Nearly Natural Nearly Natural sent me 2 shipments, both of which arrived damaged

Nearly Natural sent me 2 shipments, both of which arrived damaged. I emailed and tried calling customer service but got nothing more than an automatated response from email or voicemail when calling. Their website brags about their customer service and how easy it is to return product, but this is false. I submitted an original request 04/10 and it is now 04/22. I have 2 big boxes sitting here that need to be sent back, but waiting for return shipping labels, which they claim on their website will be provided. Furthermore, the 2nd order that was shippped to me was totally wrong - I ordered a 6.5 foot tall palm tree. The damaged product that arrived was only 4.5 feet at it's tallest measurment including the pot.

I ordered several plants and they were coming in one by one and eventually I realized I was not going to receive all of them. They are hard to get in touch with. I thought maybe that was a one time mistake and decided to order a large plant over $150.00. Now, weeks later, I haven't received any kind of communication from them to even get a tracking number. I can't believe I fell for it again.

This is a terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a 4.5" plant from Nearly Natural. Order #XXXXXX. What I received was a 3.5" plant, which came broken. The item I received is valued at $92. The item I ordered, and paid for, was $242. When I called to explain the situation I was told I needed to send the (wrong) item back to receive an exchange or credit. I told them the box was destroyed, and that I would send the wrong item back once I received the correct item (and I would use the box from the new delivery). I was told, "no, we can't do that, send the incorrect item first." So now I need to lug around a fake plant to a FedEx Office and pay for them to pack it up and for the cost of a box.

This is completely outrageous and horrible customer service. The person I spoke to would not accommodate me, even though THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM.

WE' Ordered a bamboo tree on May 21. Your shipping label was dated May 25. The product arrived in Lake Havasu on June 2. It was delivered sometime after that, when we were not home, and left at the front entrance of our house. The box was severely damaged! The tree inside was broken into six pieces, and all the material was out of the planter container, completely destroyed.

We tried to make contact many times but received no response. We've called many times and even spoke to a human once who said there would be no problem, yet no response followed. Then we reached out again and talked to Omar in customer service. He informed us that they would send a return label or a new plant. Your return policy states that you will replace the item or provide a full refund even if the customer is simply not satisfied. I emailed you on June 11, June 13, and June 14, and I sent pictures.

Nearly Natural Months ago I placed an order for a tall cactus and have not received it

Months ago I placed an order for a tall cactus and have not received it. About 3 weeks ago I received a FedEx notice that it was delivered to a *** but there's no one in my household with that name. After trying for several days and being placed on hold for a half an hour I reached a gentleman who said that my order was damaged in shipment and a new one would be shipped in 7 to 10 business days. Again, no follow up if it was shipped out and it's been 3 weeks. The item has been paid for.
I've been calling all week and their voicemail says to leave a number and someone will return my call. NO ONE has bothered to return my call and address this issue.
I'm very upset and disappointed in their customer service.

Horrible customer service. Called and left several messages along with several emails. NO RESPONSE EVER! I just wanted to exchange for another tree but never heard anything. They tout they're customer service and free returns which works out great for them because they never respond to you.

I preferred and paid for two large palms One measure 6 feet's height and the other one 6.5 feet. I only received one palm that measure 3 feets. If you call they don't answer. I don't recommend to invest your money to buy Nearly Natural.

I ordered a plant and it was so much smaller than it appeared in the ad. I followed the return procedures and the tracking showed it was received. I got an email from the company stating that a refund had been processed. However, no such refund was actually issued to my credit card. I have tried to contact the company numerous times without reply. They are impossible to track down. I just want my money back!

Nearly Natural I placed an order for an UNPOTTED ficus tree for a special pot I already own

I placed an order for an UNPOTTED ficus tree for a special pot I already own. The tree arrived very quickly and I unpacked it. Unfortunately, it was tagged as unpotted but definitely has a pot! I emailed customer service right away and received an automated response. After not getting a response back after several days I sent another email. I have sent four emails in total and made several calls but have yet to speak to anyone. I now own a plant I can do nothing with and this business has no care in the world since they took my money. I am filing a complaint with my credit card company as well to see if I can recoup the money lost. I would prefer to return my item and get a full refund but if I cannot talk to anyone then how can I get a return label?

