WoodlandDirect WoodlandDirect Review: Disappointing Experience with Long Wait Times and Poor Customer Service

So, I had an experience with WoodlandDirect that I just have to share. I was in need of a hearth pad, and I thought I'd give them a try. I placed my order, and waited patiently for it to arrive. However, after a week had passed, I received an email from them saying that it would take 3 months for my order to arrive. I was a bit disappointed, but I figured I could wait.

Well, 3 months came and went, and my hearth pad never showed up. I tried calling them, but to my surprise, they only take email service requests! I was a bit frustrated, but I sent them an email and waited for a response. After a week of waiting, I finally received an email from them saying that the item was out of stock. I was shocked! They had told me it would take 3 months to arrive, but it was out of stock the whole time!

I showed them a screenshot of their website showing the item in stock and ready to ship, but they just said it wasn't updated yet. I mean, come on! It had been 3 months, and they still hadn't updated their website? That's just ridiculous!

After another week of emailing back and forth, I finally got a refund. However, it was short $28, and they didn't give me any explanation as to why. I felt like they had charged me $28 just to hold my money for 3 months! And to make matters worse, my project was on hold because I was waiting for the hearth pad.

In the end, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I went to Home Depot, bought some supplies, and made my own hearth pad. And you know what? It turned out even nicer than what WoodlandDirect was offering, and it only cost me half of what they were going to charge. Plus, I was able to build it in less than a day!

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with WoodlandDirect. They made me wait 3 months for an item that was out of stock the whole time, and then charged me extra for no reason. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

WoodlandDirect Disappointing Experience with WoodlandDirect: Faulty Fireplace and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with WoodlandDirect. I was super excited to order a 42 in Montigo Fireplace on 8/31, but when it arrived, the venting was all wrong. It took a whole month to get that sorted out, and even then, the fireplace wouldn't maintain a flame. I've been trying to get customer service to help me out, but it's been a real struggle. Every time I call, I get a different person who doesn't seem to have any idea what's going on. And when I ask for a specific person, they always seem to be "not on the phones" or something. It's been a real headache.

They did send me some replacement pieces, but even after installing them, the fireplace still doesn't work. It's been almost 5 months since I paid nearly $8,000 for this thing, and I still don't have a functioning fireplace. I'm really disappointed in the way WoodlandDirect has handled this whole situation. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I haven't even gotten a return call in 14 days since my last call. It's like they don't even care about resolving the issue. I don't know what it's going to take to get this sorted out, but I'm really frustrated with the whole thing.

WoodlandDirect Woodland Direct Spark Arrestor Review: Disappointing Quality and Customer Service

Back in 2010, I built a firepit and put an inexpensive firescreen on it to make sure I didn't burn down the whole neighborhood. Fast forward 12 years, I moved to a new house and decided to upgrade my firepit. I treated myself and bought a screen from Woodland Direct. I had the same reason to buy it, to keep my neighborhood safe. I haven't moved it in approximately three months because winter set in and I didn't want to use it. The screen is extremely well built and heavy.

The first fire in the pit was in April, and I was excited to use my new Woodland Direct Spark Arrestor, which cost me close to $500 dollars. But to my surprise, it was practically rusted to the top of the fire pit. When I removed the Arrestor, a perfect ring of rust appeared the entire circumference of the pit, as well as the screening.

I compared it to my "inexpensive" cover from Lowes, which was still viable and never rusted. It only caused a ring around the collar. The Lowes cover only cost me about $75.00. So, it's your call, which one would you choose?

Initially, the customer service was hot to trot to replace it. But all of a sudden, there was nothing and no one to handle the issue. I was disappointed with the customer service, but I still love my firepit. I just wish the screen was better quality for the price I paid.

WoodlandDirect WoodlandDirect Review: Poor Customer Service and Incorrectly Made Product

I recently made a purchase from WoodlandDirect, an online store that specializes in fireplaces and accessories. I ordered a fireplace cover with a screen and bi-fold glass doors for $650 in December of 2020. The next day, I received an email from the company asking me to take pictures of my fireplace and confirm the size needed. They stated that each cover is custom-built and they need to ensure the correct size. I followed their instructions and sent them the pictures.

