RoseGal horrible company!

I ordered something from Rosegal and even paid extra money for expedited shipping. Several weeks later I contacted customer support and asked where my order was. I was hoping to receive my order on time, but weeks later there was nothing delivered. I received no response from Rosegal and then asked them to cancel the order. Finally I received a message from them stating that cancelling will take 5-7 days. They also promised to refund me within 25 days. I never received my money back. I spent over $50 plus shipping. Horrible company! Never again I'll buy something from them! Lesson learned.

RoseGal ugly clothes

I ordered few items from Rosegal and paid over $100. When I finally received my order I was very disappointed with it. Items I received looked completely different from what was shown on the website. Clothes on their website look really nice and cute, but things they sell is a total garbage! Clothes are made of very poor material, craftsmanship is horrible, shape and sizes are awkward. I bought 2 dresses but things I received looked more like rags. So I contacted Rosegal customer service and complained but received no answer. Then I went to their website and posted my complaint there, but they deleted it. I tried to do the same thing on their FaceBook page but they just kicked me out of their group. And now I'm stuck with all that Chinese garbage. I'll never buy anything again from these thieves!

RoseGal don't order from rosegal.

Better read the reviews before ordering from this scam company. I purchased some items from Rosegal and everything I received was cheap quality and very poor looking. Images posted on their website are fake and things they sell look nothing like the images. I bought some clothes and paid over $80 in total. I contacted Rosegal customer support many times and demanded a refund, but these thieves refused giving back my money. The clothing they sell is just some made in China garbage, and you have no idea that things come from China until you try to return them. They offered me only a store credit which I don't need because I'll never order anything else from them! It's my own fault for giving them a chance. Horrible company! Avoid!

RoseGal horrible

I purchased a sweater in December from Rosegal. I received my sweater only week ago and which was actually fine, but that was not the sweater I ordered. The image of the sweater that I ordered isn't even close to what I received. I contacted them and asked for an exchange or a refund, but heard nothing from them. This is completely ridiculous. I will never order anything from Rosegal again. I'm so disappointed that these people does not care about their customers. They are making mistakes and don't want to do anything. Items they sell look nothing like the pictures posted on their website, it is false advertisement and is illegal! But of course they think they can get away with it because they are located in China. Don't deal with Rosegal.

RoseGal never got my order

I made an order on Rosegal back September 2015 and I never received my item. I contacted Rosegal customer support and asked them when I was going to get my order and they said within 10-25 days. So I waited patiently and 25 days later nothing was received. One month passed and I sent them an email again and I received no response. I emailed them asking if there was anyway I could get a refund for the inconvenience and I received no response again. Horrible company! I never got what I paid for. I checked to see if maybe there was something wrong but all my shipping information was correct. It's been about five months and I haven't gotten anything. This company is terrible.

RoseGal a complete fraud!

Please never buy anything from Rosegal. They are real scam artists. The pictures you see on their website are completely false! I ordered some items but he products I received looked nothing like the pictures. All seven items I ordered were of the poorest quality. I sent them a message and complained but received no response from Rosegal customer service. Then I contacted PayPal and asked them for help. Later I finally received a message from Rosegal and they offered me $10 back from the original amount of $100 that I paid! I refused to take the refund of $10! What a joke! These scammers wont get away with this!

RoseGal worst company ever!

I ordered some things from Rosegal 5 months ago. I contacted customer service many times and every time they say my order was shipped. But I actually never received anything. One month after the order should have been received I've started demanding a replacement or a refund. They said that my order was shipped and I need to wait few more days. Every time they say one and the same thing. I can't wait any longer and I'm angry that they cannot say the truth. They offered me a store credit, but I refused, because I don't need it. Why would I want to shop there again? Rosegal is the worst shopping website ever!

RoseGal cheap clothes and bad customer service!

I made and order and purchased two items from Rosegal. I purchased two shirts and for no reason they were shipped separately! I received two tracking numbers from Rosegal. I knew that things come from China, so I ordered both shirts in a XL. Two months later I finally received one shirt! It was extremely small and very poorly made. Some parts of the shirt were not even sown together! Well, two more months passed and I am still waiting for my second shirt. I have no idea where it is and their customer support is completely useless. They cannot answer a simple question! After many emails they finally admitted that they had lost the second package and offered me a store credit. I refused and demanded a refund. After waiting another 2-3 months I received my refund. This was the worst experience ever! I'll never buy anything from Rosegal again.

RoseGal horrible company.

I ordered some items from Rosegal about two months ago and received the merchandise yesterday. I sent them many threatening emails. This was the only way I could get my order. I ordered medium sized clothes, but everything I received was huge. They sent me XL sized clothing. Now it is my responsibility to return everything back to them for a refund. But I also need to pay for the return shipping, because they refused to do it. Do not order anything from Rosegal! This company is a complete a scam. All the negative reviews and complaints about them are true!

RoseGal quality is awful and customer service even worse!

Don’t order anything from Rosegal! Clothes they sell are horrible, material is too thin, quality is disgusting and sizes are extremely small. Sizing is based more on child than adult. It will take them weeks or even months to deliver the package. I ordered many things, but received only half. They actually charged me for all the things I ordered. I contacted Rosegal customer support and tried to resolve the situation, but they said that they need pictures as a proof. Pictures of what? I told them that I never receive the other half, so I don’t understand what pictures they exactly wanted to see. It took 6 weeks for them to respond. I feel like they are making it very difficult to get a refund. I've given up on getting a refund or returning the items because they refuse to give me a return number.

