutes from me at a *** facility. I contacted *** who sent me an email stating they investigated and determined it was lost and to contact Rouge. Rouge stated they will look into it and contact me back in 2 days, after 5 days I contacted a 3rd party to help assist me. They were able to confirm that *** was not going to ship my package and arranged for it to be available for pick up. This was a 45 minute drive both ways to obtain. When I got my barbell I noticed cosmetic damage on one side that was not able to be buffed out. I finally heard back from Rouge after my barbell was shown as being delivered. I requested my shipping fees returned which I felt was more than reasonable given the circumstances and that the barbell actually had to be picked up (this was not simply a shipping delay). I then sent a second email after no response asking again and included pictures of the damage, again only asking for shipping and being more than reasonable. It was almost a week later that I received contact stating that no they would not be refunding my anything. I sent a 4th email which again was not retuned until a week later refusing to assist. I want the shipping fees returned as the package was never delivered and actually cost more to pick up than it was to ship it.

I purchase several items from Rogue Fitness and many of the components arrived with scratches, gouges, chipped paint, unevern welds, improperly
I purchase several items from Rogue Fitness and many of the components arrived with scratches, gouges, chipped paint, unevern welds, improperly cut bolt threads, and damaged parts. There was no visible damage to the shipping boxes and the components were all well packed so the damage occured before they were shipped. I wrote a negative review of the product on their website because Rogue claims to be superior quality and charges a premium for that quality but it is clear that the claims are over-stated at best and people should be aware of that. The review was factual and contained no explicit or inappropriate language but never showed up on the site. An examination of the reviews of their products shows that there aren't any negative reviews on their site of the products they make which leads me to believe they are removing negative reviews in an attempt to misrepresent the quality of their products and using that to overcharge people. They are sending me replacement parts for damaged items I reported from the first box I opened (nut refused to acknowledge they were responsible for the damage, there is a gouge in 11 gauge steel that was painted over, this could only have occurred before it was shipped) but as I opened other boxes it became clear that most of the components are damaged in some way and exchanging all of them (hundreds of pounds of steel parts) is going to be a huge burden.

I spent a substantial amount of money on exercise equipment with partial delivery.
I spent a significant sum on exercise equipment with some items delivered and others pending. The two priciest items, meant to be combined, lack components and weren't shipped. Thus, I can't assemble the main gear in my garage due to these absences. After nearly a month's wait, the equipment remains unusable. My purchase was influenced by the company's reputed quality, yet their customer service has been dismal, with numerous unproductive emails and calls to Rogue Fitness. Overall, my expenditure for the gear was considerable, and the experience has been exasperating. I expect resolution. Additionally, I'm lodging a complaint regarding their unfulfilled promise of complimentary shipping on substantial orders. Despite repeated contact attempts, they've disregarded this issue too. I ordered several items, all ready to ship, which should have qualified for free shipping, but they shipped each separately, incurring multiple charges. This is costly and, as our business attorney suggests, potentially deceptive. Rogue Fitness's response will determine my next steps.

The Stainless Steel Bella barbell I ordered # *** from Rogue Fitness was not packaged well
The Stainless Steel Bella barbell I ordered # *** from Rogue Fitness was not packaged well. After removing the barbell from the cylindrical packaging, there was no bubble wrap or foam or support of any kind to keep the contents of the package safe, just a metal barbell inside a cardboard package. The sleeve on one end of the barbell was damaged, the logo was rubbed/scratched off, it was sticky from the tape, and there was side-to-side slop/play in the sleeve that should not be there (and did not exist in the undamaged sleeve on the other side of the barbell). It is possible, and even likely, that this package was damaged during shipping, though I cannot be certain, because I am only aware of the condition that this item arrived in. I contacted I sent two emails to Rogue Fitness on 3 August , immediately after my order was delivered. I also attempted to contact customer service several times via online chat and phone, but failed because representatives were not available, and their voicemail box was full. After sending a third email on 7 August , a representative finally contacted me and stated that while they acknowledge the physical damage, they do not believe the barbell was functionally damaged (even though they never inspected it, so would have no logical way of determining that), and rather than offering me a refund or an exchange, they simply offered a $75 refund credit, on a $360 purchase. Treating customers this way is unacceptable, and they should be ashamed of the way they conduct business.