When the fireplace cover arrived, I attempted to install it, but it was 4 inches too tall and 6 inches too wide. I contacted the company and spoke with a customer service representative. After four direct discussions with them, I was given the runaround. They finally told me to take more pictures to prove that it was the wrong size. A month later, they agreed that the fireplace cover was made incorrectly.

I eventually received a replacement six weeks later, but it was also the wrong size. The screen doors fell off when I picked it up to install, and one of the glass bi-fold doors fell off due to the connecting pin being too short. This time, it was just too tall, so I had to grind on my custom-built rock fireplace to make it fit. I knew that Woodland Direct would not help with this because they are clearly inept at customer service.

The quality of the product was average, with below-average workmanship. I will definitely buy from any competitor but them for my other homes. I do not recommend spending your time and money with this company as both are too valuable to waste on a company like this.

In conclusion, I was disappointed with my experience with WoodlandDirect. The company's customer service was lacking, and the product was not made correctly. I hope that they can improve their processes and provide better service to their customers in the future.

WoodlandDirect Disappointing Experience with Empire Flint Hill Ventless Gas Log from Woodland Direct

So, I recently purchased an Empire Flint Hill Ventless 24-inch gas log from Woodland Direct, and boy was I disappointed with the experience. The gas log came with a millivolt and an Empire on/off remote operated by a SkyTech 1001 battery-operated receiver. However, the remote receiver unit was not connected, which meant that either the homeowner or the installer had to do it themselves and attach two wires to the gas valve terminals TH and TPTH under the gas log. This was a real pain because there wasn't enough clearance to gain access to the terminals, so the installer had to disassemble the front skirt to get at them. I mean, come on, Woodland Direct, why couldn't you have attached the remote receiver unit at the factory?

Once the gas log was piped in place and successfully lit, the installer noticed immediately that the rocker switch on the front panel marked "Remote/Off/On" did not work as marked. We were pretty frustrated with this, but when we called Woodland Direct technician Nick Janco, he told us that the rocker switch must be wired incorrectly. He didn't offer to remedy the situation, which was pretty disappointing. So, to operate this gas log by the remote, the rocker switch must be left in the OFF position, not the REMOTE position. I mean, seriously, Woodland Direct, how can you expect me to safely operate a natural gas-fired log with a control switch set improperly according to the instruction manual? It's just not right.

To make matters worse, one of the logs came out of the box minus the end. I've included a photo to show you what I mean. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to have the gas log removed to send back, but I have decided that I'm never going to buy anything from Woodland Direct again. They really let me down with this purchase, and I don't want to risk having a similar experience in the future.

WoodlandDirect Warning: Terrible Experience with WoodlandDirect - Do Not Use!

I gotta say, this company WoodlandDirect is a real pain in the butt. I ain't never written a review before, but I just had to share my experience. We ordered from them back in August and it's been a real headache ever since. We gave them all the measurements and they said it would fit, but when we paid someone 300 bucks to install it, it didn't fit at all. We tried emailing and calling them, but they never responded or did anything about it. They said they'd get us a new one in time for the holidays, but that never happened. Finally, after 6 months, we got our second fire ball set, but they ordered the wrong color. We had to go through the whole painful process of returning it and reordering the right one. And just when we thought everything was finally gonna be okay, we had someone come out to install it and they told us it was faulty. It's been 9 months now and we're still out 600 bucks and have no resolution. They haven't even apologized or offered us a discount for all the trouble they caused. My husband and I have spent so many hours trying to get this resolved, it's ridiculous. We've even had to take turns sitting on hold. I work in customer service myself, so I understand how tough it can be, but this is just unacceptable. I've even shed tears of frustration dealing with this company. Trust me, do not work with WoodlandDirect.

