Farmhouse quilted bed set
Very happy with my purchase love the bedding it it looks exactly like it does in the picture fast service it came a week earlier 2 weeks earlier than what it was supposed to and I would definitely do business with this company again
I was very pleased with my purchase after having read the negative comments here
Quality material and fast shipping. My order was large and placed on Jan 4,2021. Feel terrible for those who had to go through so much headache. I used their drapes and redesigned it for my tall windows. It looks like custom made and i am getting lots of compliments.
Touch of Class Review: Disappointing Product and Shipping Policy
I was really excited to finally purchase a lamp from Touch of Class after waiting for a long time. I was remodeling my home and wanted to add a touch of elegance to my living room. However, when the item finally arrived after a few weeks, I was disappointed to find out that it was not the color that I was expecting. The lamp was described as "blue" on their website, but what I got was definitely not blue. I showed it to my friends and even the FedEx delivery guy, and they all agreed that it was not blue.
I had to send the lamp back to Touch of Class, and it cost me a whopping $70.00 in shipping fees. I was really disappointed that they didn't offer any help with the shipping costs, especially since it was clearly their mistake. I will never buy from this company again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. If you do decide to buy from them, make sure you check their return policy and shipping fees beforehand.
It's really frustrating when a company doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes, and that's exactly what happened with Touch of Class. They lost my business for good, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. So if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to buy from, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Touch of Class Review: Disappointing Product and Customer Service Experience
I recently made a purchase from Touch of Class, specifically the "Twillo The Gripper Slip Resistant Rocking Chair Cushion Set". I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
The website listed the measurements for the bottom seat cushion as 17"x18" and the back cushion as 23.5". However, when I received my order, the seat cushion was only 16"x16" and the back cushion was only 21" high. This was disappointing as they did not fit my rocker as I had hoped.
I am not sure if I received the wrong order or if the website misrepresented the product. Additionally, the color on the website was listed as blue/grey, but the cushions I received were only grey. The bottom seat cushion was also not the same shape as the one pictured on the website.
I attempted to contact customer service immediately, but was put on hold for a long time. The recording informed me that there were 17 calls ahead of me and that I should expect a wait of 38 minutes. They did provide an email address if I did not want to wait, so I sent an email on 12/14. Unfortunately, I have not received a response yet.
To make matters worse, I had to pay $20.41 to return the cushions. I am now left wondering how long it will take for them to refund my VISA.
I have attached a photo of what I received compared to the picture on the Touch of Class website. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience and hope that they can improve their customer service and product accuracy in the future.
Terrible Customer Service and Cheap Products: My Experience with Touch of Class
I had a really bad experience with Touch of Class. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. It's a small company run by only five people, and their customer service is the worst and most unprofessional I've ever encountered. If you need to return an item or track your purchase, you won't be able to get through on the phone, and they won't respond to your emails.
I bought over $1,000 worth of products from them as a Christmas gift for my mother. When the items finally arrived, they were cheaply made and not of the same quality as the photos. So, we decided to return them (at our own expense). The terms and conditions said to email them for a return shipping label, but no one responded to my email. We had to return the items out of pocket at a cost of $113.00 in order to meet the return timeframe and get a full refund.
After I received confirmation that the items had been received by the warehouse, I waited almost four weeks to get the refund owed to me. However, the customer service manager, Sarah, failed to return my emails or phone calls. I was really frustrated and upset, so I filed a credit card dispute with my bank.
I will never shop at Touch of Class again, and I strongly advise you not to either. It was a horrible experience, and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did.
Poor Customer Service Experience with Touch of Class: Refused Orders and No Refund
I recently purchased curtains from Touch of Class for my new house. I was browsing their website on a lazy Sunday and found the perfect curtains for my living room. However, when I tried to finalize my order, the website wouldn't let me. I tried again, but the same thing happened. Frustrated, I checked my account and saw that I had been charged for both orders.
