I place an order for teacups on 9/15 I was told they would ship within 5 business and days deliver in another 5 business days, being 9/29. I have been calling, leaving voicemails, emailing, Facebook messaging with no response back. Now I'm out of $200+.

The company took money for an order I placed. No further contact from them since in nearly a month. No response to email or social media messages Order number XXXXX. Paid $176.39 on 13th September . Paid via PayPal. Tried to contact the company to ask if the items have been shipped or tracking details via email and Facebook, no response to any of my contacts. Yet the company can post on their Facebook page advertising the items they are supposed to be selling.

I still have not received any news about my order shipping after waiting almost two weeks and I haven't received my order either I ordered a set of 6 teacups and saucers on Nov 30 for *** In the email confirming my order I was told that any handcrafted items would take at least 2-3 weeks to ship but the items I ordered were not handcrafted. I was also told that any delays would be communicated to me via email but I have received no response from the company at all. Attempts to communicate with the company were of no avail. I sent an email asking when my order will ship two days ago and I still haven't heard back. I find this highly unprofessional. They lack decent customer service and the orders take too long to arrive.

I didn't get my order. I ordered some tea cups on 04/22 in the amount of *** that was charged to my credit card. Today is 05/04 and I still don't have my order. The company's website said orders would be shipped within 5 business days from the time the order was placed. I have called the company's phone number multiple times but all I got was a recording. I've left voice messages and sent them emails and I still never got a response. I contacted them on Facebook and someone message me back saying their office was closed due to the coronavirus but they were still processing orders. I told them that they didn't have anything on their website indicating that they were closed. They said my order would arrive by the middle of the following week. I still have no email stating that my order was shipped. I told the company that I needed my order before a certain date. I make homemade Candles and I was going to make tea cup Candles for mother's day. I have 21 order request for tea cup candles and now I'm having to message everyone that there may be a delay in their candle.