WoodlandDirect Disappointed with Woodland Direct's Gas Log Set: Pilot Issues and Poor Customer Service

Bought a gas log set from WoodlandDirect (woodlanddirect.com) in December 2018. The Flint Hill by Empire was the one I chose and I had no issues with the order or delivery. However, I had a major problem getting the pilot to light. I tried everything and even held the button for 45 minutes before it finally lit. I had to leave the pilot on all winter because it was so difficult to light. This was in Texas where we have 80-degree weather some winter days. In February 2019, I had to get a new pilot assembly. I didn't put it on until November 2019, and by then, I no longer needed it because of the warm weather. The new pilot assembly made it a little easier to light, but I still had to hold the button for 5 or 10 minutes. Again, I left it on all winter, even on warm days.

Now, I have been trying to light it since the end of November 2020, and it will not light. I have contacted numerous people at Woodland Direct, but none of them could help me. They said they would have someone call me, and they did call a couple of times, but it was always in the middle of the morning while I was working. I left numerous messages asking them to call at specific times so I could talk to them, but they never did.

I purchased this log set from Woodland Direct based on solid reviews, but I have been very disappointed. This set has a 5-year warranty, but what good is that if they won't replace it? We had our propane company check our lines, and based on misinformation from the driver that did the checking, we paid for an entire new propane tank and line to be run. The technician informed us there was nothing wrong with it after we had already paid and it was finished. He is the one that checked our log set and said it was the pilot assembly last year. Now we believe it is the valve.

We are in our 60s and have grown up with propane heaters and logs, so we are not strangers to these devices. It is not user error. We just want to be able to burn this set for the few weeks we need it in our Texas winters!

WoodlandDirect Peterson Real Fyre Split Oak Designer Plus Vented Gas Log Set Review: Beware of Dark Brown "Split" Logs from Woodland Direct

We recently purchased the Peterson Real Fyre Split Oak Designer Plus Vented Gas Log Set in size 30 from Woodland Direct. We were initially drawn to the natural look of the wood/split wood pieces, but unfortunately, what we received was very different from what was shown on their website.

We want to warn anyone considering this particular set that the "split" part of the logs in this kit are a dark chocolate brown in person. It looks like Nutella or other hazelnut spread and is poorly painted on. The marketing image on the site shows a much lighter brown, almost true to what real wood would look like if it was split.

Despite this issue, we did have a good experience with the actual order. Delivery was very fast, and we received the order in less than a week. The salesperson we spoke with was also very knowledgeable and friendly. For this reason, we gave Woodland Direct three stars.

However, we do take some responsibility for not inspecting the items before our technician installed them. We weren't home and came back to the items already installed. Unfortunately, because the items have already been installed and tested, we don't think we can return them. Additionally, shipping these items back would be very expensive as they came in two boxes and were extremely heavy.

We did submit a support case to Woodland Direct, but it's been six days now, and we haven't received a response yet. We hope to hear back soon and see where it takes us.

We suggest that Woodland Direct pull these marketing images from their website and reshoot them. While these images are probably shot and distributed by the manufacturer, Woodland should stand behind their products and quality check their listings.

Woodland states that "Our goal is to provide you with products that go above and beyond your expectations." Unfortunately, the items we received didn't meet our expectations in terms of aesthetic. We may be stuck with chocolate-looking dipped logs forever.

WoodlandDirect Disappointing Customer Service Experience with WoodlandDirect: A Review

I recently had an experience with WoodlandDirect that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. In November of 2022, I made a purchase of a log and burner set with a remote starter for over $1,800.00. However, just six months later in April of 2023, the remote starter unit stopped working. I reached out to WoodlandDirect and left a voicemail message. They returned my call the same day or maybe it was the next morning, but they returned my call. The person from WoodlandDirect that I spoke with was not very helpful and seemed to be in a hurry to get off the phone. They were not willing to listen to my concerns and instead insisted on talking over me.

