I have experienced most of the issues noted by other customers in [protected]. I ordered my frame in Mid May. They took out the transaction on 5/14. I've contacted them on numerous occasions and have not been able to reach a person at any time. As instructed, I left messages. No return call or contact of any kind. Prior to this, I had successfully purchased at least 4 frames!

I placed an order for a mother's day gift in April. The website said that it would arrive in June, so I was aware it may not arrive in time for mother's day, but also thought there was a good chance it still may! Fast forward and my order should have already been delivered and it still hasn't even been made. After numerous attempts to get in touch with them, I finally got through via email and received a response that they would push it up in line of production. Still no information with regards to when I could expect it was provided. I also had to request for shipping to be upgraded so I wouldn't have to wait an additional 2 weeks for shipping time once it was completed. They did this for me but again no time frame. Upon trying to call their offices I received a message that their offices are shut down and that they have disconnected their phones and to contact them via email. Having placed an order back in April, I would expect for them to communicate with customers that have outstanding orders if they are unable to keep up with production. Very poor service!

I ordered a frame. It arrived damaged. They claim to offer 30 day replacement on damaged items I contacted them the day I opened my package. I used the email address included in the shipment and included photos and descriptions of the damage. I never got a response. I ordered frames back in April. My credit card was charged for the frames but I never received my order. Shipment was suppose to be sent out in June and I'm still waiting over a month. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE IMPRESSIVE LOOKING WEBSITE! I ordered a frame that arrived without the plexiglass. I figured OK mistakes happen, they will take care of it. I called and left several messages including the order number to report the missing glass. After several attempts, I was finally able to speak with a live person after continuously getting a robot- operator. He told me that I HAD to send a photo of what I received. I assured him there was no glass and asked why the photo was needed. He put me on hold to speak with the "manager" came back and reported yes, we need a photo. I have sent the photo, several times. I have called and left repeated messages. I even tried to blindly get in touch with someone through dial by name. NO ONE has returned my calls or emails! I wish I had read the reviews.

At the end of October when it seemed that my order had not progressed at all, I contacted the company to ask for an update - they told me this on 10/: "Thanks for your email. I apologize for the delay on your order. Due to COVID-19, we are working with limited staff. We are backed up on both production and emails. Again I would like to apologize as this is not the norm for us. Your order is currently in our print queue and is about to begin production in our warehouse. It should be completed and ready to ship soon. Thank you for your patience and please let me know if you have any further questions." Since then, nothing has changed with my order - the status simply says "Open". I understand that COVID-19 is causing delays, but it is the company's responsibility to update me when they miss their delivery window.

I made a purchase from this company over a month ago. When making the purchase I was told my order would ship out in 4 days. It hasn't shipped, I have not received my order. I have left numerous emails, I have called countless times only to have someone answer once. She told me my order would ship out next week, which it didn't. No one will return my messages. I have posted on their facebook account, and again no one has replied. I have been scammed. I want my money back or the order that I purchased immediately. Based off of everything that I have read, I am not the only unhappy customer and something must be done to not allow this company to continue to scam people. I have never in my life wrote a bad review or gone as far as to file a complaint on ComplaintsBoard.com. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with for so many reasons. Avoiding my calls, not returning my calls, taking my money and not delivering the product I purchased is Illegal. Something needs to be done.