RoseGal totally a scam!

This website is a complete scam. I ordered some items from Rosegal and the clothes I received were cheap and looked horrible. They also sent me the wrong sizes. It's almost like they just give whatever size they have. I contacted customer service and discovered that it is nearly impossible to return anything. They accept a return 30 days after delivered, but my order arrived like two months late, so they would not accept it back! They refused, when I demanded my money back. Please don't make the same mistake like I did and don't buy anything from Rosegal. Besides its from Hong Kong, so if they even accept the return, you have to ship it with your money.

RoseGal don't buy from rosegal

I ordered from Rosegal a few times with no problems The last time I bought a dress, makeup brushes and hair extensions. Paid more than $50 for it. But instead of that I received some stupid Chinese garbage! I called and emailed them many times, but they told I need to contact DHL. I contacted DHL and was told they never even received my proper order. I went back to Rosegal, but they refused giving me a refund. Don't buy anything from this scam company!

RoseGal biggest mistake ever!

Too bad I had not looked at the reviews until now. Several days ago received my order and was very disappointed. I ordered five dresses items and they look nothing like the pictures! I ordered large sizes since I knew that things are coming from China, but the clothes looked like they were made for kids! I have contacted the customer support and was asked to send pictures to authorize a return. I told them to go look at their inventory and look at what they posted on their website! They replied that I am a very rude person and refused to give me a refund. This company is ridiculous! No customer service!

RoseGal never again

Recently I purchased something from Rosegal. I was expecting shipping would take long since I knew it was coming from China. Also, because the prices were very cheap I expected cheap quality clothes. I just wanted to buy something to wear around the house, so that was exactly what I wanted. I checked the size charts and as Chinese women are usually small sized, I decided to take extra large. When my package arrived I was pretty disappointed, because clothes were very tiny and looked completely nothing like the pictures on their website. I gave everything to my 14 year old daughter, because Chinese extra large size fits her perfectly. Never again buying from Rosegal.

RoseGal garbage!

Don't buy anything from Rosegal. I purchased some shoes three months ago and only yesterday I finally received my order. It actually took them 3 months to deliver the shoes instead of 2 promised weeks. And the shoes were the wrong ones. The ones I received were ugly and made from some garbage material! They also had that disgusting chemical smell! I sent them a message asking for another pair and they never replied. Still waiting to hear back from them. They are either scammers or they are very unprofessional in their service. They took my money and didn't give me the item I paid for.

RoseGal I have no idea where my package is!

I ordered two items on December 1st, received a message stating my order had been shipped out on December 9th. Christmas came and passed, and still nothing! I was very upset because things I ordered were Christmas presents for my family. I contacted the company several times. But every time I received the same reply "Your package is on it's way." Later I noticed they had a "live chat" option so I decided to give it a try. But I had to wait 30 minutes to "chat" with someone. Their agent said "your order has been shipped, please be patient, it's on its way." I ordered on the 1st, it shipped out on the 9th and now it's January the 5th! How can I be patient? I have no idea where my package is, because the tracking number doesn't work. Never buying from Rosegal again!

RoseGal do not buy from them!

I'm sorry for myself because I was swayed by their advertisements and discount and ordered some items. Their cheap clothing looks nothing like the pictures on their website. What came to my door was really horrible. It took over two months for the product to arrive, which was almost 7 times longer that they promised me. My products were absolutely disgusting! Honestly, I could have made something better myself. They have been nothing but unhelpful and useless in their responses to my messages. They finally gave me an solution, which didn't give me any options. The tags were attached and I was ready to pay for the shipping. But they refused to give my money back, so there was no point in sending the items back to them. Do not buy from them!

RoseGal cheap looking clothing

I ordered few items from RoseGal and was quite disappointed with the extremely cheap fabrics. I purchased a jacket for $40, but the size was wrong, so it didn't fit at all. I was told they cannot give me a refund, but can offer $10 as an excuse. It is very difficult to contact them, because they do not have a phone number. We tried to resolve the problem and it took us almost two months! They asked me to measure everything in centimeters and take some photos. I sent them everything and proved that jacket was too small, but they just don't care that the jacket is all wrong. I was told they won't refund any more than $10.I don't want to buy any more of their cheap clothing!

RoseGal ignoring all my messages

I ordered several items (clothing and shoes) from Rosegal. I was told it would arrive by 10/12/15! But I never received my items! Submitted a tracking number of my order but never got a feedback from Rosegal. These were Christmas gifts for my family. But this company just doesn't care! They are ignoring all my messages, I even called them! Their customer service is horrible and useless! I'm not even sure if they have a customer service. What a shame for a company. They can't deliver the items on time, but they take money from people! Horrible! I'm very disappointed.

RoseGal unhappy customer

I was so excited about online shopping and I finally settled 3 items for a great price. I ordered my 3 items from Rosegal. I checked everything before ordering.Within a week my package was delivered, but when I opened it I was very disappointed. Nothing fit, quality was very poor and one item was missing. I immediately sent a message to the customer support service. They wanted me to take pictures as a proof. On the pictures clothes fit the models in a certain way, but when you get the clothes, they are too small. They offered me a 50% refund. But I had to send the items back. There was no point doing that, because they offered me only 50% and also I had to pay for shipping clothes back to China! I'm still in communication with a customer service. I'm being very persistent about getting a full refund.