I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with a representative named Sierra. Unfortunately, she wasn't very helpful and seemed more interested in arguing with me than finding a solution. I asked to speak with her supervisor, but she told me that her supervisor was out to lunch and would have to call me back. I left a message and waited for a response.
Three hours later, the supervisor called me back. Unfortunately, she was even less helpful than Sierra. She didn't seem to care about my problem and didn't offer any solutions. I explained that I wanted to refuse both orders and receive a refund, but she didn't seem to care.
I was disappointed with the lack of customer service from Touch of Class. As a supervisor, she should have been more understanding and willing to help. Instead, she seemed cold and uncaring. I decided to refuse both orders and take my business elsewhere.
It's a shame that customer service seems to be a thing of the past. I hope that Touch of Class can improve their customer service in the future.
Disappointing Experience with Touch of Class: Delayed Delivery and Price Increase
I bought two gift certificates from Touch of Class on November 17, 2020, and I asked for fast shipping because it was a birthday gift that needed to arrive by November 25. However, I didn't hear back from them about the shipping cost, even though they said they would contact me. After waiting on hold for over an hour, I finally spoke to a customer service rep who told me that the gift certificates weren't mailed until December 7, 2020, which was more than three weeks after I placed and paid for the order. I was really disappointed, and I told the rep about it. She said she would email me after talking to her supervisor, but she never did.
Yesterday, December 28, more than a month after I placed the order, the recipient finally got the gift certificates. But there was a catalog included that said the prices were only good until December 10. When the recipient tried to place an order, she found out that Touch of Class had raised the price of the item she wanted from $259.00 to over $400.00. It's obvious that Touch of Class purposely delayed the delivery of the gift certificates so that the recipient would have to pay the higher prices that went into effect after December 10.
I'm really upset about this whole experience, and I won't be buying anything from Touch of Class again. It's not right to treat customers this way, and I don't want to support a company that does business like this.
Poor Customer Service and Communication from Touch of Class
I recently made a purchase from Touch of Class, specifically the wall topper AB65, back in June. Unfortunately, I was not informed of any delays with my order. I decided to call the company to inquire about the status of my order, and I was told that it would arrive on July 16th. However, when I called again, I was given a different date of July 23rd. This happened again when I called on July 27th, and was told that it would arrive on July 30th.
During my last call, I spoke with an employee named Betty or Becky, who asked for my order number. Unfortunately, I didn't have it on hand, but I informed her that other employees had it and that she could easily find it. She then rudely told me that if I had looked online, it clearly stated that the arrival date was July 30th. I corrected her and informed her that I had called twice before and was given different dates. This was the third change in arrival dates, and I felt insulted when she called me dumb.
Betty or Becky raised her voice and told me that she was talking and that I was not going to interrupt her. I informed her that I would if what she was saying was incorrect. Unfortunately, she hung up on me. I left two messages for managers, but I never received a call back. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, but they have lost my business due to this experience.
I believe that it would have been more professional for the company to not advertise an item if they cannot get it or, at the very least, contact customers who have ordered it and inform them of any delays. Additionally, the employee I spoke with talked as if she was doing me a favor by answering the phone, and she made other rude remarks that I have chosen not to include in this review.
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Touch of Class. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future and avoid situations like this.
Disappointing Customer Service and Fragile Product: My Experience with Touch of Class
I recently purchased two pedestals from Touch of Class, and unfortunately, one of them arrived damaged. The box was clearly damaged during shipping, and upon opening it, I found that the pedestal inside was broken. I was disappointed to find that the pedestal was very fragile and not at all like the quality I expected from an item that cost so much.
I reached out to customer service twice via email to inquire about a replacement, but I did not receive a response for two days. Frustrated, I decided to call customer service. The man I spoke with was not very helpful and seemed indifferent to my issue. He told me that they would send a shipping label to my email in a few days, and I could take the broken pedestal to a FedEx Store or Walgreens. Once Touch of Class received the damaged pedestal, they would either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Honestly, I am not thrilled about the idea of packing up the broken pedestal in the elaborate packaging (which clearly wasn't enough to protect it in the first place), finding a FedEx store, standing in line for an hour, and potentially exposing myself to COVID-19. Even if I do all of that, there is no guarantee that the replacement won't also arrive damaged.
