This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I started to use the website www.roi.com.au and everything was ok. But after several weeks, the agent contacted me and offered the agreement. We signed it, and the problems started. They started to charge me for everything I did on this website. I tried to stop it, but it was unsuccessful. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop these charges. Please post your ideas and comments. Thanks.

these people and specifically Ewan Watt the owner, used a re-working of the old SEO scams to take monthly payments from mum and dad, single parents, sole mums in melbourne and throughout australia, promising SEO (search engine links on the first page of google, and delivered nothing to the majority of them.

Those who complained online were silenced by lawyers with heavy handed tactics. THIS IS A SCAM AND MR WATT ONE DAY YOUR HOUSE OF CARDS WILL COME DOWN ON YOU! There are many others out there who feel the anger towards you. You are a man without any conscious regards for others and you are a THIEF!

I was really battling to keep up the SEO work and decided to outsource this to ROI.com.au. They promised all the things one would expect, and suggested that ROI was their game.

Bottom line is this guys almost crippled me, I burnt more energy trying to understand what they were actually doing, balancing my cash flow as they were digging a big hole in my cash flow and trying to get them to stop selling me more services to solve a lack of conversion problem.

They will tie you to a contract, underperform in anything more difficult than listing you on site directories. You will not enjoy this and if you survive the cash flow burn you’ll be left holding the baby.

Worst business experience yet!

SEO is a scam because one cannot service more than a handful of clients properly. what roi did was list every small biz sign up on all their own customers websites. think about that. it is nonsense of course but a very effective alternative to using your own money to fund a business plan. Its so bold and devious and worked because of widespread ignorance of the process of SEO. each client signed a year contract and those who woke up early to the rort felt the heavy handed lawyers from queen street and the annual cash flow projections were safe. Nice one Mr Watt. Very smooth.