BEWARE OF NEARLY NATURAL! Similar to the other complaints below, I ordered a total of six of their UV trees costing over $800, and received two of them completely damaged and falling apart straight out of the box (they were the 6.5' Areca trees that cost $244.99 each)! After calling them several times and leaving them voicemails and multiple emails, I was finally able to get someone on the phone (after repeatedly calling for several days) and was told that they would pick up the trees and send me two replacements, which they did...but wait for it. The two replacement trees they sent to me, were two completely different trees and when I looked them up on their website (based on the tags on the trees) they were $100 less (EACH) than the trees I originally purchased! What kind of slick bait-n-switch non-sense it that?! Now begins the back-n-forth game again of trying to get someone on the phone, sending multiple emails etc. all over again. Once again after too many to count phone calls, I finally reached someone and demanded a full refund for the two damaged trees that I paid for, and was told that only when the two wrong trees were returned would they issue me a refund! I said that would not fly unless it was provided to me in writing FIRST before I allowed the wrong trees to be pick up, and that it must state in writing the total amount of my refund owed. I only wish I had read all these other complaints before ever purchasing from Nearly Natural...I also feel like the reviews on their website are 99% false...it is wise advise not to rely on reviews that the company provides as they will never make themselves look bad...but go by outside reviews! Too little too late for me..but hopefully not for someone else who may be considering purchasing from them! DON'T because in this instance...you DON'T get what you pay for...and they aren't cheap!

WHERE ARE MY TREES? I ordered 5 trees mid April - 2 were delivered and the other 3 are nowhere to be found. I received one update and then silence! I sent 4 emails starting the beginning of May and have gotten 0 response, not to mention the phone system sends you to a voicemail system only so there is no way to get an update! I have $600+ worth of trees that I am still waiting for and no one even thinks to respond. The site says 72 hours for an email response - apparently that has been extended to over 3 weeks. I need answers or my money back!

Order of a cherry blossom tree arrived damaged. I sent pics of a damaged cherry tree to Nearly Natural customer service department on 4/06. I called and left a voice mail to follow up on my claim a few weeks thereafter and did not receive a call back. I send a second email following up on my claim on 4/10 and third email on 5/3. I left a second voicemail 5/4 (cannot get through to a customer service rep) and left another email on 5/4. Six attempts to reach them and it is ignored.

Received broken catus pot. The worst customer service ever. always got recording even tho I was the next caller. was very hard to get them to pick up the broken pot. still, no contact, waiting for my refund to go back on the card (93.00}). If the amount doesn't show up soon, I will take further action. please stay away from this company, as they don't stand up to their word, satisfaction Guaranteed If I had read these reviews, I wouldn't be in this predicament! Thank You

This company is out to take your money! There is no such thing as customer service that they promise. Phone calls and emails do nothing. Bought two olive branch vases. After weeks of no response, I then asked for cancellation of the order. Again, no response at all. Miraculously, the plants arrived. No packing slip; nothing. Plants were mediocre at best and looked unimpressive. Have been emailing and calling since receiving them asking for instructions on how to return them. Not surprisingly, no response AGAIN! From other reviews I've read, this problem is a "business as usual" problem in their customer service, response and integrity. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! BUY ELSEWHERE! Even if they do finally send me a return label, there is no guarantee you'll get your money back as they promise! Utterly disappointing! COMPLETE DISASTER!

Just received my 50 inch birds I'd paradise real touch plant n its basically plastic leaves n flowers. NO REAL TOUCH AT ALL! A rip off. Returning it n disputing my charge. If they don't answer for returns it's their problem. They basically sold a false product. I'm not one to leave reviews or complain much but I paid a great deal of money to get this terrible product. The dollar store has better fake plants.