At this point, I am considering finding another retailer who values their customers more than Touch of Class seems to. My family and I have spent over $1,500 with this company in 2020 alone, and even more over the last few years. It is disappointing to feel like our loyalty and patronage is not appreciated.
If you are considering purchasing something from Touch of Class, I would advise you to proceed with caution. While their products may be visually appealing, their customer service leaves much to be desired. If your item arrives damaged, it seems that it will be your problem to deal with, not theirs.
Touch of Class Review: Poor Customer Service and Quality Control
I recently made a purchase from Touch of Class, specifically 7 Elegance Ascott valances in CAMEL. However, when I received my package, I was shocked to find that they had sent me GOLD valances instead. I immediately called the company and re-ordered 12 Elegance Ascot Valances in CAMEL, hoping that they would get it right this time. Unfortunately, when I received my new package today, I was disappointed to find that they had once again sent me GOLD valances.
I spoke to a customer service representative named JORDAN, who was not very helpful and seemed to be frustrated with me. I was surprised to find out that Touch of Class has an average rating of 1.6 stars out of 52 reviews, with MOST customers being dissatisfied. This is not a good sign for any company, and I hope that the owners take note of this and make some changes.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, JORDAN told me that none were available because they were all in meetings. She then proceeded to hang up on me, which I found to be very disrespectful and abhorrent. I called back two more times and finally spoke to a representative named SIERRA, who was able to connect me with a supervisor named LARCEN. LARCEN promised to pass my information along to the call center manager, Carla G.
In addition to the poor customer service, I was also disappointed with the quality of the valances. I took pictures of the two CAMEL valances that I already owned and compared them to the two packages of GOLD valances that Touch of Class sent me. The colors were not even close, and I was extremely frustrated with the whole situation.
Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience with Touch of Class. I hope that they take steps to improve their customer service and quality control in the future. As a consumer, I would advise others to be cautious when making purchases from this company.
Touch of Class Review: Poor Customer Service and Frustrating Experience
I recently had an experience with Touch of Class that left me feeling quite frustrated. My wife had been eagerly awaiting the arrival of a chair that we had ordered several months prior. When it finally arrived, we discovered that it was not easily put together due to some inferior hardware and design. After struggling to assemble it, we found that one of the casters would not screw into the leg due to bad threads on the receiving leg.
We contacted the company and were initially told that they would send us a replacement leg and caster. However, we later received an email stating that they could not do that as their new stock was different. We were asked to send in pictures of the damage, which we did. However, we were then told that we would need to send the chair back and they would send us a new one. This was frustrating, as it meant that my wife would have to disassemble, repack, ship, and then reassemble a new chair when it arrived.
When I asked if they could offer us a discount for the inconvenience, I was told that they could not do that. I was also told that I could only communicate with the owners via email, which was disappointing. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and threatened to leave a one-star rating, the customer service representative, Rachel, hung up on me.
Overall, I would not recommend Touch of Class based on this experience. While I understand that mistakes happen, the lack of empathy and willingness to help on the part of the customer service representative was disappointing. It also speaks to the company's overall approach to customer service. If you are looking for a company that values its customers and is willing to go above and beyond to make things right, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Mixed Feelings: A Review of Touch of Class Home Decor & Furnishings
I recently made a purchase on Touch of Class website and I must say, I had mixed feelings about my experience. I ordered seven items for my new home and the total cost was over $1,000 before a discount. While some of the products were of good quality, others were not worth the high price tag. The shipping cost was also quite expensive and returning any item that did not fit my space or decor was a hassle.
Although the customer service staff were friendly, I noticed that their technology was not up to par with most vendors. I had an issue with my payment and they cancelled my order without any explanation. When I contacted them, they said that their payment software would not accept my credit card without a zip code that I never used. This was quite frustrating as I had to re-enter my order and I could not see it online.