After some back and forth, I was finally able to explain that I had followed the instructions and put new batteries in both the remote and the starter, but it still wouldn't work. The person from WoodlandDirect insisted on walking me through the procedure a few times, but it still wouldn't work. They then asked me to film myself going through the process and email the video to them. At this point, I had already spent a lot of time and effort on what I knew was a defective item. I explained that the part in question could be bought on Amazon for only $99 and asked them to simply send me another remote and starter. However, they were not willing to do so and instead defended their no-service position.

In the end, I decided to take my business elsewhere and deal with Amazon instead. While WoodlandDirect may have my money, they have lost me as a customer. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and the way that I was treated. I hope that in the future, they will work to improve their customer service and make things right for their customers.

WoodlandDirect Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with WoodlandDirect

I gotta tell ya, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with WoodlandDirect. I mean, I woulda given them zero stars if that was even an option. So, here's the deal: I ordered the Tacoma fire pit table on September 10, 2022, and they charged my credit card right away. I wanted the base to be copper vein, but they couldn't provide a picture of that color, so I just went ahead and ordered it based on the picture on their website. After a bunch of emails and phone calls, I finally got my fire pit table about two months later. It was packed up real nice and all, but when I opened it up, I noticed right away that the base was black, not copper vein like I wanted. I mean, if you zoom in real close on the picture on their website, you can kinda see some copper veins, but it's mostly just black. So, I got an email asking me to review the table, but I wanted to talk to WoodlandDirect about the color first. They asked me to send some pictures, so I did, but then they said the pictures were blurry and asked for more. I sent more pictures, but then they just said that's the color of copper vein and I should just deal with it. I was pretty ticked off, so I emailed them back and said I was really unhappy with my $3,000+ purchase and wanted to know what my options were. Finally, I got a call from Gabby or Debbie, who said she wanted to make things right. I told her about the base color and the cover being the wrong size, and she said she'd call me back later that day or the next day. But she never did! I called on Monday and left a message, but didn't hear anything back until today, when they said it would cost me $433 to return the table and there was nothing they could do about the color. They also said that if I tried to repaint it, it wouldn't look right. And to top it all off, the cover I bought for over $300 doesn't even fit the table! So, to sum it up, I got a fire pit table that looks nothing like the color on their website, they want to charge me $433 to return it, the cover doesn't fit, and there's nothing I can do about it. So, if you're thinking about buying from WoodlandDirect, I'd say buyer beware! They don't seem to care much about customer satisfaction.

WoodlandDirect Outdated Website and Poor Customer Service: Not Recommended for Online Shopping

This company is not recommended for online shopping. Their website is outdated and difficult to navigate. When you create an account, you won't be able to find any record of your orders. It's like they haven't updated their website since the 1980s. They have a wide range of products, but they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction or whether you receive your orders. They blame everything on Covid-19, but they don't even bother to follow up with you. You won't receive any emails apologizing for the delay or updating you on the status of your order. It's been over a month since I placed my order, and I still haven't received anything. I won't be ordering from them again.

WoodlandDirect Poor Customer Service Experience with WoodlandDirect's Fireplace Purchase

I recently bought a fire place from WoodlandDirect for a whopping $2,500. However, when I took it out of the box, I noticed that it was making a strange noise while operating. I immediately contacted their customer service team to report the issue. To my surprise, I was told that I needed to purchase a special grease and lubricate a part to fix the problem. I was taken aback by this response, as I had just spent a significant amount of money on a brand new product that should have been in perfect working condition.

Although my sales person was extremely helpful during the purchase process, I was extremely frustrated with the lack of support I received from WoodlandDirect's customer service team. They did not offer to send me the necessary grease, and when I followed up with them to request it, my messages were ignored. As a customer, I felt like I was being left to deal with the issue on my own, and that I was expected to bear the cost of fixing the problem.

Overall, I cannot recommend WoodlandDirect based on my experience. While their sales team may be helpful, their customer service team left a lot to be desired. As a consumer, I expect to receive a product that is in perfect working condition, and if there are any issues, I expect the company to take responsibility for fixing them. Unfortunately, this was not the case with WoodlandDirect, and I would caution others against purchasing from them in the future.