Nearly Natural I wish I had read these comments before I placed my order

I wish I had read these comments before I placed my order. The first shipment did not arrive, but Fed Ex says it was delivered. Well, I don't have it, and I sent an email right away to advise Nearly Natural, where it says "Haven't received your shipment yet? Let us know". I got an automatic reply with a ticket number. No response. I sent another email and got another automatic reply with another ticket number. I called them twice, could only leave a voicemail message or a call back number. I did both, still no reply. The second package did arrive, but it was not what I ordered. Again, another email, and I completed the Contact Us message box on their website. Still nothing. I sent one last message today, and will be disputing my American Express charge this afternoon. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Well, actually, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Nearly Natural Absolutely horrible experience with Nearly Natural

Absolutely horrible experience with Nearly Natural. I ordered a large and expensive plant, was told it would be delivered within 5-7 days. The item did not show up for three weeks, tracking information showed it had not even left the warehouse until two days before delivery. When the item did show up, the branches were broken off and the pot was cracked. I contacted customer support several times, all phone calls were sent to voicemail and never returned. Customer support emails were not acknowledged for an average of three weeks. Once they were, only a link was provided on starting a return. Total timeline: Product ordered in early January, Delivered in mid February. Product returned and arrived the 1st of March. As of May 26th, no refund has posted to my bank account even though multiple refund requests have been filed. Save yourself some time and sanity by not doing your business with Nearly Natural.

Nearly Natural I ordered two flower arrangements from Nearly Natural

I ordered two flower arrangements from Nearly Natural. One looked just like the photo. The other was awful. The flowers looked totally fake, it was sparse, and the design wasn't like the photo. I looked for a Customer Service number on their website and could find none. I had to do an internet search of "Nearly Natural Customer Service" to find the number. I called and they emailed me a postage paid return label, which I did appreciate. I returned the item in March, and a month later, I still had not been issued a refund. I called the number and was promised an email confirmation within 24 hours and a refund in 3-5 days after that. When I asked the Customer Service Rep for a confirmation number regarding our phone call, he said he didn't have one but promised me he would see that I received the email. Three days on, and I have not received an email confirmation, nor a refund (via Paypal.) I'm feeling like this company is hoping I'll just forget that they owe me money and keeping both my return and the money. I will not be ordering from them again.

I purchased two 26" Bougainvillea Artificial Plant in Planter UV Resistant 6 months ago as part of a larger order. First, the items arrived damaged with some of the flowers broken off and others protruding out of the box. I called and left a message with customer but nobody returned the call. While the items initially looked very realistic after 6 months outside the items have faded considerably. When calling customer support, I was told the rep needed to speak with his supervisor. This went on for a few days with emails and calls. Today when I called, the phone was answered by the supervisor (same person mentioned in one of the other reviews on this site) who informed me she could not do anything since my order was more than one month prior. I addressed the issue of the website positioning these plants as UV resistant yet they faded so quickly. The supervisor maintained a hard line and was only willing to offer me a 10% discount on replacement items. This was not the level of resolution I expected. I will not purchase additional items from this company in the future.

I feel obligated to add my review to this list of reviews. I purchased items 4 times from Nearly Natural. The first three plants that I bought were very nice and I was very happy with them. The 4th plant arrived with 1 flower missing on it and did look very fake and not like the picture on the website. The same day that I received the plant, I called customer service and told them that I wasn't happy with the plant and my reasons for wanting to return it. The service rep was very pleasant and I had NO problems. He told me that I would receive an email right away saying that my return was authorized and that I would get an email with a return label within 24-48 hours. I got the return label the next day and in the email, it told me to write down the tracking number and to call them as soon as it showed delivered so I would get my refund quicker. I did and the refund showed up on my credit card within 2 days. I would feel safe to order from them again because of the great service. Too often we are quick to post our negative comments but not our positive comments. Without both, people can't judge a company fairly.

I ordered a 6' palm and it arrived with the main, top frond broken. The box was not damaged so I can only assume it left the warehouse broken and nobody bothered to either catch it or stop the shipment. After two emails to them, I still have not received any acknowledgement of anything. I ended up just fixing it myself. I, along with a friend, ordered more plants from these people and what arrived was a plastic piece of junk. Side note; it seems their products vary a bit in quality, which is a problem because customer service is almost non-existent. So, my friend wanted to send back a palm and was on the phone for over an hour without anyone answering, only getting a recording to call back. After several attempts, she finally got through and they sent a return label...but the fine print said that she needed to alert them when the package finally shipped and then they would start the refund process. What company asks the customer to watch the shipping dates and get in touch with them? She's still waiting for the refund. These people seem to be a bit shady...The only reason I gave them two stars is that one of the plants is okay... It's a mixed bag...but the customer service is horrible. Almost non-existent.