To make matters worse, Fedex shipped some of the items to a different zip code, which was assigned to my credit card. One of the items was also delayed, which was not reflected in the initial charge on my credit card statement. It took several requests and over a week to get a document that they claimed was the final order. The new order had higher shipping costs and it did not match the original order.
When I returned some of the items, I never received any acknowledgement from Touch of Class. During one of my calls to resolve the billing questions, I was informed that they do not inform customers when they receive the item in acceptable condition. Instead, I had to wait for my credit card statement.
Overall, I found that Touch of Class was too much work for the quality and outcome. While their customer service staff were friendly, their technology and shipping practices need improvement. The prices were also quite high for the value received. I would recommend looking elsewhere for home decor and furnishings.
Touch of Class Complaints 17
I bought a $200 standing LED lit mirror that is two-sided in the third time I turned it on it doesn’t come on. I called customer service.
So I called customer service and gave them all of the information that was on the shipping box and the item like model number shipment date serial number, etc. and they said that they would have to get back to me. I lost my mind I spent $200 on a special mirror, and I turned it on three times in one month. It’s been a week and no one has contacted me. I am fuming. Please help.
Caution: Check Availability Before Ordering from Touch of Class
I was on the hunt for some new window coverings and stumbled upon Touch of Class. After browsing for hours, I finally found the perfect options for my home. I placed my order and eagerly awaited their arrival. However, to my disappointment, I received an email stating that the product was not even available after the fact. I was shocked and frustrated that all the items I ordered were not marked as "out of stock" and were instead marked as available.
I would caution others to not spend hours shopping on this site unless they have a lot of time to spare. If the items are ever replenished, that is. Unfortunately, Touch of Class did not stock any of the 9 items that were marked as available. It was a frustrating experience and I wish I had known beforehand that the items were not actually in stock.
Overall, I would recommend being cautious when shopping on Touch of Class. While they may have some great options, it's important to double-check availability before placing an order. Hopefully, they can improve their inventory management in the future to avoid similar situations.
Disappointing Experience with Touch of Class: Unhelpful Customer Service and Unexpected Costs
I recently made a purchase from Touch of Class, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience. I ordered a set of curtains, but when they arrived, they were extremely wrinkled. In fact, they were so wrinkled that I had to take them to the dry cleaner to get them pressed. This cost me a whopping $80, which was quite a disappointment.
I decided to call Touch of Class to see if they could help me out with the cost of the dry cleaning. However, I was met with a less than helpful response. The customer service representative told me that it was too late for them to do anything about it, and that I should have called them first before getting the curtains pressed. They said that if I had called them first, they would have been able to give me an adjustment on the cost of the curtains.
I was really disappointed with this response. It seemed like Touch of Class didn't care about whether or not I was a satisfied customer. They were unwilling to work with me to find a solution to the problem, and I was left feeling frustrated and out of pocket.
Overall, I think that Touch of Class could do a better job of working with their customers to resolve issues like this. It's unfortunate that they were not willing to help me out, and I hope that they will reconsider their policies in the future. If you're considering making a purchase from Touch of Class, I would recommend being cautious and making sure that you understand their policies before you buy anything.

Disappointing Experience with Touch of Class: Poor Workmanship and Frustrating Customer Service
I recently purchased a couple of lamps from Touch of Class website. The lamps were quite expensive, costing me just under $500. However, I was disappointed with the poor workmanship of the lamps. One of the shades was punctured, which was quite frustrating. I immediately contacted the customer service team and was informed that they had sent an email with pick-up instructions. However, I never received the email.