WoodlandDirect Disappointing Experience with WoodlandDirect: Delayed Delivery, Wrong Product, and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with WoodlandDirect and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I had ordered a flue from their website and was promised that it would be ready to ship within 5-10 business days. However, after waiting for two months, I was informed that they were out of stock. They assured me that it would be shipped the next day, but after two weeks, I received a notification that it had been delivered.

I was surprised to find out that nothing had been delivered when I checked my cameras. After reaching out to their customer service team, they sent me a bill of landing with a signature that was just my first name. I was extremely disappointed with this level of service and requested a refund. However, instead of a refund, they sent me a pipe that was only 24 inches long.

I waited for two weeks for a response from their team, but unfortunately, I did not receive any. At this point, I had no choice but to reach out to my bank for assistance. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order with WoodlandDirect.

Overall, my experience with WoodlandDirect was frustrating and disappointing. I hope that they can improve their customer service and communication in the future.

WoodlandDirect Terrible Experience with Woodland Direct: Defective Product and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Woodland Direct. I ordered a fireplace from them way back in the early part of last year, and let me tell you, it was a mess. When it finally arrived, it was all scratched up and the screen was ripped. And get this - it was delivered UPSIDE DOWN. I mean, come on, how does that even happen?

Anyway, after we cleaned it up and tried to get it started, we realized that something was seriously wrong. We called in a professional fireplace repairman, and he determined that the valve was defective. So, I called up Woodland Direct support to order a replacement valve and a new screen. And let me tell you, that was a whole other ordeal.

I've called them multiple times over the course of several months, and I still haven't gotten any updates on my follow-up orders. They keep promising me tracking numbers, but I never seem to get them. And to make matters worse, I'm often put on callback lists and never get a call back. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Woodland Direct to anybody. If you're looking for a fireplace, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of headaches.

WoodlandDirect Disappointing Chimney Cap Experience with WoodlandDirect's Montigo 38 Fireplace

I recently purchased a Montigo 38 fireplace from WoodlandDirect and was assisted by a sales rep who recommended the direct vent high performance chimney cap. However, upon receiving the cap, I was disappointed to find that it was 12" tall and looked quite unappealing, resembling an air filter on a carburetor. I contacted customer service to inquire about replacing it with the low profile version, but was informed that no credit would be provided for the exchange. I was also surprised to learn that the low profile version was never presented as an option when I placed my order.

To make matters worse, I spent a full week researching chimney shrouds in an attempt to find a suitable replacement, only to discover that none would work due to the base of the chimney cap needing to be at least 26" x 26" wide. I found it frustrating that the sales reps seemed more interested in taking my order than providing helpful assistance when something didn't work or look as intended.

Despite these issues, I must say that the Montigo 38 fireplace itself is a great product and I am pleased with its performance. However, I would caution others to be aware of the potential issues with the chimney cap and to thoroughly research all options before making a purchase from WoodlandDirect.

WoodlandDirect Poor Customer Service and Delayed Credit from WoodlandDirect

So, I ordered a product from WoodlandDirect and they told me that I didn't need to sign for delivery. However, they had some logistic issues and my product hadn't left for a week. I decided to cancel my order and they told me that it was canceled and that I would receive credit. But, I didn't receive credit on my card for over a week even after I confirmed by telephone that my order was canceled and credit was being issued.

I called again and they said that they just processed the credit and sent an email on my phone. They also told me that my bank was holding it up. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but they said no. I even asked to speak with the owner, Andrew Ingram, but they said no again.

Honestly, I don't think these are the type of companies that you want to do business with. If you have any problems, good luck trying to reach someone to help you out. It's frustrating when you can't get a hold of anyone to resolve your issues.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend WoodlandDirect to anyone. Their customer service is lacking and they don't seem to care about their customers. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my product, but now I'm just disappointed.