Nearly Natural I recently ordered a faux bamboo tree from Nearly Natural

I recently ordered a faux bamboo tree from Nearly Natural. I received an acknowledgement of my order and within a couple days, was advised my order was being shipped. After a couple weeks, my order had not arrived so I sent an email to them asking where my order was. The next day, I received a response saying there was a delay and that it would be shipped as soon as they had restocked the item. About two weeks later, I received an email that my order was cancelled due to the item not being available. At that time, they debited my bank account for the amount of the purchase. YES DEBITED. I immediately tried calling them and only got an answering option via recorded message. They responded to me saying that the order never went through. I responded asking them to credit my card. They again responded, they never charged my card. CHASE offered proof they (Nearly Natural) was paid the very day my order was "cancelled". Two emails later, there was still no resolution and the company reps. (both last named ***) refuted my claim even with proof they were paid. They then had the audacity to send me a satisfaction survey which, by the way, conveniently would NOT POST ON THEIR WEB PAGE. They are dishonest people and of dubious intent.

Nearly Natural Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! Complete gamble buying from this place. Let me explain. I ordered some faux plants, doesn't matter what type, late January. We received some of the faux plants we ordered. After weeks went by and the rest of order never arrived, I reached out and only then was I told that they didn't have the supply to make the other faux plant I ordered. Totally not an issue, but over a month went by before they explained this to me. Is it too much to be notified of issues with my order if they obviously know what the issue is? I instructed a sales rep to credit me with a refund. MORE weeks went by. No refund. I had to reach out and explain there is no refund on my end that I can see. Instead of taking my word for it and actually look into this for me, I am told: "Once an order/item is cancelled the payment hold gets released within the next 24 hours, which is what exactly happened in your case." Thanks for the automated reply. I had to FURTHER explain that I haven't been refunded yet. Finally someone more competent actually checked and saw the refund was never duly processed. Oh, and don't bother getting in "line" by having their customer service call you back. When you actually do get the call, it isn't a real person at first. You are put on hold again and have to wait for somebody. What the heck is the point of this?

Nearly Natural Company sent me a defective item

Company sent me a defective item. Repeatedly called, but can't get through to CUSTOMER SERVICE. Order XXXXXX Problem Date: 2/10 upon arrival of item. Order Date: 2/6 Paid by credit card $84.99 Item has a sickening mold spore smell, making me sick and having trouble breathing.Customer Service has been unreachable by phone. I've called numerous times. My emails have not been answered.

Purchased a silk tree from Nearly Natural, located at 3870 W 108th St suite 20, Hialeah, FL XXXXX. The plant did not meet our expectations. The company advertises "Satisfaction Guarenteed" return policy. I have made numerous calls to the company's customer service number, waited on line only to be directed to leave a message. Told I was next in line to speak to a representative etc etc. I have left both V-mail and email messages and never have received any return call or message. This after the company's printed policy is to return calls within 24 hours. Seeking your intervention and help to facilitate a return.

Order date 3/26 Order # XXXXXX Website claims "Satisfaction Guaranteed!" I have called multiple times and left messages and I have sent multiple emails and only Auto-reply responses. My dispute is I that I want a return label, so can get refund for Hanging Morning Glory basket. I just don't lke it and it's cheap looking. I AM NOT a Satisfied Customer. And it's infuriating to just be IGNORED! FedEx Tracking: XXXXXXXXXXXX $59 For hanging basket/plant Thank you so much for listening! I have never filed a claim before, but the lack of response is just so blatant it makes me feel nauseated. Nearly Natural On Mar 30, I ordered 6 tall grass and bamboo plants in containers for a total cost of $449.94 and they shipped on April 8

On Mar 30, I ordered 6 tall grass and bamboo plants in containers for a total cost of $449.94 and they shipped on April 8. I opened one and they were very sparse and the bamboo was just dead sticks. Clearly not worth the price paid. I immediately contacted Nearly Natural to have the return labels sent for a refund. I ordered additional product from them to replace these at the tune of $1400.00. I have contacted Nearly Natural at least 10 times via phone and left call back requests and messages to send the return labels and 6 times via email to customer support with the same request. It's now been over 6 weeks with zero response. I've been paying interest on the original amount charged. I want a full refund AND return labels to return these items.