After a week, I contacted them again, and they informed me that the lamps had been picked up and were at a Fort Meyers Fed ex facility. However, they couldn't process my refund until they had the lamps in their possession. This was quite frustrating as it was not my problem. I have been waiting for almost three weeks now, and the issue is still not resolved.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Touch of Class. I will never order from them again. Their future catalogs will be used to start a campfire. It is quite frustrating to spend so much money on a product and receive such poor quality and service. I hope they improve their service in the future.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Touch of Class
I recently made a purchase of $400 worth of products from Touch of Class. When my order arrived, everything was in good condition except for one wastebasket. The bottom was completely detached, which was disappointing. I decided to call Touch of Class to see what could be done about it. They instructed me to return the wastebasket via FedEX and they would replace it.
I had to drive 45 minutes to the nearest FedEX depot to ship it back, but I followed their instructions. A couple of weeks later, I received the replacement wastebasket. However, it was a completely different style than the one I had originally ordered. I called Touch of Class again to explain the situation. They told me to ship the latest wastebasket back, but I refused. I had already followed their instructions and they had made the mistake. It was their problem to fix, not mine.
Unfortunately, I am still waiting for FedEX to pick up the latest wastebasket and I am still waiting for the correct one that I paid $42.00 for. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Touch of Class. I will never deal with these [censored]s again!
Unreliable and Dishonest: My Disappointing Experience with Touch of Class
I was really excited to order a comforter from Touch of Class, but unfortunately my experience has been less than satisfactory. I placed my order online and was told that it would be shipped on August 31st. However, when September 1st came around, I still hadn't received any communication about my order. I waited a few more days, but by September 7th, I decided to call their customer service line to see what was going on.
To my disappointment, the representative I spoke with told me that my order had been pushed back to September 9th. I was frustrated that I hadn't been notified of this delay, but I decided to wait a little longer. However, September 10th has come and gone, and I still haven't received my shipment or any email updates. I find it strange that I haven't received any emails from them, even though the representative I spoke with assured me that they were automatic.
To make matters worse, I tried calling their customer service line on a Saturday at 1:30pm Eastern time (which is within their listed hours of operation), but was greeted with a message saying that they were closed. This was really frustrating, and I've decided to cancel my order so that I don't have to deal with this any longer.
It's a real shame, because I haven't been able to find comforters like the ones on Touch of Class anywhere else. However, I'm starting to wonder if they even have them in stock, or if they just have cool pictures of them on their website. I would strongly advise against ordering anything from this site, as my experience has been that they are not reliable and may even be dishonest.
Mixed Experience with Touch of Class: Slipcovers Did the Job, but Bait and Switch Tactic Used for Love Seat Cover
I recently had an experience with Touch of Class, and I must say, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. As a grandparent, I love my grandkids to bits, but they can be quite hard on soft furnishings. That's why I decided to get slipcovers for two of my chairs. I didn't want to spend too much money on them, as I knew they would likely be throwaways. And that's exactly what they were.
However, I then decided to order a love seat cover from Touch of Class. Again, I didn't want to spend too much money on it, as I knew it would likely be a throwaway. I placed my order, and two days later, I received an email from Amex saying that the seller had changed the amount charged. I wasn't sure what this was about, but I assumed it was related to a postage issue.
A week later, I checked the code for delivery, and there was no information posted. I sent an email to Touch of Class, asking why it hadn't been shipped yet. They responded quickly, saying that they weren't sure why it hadn't been shipped, but that they would expedite it. The next day, I received another email from them, saying that the item was unavailable, and apologizing for the inconvenience.
I was a bit frustrated by this, so I went to their website to see if I could order the same item again. I was able to place an order, but I didn't complete the payment information. In my age group, we call this bait and switch.
Overall, my experience with Touch of Class was a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the slipcovers I ordered were cheap and did the job. On the other hand, the love seat cover I ordered was unavailable, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of with the bait and switch tactic. So, if you're thinking of ordering from Touch of Class, just be sure to watch carefully and read the fine print.
Disappointing Experience with Touch of Class: Missing Item and Poor Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from Touch of Class, an online home decor store. I was excited to receive my new bedspread and valance for my bedroom. However, when my package arrived, I was disappointed to find that only the valance had been included. I immediately contacted the company to inquire about the missing bedspread.