WoodlandDirect Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Experience with WoodlandDirect

I gotta say, if you're in the business of building or remodeling, you might wanna think twice before dealing with these folks over at WoodlandDirect. I mean, I ain't no expert, but I know a thing or two about getting the job done right. And let me tell ya, these guys ain't exactly the most reliable when it comes to giving you the straight dope.

Take my recent experience, for example. I was looking to get some fireplace inserts for a project I was working on, and I figured I'd give these guys a shot. Well, let me tell ya, it was a real headache from start to finish. First off, the salesperson didn't even bother to mention that their inserts require some special flue material that ain't exactly easy to come by. I mean, come on, man, that's some basic info you gotta give a guy!

So, after a bunch of back and forth, I finally figured out that I had to order the flue material from the manufacturer through these guys. No big deal, right? Wrong. They kept giving me the runaround about when the shipment was gonna arrive. I mean, I must've called 'em a dozen times, and every time they told me something different. It was like they didn't even care that I had a whole crew of sheetrockers waiting on me to get this stuff sorted out.

Long story short, I ended up waiting another week for the flue material to arrive, and I had to keep pushing back my sheetrock crew. It was a real pain in the you-know-what, and I ain't never gonna deal with these guys again. So, if you're looking for a reliable supplier for your building or remodeling needs, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. These guys just ain't worth the hassle.

WoodlandDirect Disappointing Customer Service Experience at WoodlandDirect for Wood Insert Purchase

So, I was looking for a wood insert and found WoodlandDirect online. I picked out the one I wanted and decided to call their customer service to talk to one of their experts. I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the service I received. The guy I talked to couldn't answer some simple questions I had about the product. I was ready to buy, but I needed clarification first. I told him that, but I never heard back from him. I tried reaching out with emails and phone calls, but I got no response.

I decided to take a chance and order the insert anyway, but I waited to order the chimney parts until I received the unit. I wanted to answer my questions on my own. After I got the insert, I ordered the remaining chimney parts. Everything showed up and worked great, but the service was terrible.

If you're not sure about what you need, I wouldn't recommend buying from this place. The lack of communication and poor customer service was frustrating. But, if you know what you're doing and just need the parts, they do have good products.

WoodlandDirect Disappointing and Overpriced: A Review of WoodlandDirect's Firepit

I gotta say, I bought this firepit from WoodlandDirect during the Covid pandemic of 2020. We paid a pretty penny for it, like three times as much as we would now, because there was a shortage. When we finally got it, I was pretty bummed out because it looked like it had been sitting in a junkyard for years. It was all old and rusted, and not in a cool, vintage way. We couldn't even send it back because we bought it for our beach house and didn't open the box until we got there, which was over 30 days later.

The flyer that came with it said that it would eventually burn to a natural rust color patina, but it's been a while and it still looks like a rusty old piece of junk. I was hoping that some of the rust would burn off and it would just turn into a cool, rustic color, but no such luck. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. It's way more expensive than other firepits out there, and it doesn't even look good.

To make matters worse, we rent out our beach house, so now I'm going to have to buy another firepit to replace this one. It's just a big waste of money, if you ask me. I mean, I get that things are tough right now, but this firepit was a total letdown. Save your money and buy something else.

WoodlandDirect Disappointing Experience with WoodlandDirect: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Delivery

I placed an order with WoodlandDirect back in September and unfortunately, my experience has not been a positive one. The customer service I received was quite rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the company mistakenly returned the firepit that I had ordered and then told me that I couldn't get a refund. They forcefully insisted that they would send a new one instead. However, it's been since October and I still haven't received my order.

I have been very patient throughout this entire process, but the constant back and forth with the company has been frustrating. I paid for something that I haven't received yet, and I feel that it's necessary to leave this review so that others don't have to go through what I am.

In my opinion, it's possible that WoodlandDirect may be impacted by the pandemic, and I was understanding of this. However, to demand and charge me for a fee to take my business elsewhere if I choose, because they can't deliver their products on time or in a timely manner, is simply wrong.