Nearly Natural I placed order #XXXXXX with Nearly Natural on 04/17 and paid the amount due of $67.50 via credit card

I placed order #XXXXXX with Nearly Natural on 04/17 and paid the amount due of $67.50 via credit card. FedEx delivered the order on 04/25. I was dissatisfied with the appearance of product and am seeking to return the order pursuant to Nearly Natural's satisfaction guarantee advertised on its website which states that returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Instructions advise the customer to contact customer service @ X-XXX-XXX-XXXX or ***@nearlynatural.com to process the return. I have called Nearly Natural at the above number on four consecutive days beginning Monday, April 26. Each time, I was unable to reach a live person and was only able to leave a voicemail message in which I explained the reason for my call and I requested a return telephone call. I also have emailed the above customer service email address yesterday and today. At this time, I have yet to receive a reply. I am seeking to return the item for a full refund.

Nearly Natural I placed an on-line order at Nearly Natural (order #XXXXXX)

I placed an on-line order at Nearly Natural (order #XXXXXX). The policy online states that "in the rare case that you don't love your merchandise, we'll pay to have it shipped back to us. We just ask that you contact us within 30 days of receipt and package the goods back into their original packaging". I did not like the items I ordered; therefore, I wanted to return them. That portion of the order was received on 04/02. I emailed the company through their website and did not get a response. I then followed up with another email directly to the customer service email and was given an automated response that assigned a case number (XXXXX). Since receiving that email on 04/05 (3 days after receiving the item), I have emailed three more times and have not received any response. I have also called and left two voicemail messages. All I am asking is that I get a return address label to send all of the items back that I ordered and have my money refunded, as per their refund policy.

On Sept 21, 2020 I ordered (2) River Fern set of 2 for 74.99 each I have received one set of 2 but still have not received the second one on Sept 21, 2020 I ordered (2) river fern plants (set of 2) for $74.99 each i also paid for 2 day shipping after several calls i finally received 1 set and I still have not received the second in this order I also paid for 2 day shipping, everytime I call they keep telling me it is set to ship on Friday my bill came to over $160.00 and they charged my credit card but still my second set of ferns have not arrived. I called there today again was told the same thing the order is set to go out Friday October 23 this time. I asked if these items were on back order and was told no they are not, I asked to speak to supervisor, was put on hold and then was told he was on the other line and I needed to call back. These plants are very nice and I have oredered from here before spending over 400.00. I emailed them waiting on the first ferns to arrive and they did email me back stating there is a delay cause of covid they asked me if i wanted my money back i said no i just want the product and I recieved the first order within the week but still waiting on the second order i feel this is taking way to long and no one can give me a good enough reason why my order was not completed in the first place.

Nearly Natural When I purchased from Nearly Natural their website stated there are free returns within 30 days and satisfaction is guaranteed

When I purchased from Nearly Natural their website stated there are free returns within 30 days and satisfaction is guaranteed. That was not honored. When I purchased from Nearly Natural on 1/23 (order Order #XXXXXX) it stated that there are free returns within 30 days and satisfaction is guaranteed (that language has since been removed from their site). At the time, it made me feel confident enough to place my order with a new vendor. I ordered 2 wreaths and one plant. I only liked one of the wreaths. There was no return information / packing slip in my box, nor is there return information online with my order to facilitate that. I sent over a dozen emails since delivery on 2/13 and mostly received automated confirmation of their receipt but no follow up by a live person. After a month's worth of emails, I finally got someone to send me a return label on March 9th. However, since early February, I have been communicating that I want to return two items that were shipped separately. Therefore, I need a second return label to return the other item. It's now past 30 days but that is not due to my lack of effort and they should honor their policies at the time of my purchase. No one has even responded to my multiple emails for a second return label. And I have yet to see a refund for the returned item. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with an online purchase and is counter to what was promised by Nearly Natural according to the website. Items in question: 5' Dracaena Plant UV Resistant (Indoor/Outdoor) (SKU 5446 $174.99); 24" Poinsettia Wreath (SKU 4660 $89.99); 20'' Peony & Berry Wreath (SKU 4538 $79.99) charged to my card ending in 3524.