I placed an order for the Rogue HR2 Rack, conversion kit, barbell, and a few other items back on November 9th
I placed an order for the Rogue HR2 Rack, conversion kit, barbell, and a few other items back on November 9th. I placed this order with Rogue because it had listed all items IN STOCK. I only looked at in stock items and if they didnt have in stock gear I would have ordered elsewhere. Once I got my order confirmation on 11/9 I was told that "The estimated ship date listed below can be delayed by up to 4 weeks." due to delays with freight carriers only, but that the items were in stock. I reached out after 2 weeks to get an update and was told the same, and now that it is 4 weeks since my order I called customer support to get an update and was now told that shipping delays, ie delays for the shipping company to pick the order from Rogue, are actually 4-6 weeks vs the 2-4 weeks I was told in my confirmation email (keep in mind this is a delay to actually ship the product, meaning I will still have to wait whatever amount of time it will take to actually ship). I requested to speak to a manager and was told they could not transfer me to one, but I could email in and ask for one, so I sent a separate email on this subject. I asked again if my order was actually in stock and was told that it was. I told them that I had ordered weights from *** (one of their main competitors) on the same day of 11/9 and received the shipment via the same method, ***, within 2 weeks of the order. They had no response to that, however it leads me to believe that I am being lied to about the order being in stock, only being held up because no one can actually ship it out. I also asked what happens if the shipment doesn't ship 6 weeks after I placed my order and they had no response. I should also mention that I have already been billed for the $2500 in gear that I ordered, even though it has been 4 weeks since Ive ordered it and it hasn't shipped. At this point I just want my gear to ship if it is truly in stock, but paying for shipping at this point seems ridiculous to me. If it isn't actually in stock, then just tell me the truth so I can order it elsewhere and move on with my life. The customer service has been dreadful, short, and curt. I'm struggling to think of how I would ever want to order from Rogue again or keep myself from advising others to NOT order from them based on this experience, but maybe they can make it right and fix the issue and have not heard back yet.

I was finally able to place an order on June 10th for a kettle bell, they had not been in stock for weeks
I was finally able to place an order on June 10th for a kettle bell, they had not been in stock for weeks. The item was shipped and somehow lost, that is a 53-pound piece of steel, somehow got lost.
I understood, called Rogue, waited for over an hour to talk to someone and they said they would send another one out. The second one was sent and again, somehow it was lost. Not sure I need to repeat myself but a 53-pound piece of steel was lost, again.
So, I called, waited another hour, hoping for Rogue to be apologetic about this mess and maybe go above and beyond to make it right. All I heard from their customer service agent was, 'well we can give you a credit or we can send another one out once we have them back in stock'.
The above was compounded by the fact that another item that I ordered from Rogue in June came broken and I learned from that same customer service agent that they knew the product was defective.
Moreover, I ordered another item on June 11th which still has not been sent out. At the time of the order it stated that it would be shipped in 5-7 days. Rogue made a mistake and subsequently sent other email out stating that not all the parts were in and that it would now ship in 14-28 days.
Well today is day 29 and still not one word about when it will be sent. My hope is they do not somehow lose this product as well.
I have tried to reach out to Rogue via email but they have one email address, *** and they tell you to expect a response in 3-5 days. I wish I could somehow speak to a manager who I hope could help with this matter. I did get an email yesterday that echoed what I heard on the phone from customer service. I did respond but do not expect a response nor a change in the way they are handling the matter.
Bottom line, I will never purchase from Rogue again. I am just so disappointed in the way that Rogue has handled this. I guess my expectation of Rogue were higher than they should have been.
Fortunately, sooner or later COVID will end and I am the type of customer that Rogue wants (needs). Someone who championed the product and continues to buy products throughout the year(s). The need for customers needing Rogue is going to switch back to Rogue needing the customer and the bridges that are being burnt they make all this money is going to one day affect them. It may not be today or tomorrow but unfortunately the market is going to be flooded with product and again the bridges that are burnt today are going to affect the company.

I ordered several items in late April or early may, after assembling one of the items a weight storage tree, I attempted to add my plates to it. The item would not take my plates properly and it was causing damage to my plates immediately. I contacted rogue to setup a return for the defective product. But it was blocked on the website when I enterered the info about what was wrong. I was then told to use “no longer needed” as the reason, using this forces the customer to pay for the return which should t be the case for a defective product. After many many emails with customer service and being promised a different item at no charge they ultimately refused to do that and refunded my the money without including the shipping charges I paid. I would line to be reimbursed completely for the shipping charges as this was not “no longer needed” and the promise of the other item was later denied .
