The cosplay quality from RoleCosplay is just not up to par. There are so many issues with the costumes that it's hard to know where to start. For one, the threads are coming out all over the place. It's like they didn't even bother to finish the seams properly. And then there's the fact that the tops and bottoms are two different sizes. It's like they didn't even bother to check the measurements before sending them out.
But that's not even the worst of it. One of the pieces actually broke during shipping. I brought it up with their "customer service" person, but they refused to refund me. They didn't even acknowledge the broken piece, even though I mentioned it multiple times. It's like they just didn't care at all.
And to top it all off, they delete all negative reviews from their website. It's like they don't want anyone to know how bad their products really are. I suspect that the positive reviews are fake, too.
Honestly, I can't stress this enough: go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money on RoleCosplay.

They didn't update me or anything, like they forgot about my order. They offered to resend it if I pay for shipping costs again. I declined and asked for a refund, or I'll claim a dispute on Paypal. It was a bad experience, and I don't recommend it at all! If you're looking for good Cosplay Shops, I can recommend Uwowo Cosplay or DokiDoki Cosplay.

I gotta say, my experience with RoleCosplay was not the best. I was really excited to get my hands on a brown wig with twintails, so I placed an order and paid 24 bucks plus shipping. The quality of the costumes was great, but the size chart was completely wrong. According to their size chart, the length should have been around 62 cm, but what we got was under 58 cm, which is the size small measurement.
If you are lucky enough to fit into a size small, then you might be okay. But if you are tall, then you should definitely not trust their size chart.