To top it all off, I recently found out that they only deliver curbside. This is a major issue for me, as the firepit I ordered weighs close to 300lbs. Fire pits are not meant to sit on curbs for use, and I feel that this is something that should have been made clear to me before I placed my order.

Overall, I would not recommend WoodlandDirect to others. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer better customer service and more reliable delivery options.

WoodlandDirect Woodland shoe

My name is Mathai P. Varghese and I am sending you this mail in times of crisis. I have been using woodland footwear for 13 years, but I have never had an experience like this. Asked what, the shoes I bought 2 years ago are now useless. I took it to your showroom in Thiruvalla for service because I trust them as they are a well known brand. But they asked for the bill. Unfortunately I lost the bill. They say I can not serve this because you do not have a bill. What I need to do next. I hope you understand my condition.. Thank you

WoodlandDirect woodland camel shoes

On 25 may 2019, i bought these pair of shoes (0580108) and i have just tried it once. My shoe's sole were apart from it and we took it to one of your showroom in 'Rajpur road, Dehradun' and they just fixed it with some glue. Its looking terrible, the look of the shoes have been compromised by their poor service. So i request you to replace it as soon as possible.

WoodlandDirect shoes pulled off from right side less in 4 inch

I have parched woodland (GB 1276113 (SNAYPE) GB 1276113 ) shoes 5 jan. 2019.
With in 6 month Shoes pulled off from right side less in 4inch.
It's a vry poor quality of this product...

Bcoz it's lather shoes and lather shoes not pulled off that type.
Also your staff not giving a proper resulation of customer
So i want replaced of this product..

WoodlandDirect shoe laces

I have bought a shoe worth 3999 six months ago but it's laces breaks 3 times.I bought a new pair of laces but after that they always told me we have out of stock you can please bought from Bata store .Now u tell me how I wear a shoe without laces.
Please do the needful on urgent basis otherwise I will advertise it on all newspapers that it's a worst brand due to its accessories shortage.

WoodlandDirect shoe

I have purchased a shoe on 10feb 2019, the condition of the shoe has become worst, it has lost its original texture n color. I am sending you the pics and bill. Kindly arrange me a exchange for it. Shopkeeper is unwilling to do so. If this behavior continues why we will purchase shoes from you ? It has been a month only and the shoe has deteriorated so badly.

I have purchase the woodland shoes for my father from Dlf mall noida Uttar pradesh as at the time of purchasing the behaviour of manager present over there in the woodland showroom is not appropriate with the me as a customer but still i purchase shoes and said that i am going to my home if my father will not like these show i will refund these shoes a will take credit note from you peoples but today 28/01/19 i visited over there again so they deny and said me that we cannot take refund.so i need help in this case as a want my 100 % money back

WoodlandDirect angry

I have placed an order with www.woodlanddirect.com and several day later I was told that my order was cancelled. When I contacted their support service they did not explain anything and said that I'll get my money back soon. It was over two months ago and I still haven't received my money.
I went to their website and found two phone numbers and tried both but they did not pick up. This company is definitely a scam and don't believe any positive reviews you see, 100% fake.
I need to get my money back but that seems impossible. I'm very disappointed and angry!

WoodlandDirect impossible to reach these jerks

Scam, scam, scam. I ordered fireplace from the company www.woodlanddirect.com. It was 20 days ago, but I still haven’t received the tracking number. In reality I haven’t received any news about my order at all. I’m really anxious and have no idea what to do now. These jerks didn’t reply to my emails and I have no idea how to reach them. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

WoodlandDirect bad company and they didn't provide any services at all

We needed to update our fireplace and therefore decided to use the services of www.woodlanddirect.com. At the beginning I thought that it was great company, but my experience with them turned into nightmare. I paid them money, and the rep promised that within several weeks they would arrive and install new fireplace. Afterwards I heard a lot of excuses and promises. Not recommended company and the worst services ever. Please, post your comments.
