I done been a Room & Board fanatic on the downlow, but to keep it real with y'all, I ain't too happy with them right now. I copped a fly dining room table with a leaf from them, but it don't stay clickin' no more. So, I hit them up with some pics and they hit me back after some minutes of waitin' (like, what's good with that?). They said it was probably my fault for losing the part during the move (which, maybe so), but come on, son, I done spent more than $25,000 on their ish! You would've thought they'd show some love and hook up the part for free, but nope, they want me to drop another hunny. That's weak sauce, for real. I done told my folks about them before, but now I ain't so sure I can vouch for them. They talk about having top-notch customer service, but I ain't seeing it. Room & Board, you gotta step up your game or I might have to peace out on you.

I had high hopes for Room & Board but now I am reconsidering my loyalty. It's not worth the hassle and extra expenses to deal with unprofessional and careless delivery workers. I will not be ordering from them again.

When I moved to a new state, I decided to buy a sofa bed that I thought would be perfect for my needs and would last me a long time. I found the queen size sofa bed that I wanted at Room & Board and placed an order for it. Unfortunately, I faced some delays in getting my order due to supply chain issues caused by Covid. It took a total of six months for my sofa bed to finally arrive.

Now, I must say that while the sofa bed itself is quite nice, I found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable. It felt like I was lying down on concrete instead of a bed. When I called Room & Board about it, they offered to exchange it for me. But to determine whether I could get full value for the return, they had to examine the product first. This meant that I had to ship it back, and because the specific model I ordered was no longer available, I had to pay an additional $500 for a different brand. And there was no guarantee that this new brand wouldn't have the same issue.

It took me months to come up with a solution, and I finally ended up buying a topper from Room & Board (with a discount) as well as a mattress pad to make it more comfortable (another $200). The whole point of buying this sofa bed was to avoid having to add anything to the mattress, but I ended up spending even more money just to make it bearable.

I must say that I am really disappointed in Room & Board and will never buy from them again, no matter how good their customer service is. I ended up spending $3500 for the sofa bed, plus the topper and mattress pad. If I had the financial resources, I would definitely get rid of it and start over.