To my dismay, I was informed that the bedspread had been discontinued and was no longer available. I was frustrated by this news, as I had specifically chosen this item for my bedroom. I then requested to return the valance, as it no longer matched my decor without the bedspread. However, the customer service representative informed me that they could not accept the return, as the item had been shipped directly from the manufacturer.
I explained that I had ordered the item from Touch of Class, not the manufacturer, and that I should be able to return it. The representative agreed to contact the manufacturer and request a mailing label for me to return the valance. Unfortunately, I never received the label and was left with no way to return the item.
As a result, I am now out $65 and stuck with a valance that I cannot use. I would have been happy to keep the valance if the bedspread had arrived as expected, but it was not my fault that the company took my order over the phone without verifying that the item was in stock.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Touch of Class. While I understand that items can be discontinued or out of stock, I feel that the company should have done more to rectify the situation and provide me with a solution. I would caution others to be wary when ordering from this company, as their customer service and policies may not be as reliable as other companies.
Disappointing Experience with Touch of Class: Gift Cards Not Honored and Poor Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from Touch of Class and unfortunately had a negative experience. I had a few gift credit cards that I wanted to use for my purchase, and I called ahead to see if they could be combined. The representative I spoke with checked with her supervisor and assured me that it would not be a problem. The transaction took a bit longer than usual as they had to process each card separately, but I was happy to be able to use them to purchase something I really wanted.
After the sale was confirmed with a confirmation and delivery date, I eagerly awaited my purchase. However, a week later, I received an email stating that they would not be able to complete my order. I was shocked and disappointed, and immediately tried to contact a supervisor. Unfortunately, when I called, I was directed to a recording and was unable to speak with anyone. I also sent an email to the company, but received no response.
I was frustrated and upset that they had taken my money and refused to deliver the product or even respond to my attempts to contact them. It was a disappointing experience and I will not be shopping with them again. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future to prevent similar situations from happening to others.
Touch of Class Review: Poor Customer Service and No Return Shipping Offered
I wouldn't recommend buying from Touch of Class. They don't offer return shipping like Amazon does, which is a bummer. If you buy from Amazon, you get free return shipping and immediate refunds. I had to pay $55.00 to UPS to return two small rugs, which I think is way too much. Plus, their items are about twice the price of other sellers, which I found out the hard way. I tried calling customer service, but I was number 31 on the call waiting list. I eventually gave up trying to contact them by phone. It's not worth your time to deal with this seller. You should buy from another seller with better customer service and return shipping.
Another thing that bothered me was that they didn't include an invoice with the shipment. I had to print off my original order and go on their website to get a return paper. It was a hassle. I received an invoice in the mail about a week after receiving the order, but I had already shipped the rugs back.
Overall, I think Touch of Class needs to step up their game if they want to compete with other sellers. They need to offer return shipping and improve their customer service. The prices are too high, and the hassle of returning items is not worth it. I would recommend looking for another seller that offers better service and prices.
Touch of Class Review: Terrible Customer Service and False Reviews
Don't waste your hard-earned cash on Touch of Class. I'm not sure how they're still in business with such lousy (or maybe more fittingly, non-existent) customer service. I've tried calling their customer service line multiple times over the past few weeks, but it's just a recording that tells you to call back during business hours. Every time I've called, it's been during their business hours, but I still can't get through. It's a total joke. I've been trying to complete my order for months now. I placed my order back in June, but every two weeks, the "backorder ship date" just keeps getting pushed back. I've sent several emails to customer service, but I haven't received any response, updates, or offers of compensation. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
To make matters worse, I've tried leaving a review of the product I'm trying to order several times, but they never post it. So, you can't trust all the positive reviews you see on their website because they only let the good ones through. It's not fair to potential customers who rely on reviews to make informed decisions.
Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with Touch of Class. Their lack of customer service and transparency is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and suggest you take your business elsewhere.
Terrible experience
I have ordered an item from www.touchofclass.com and when I received the payment confirmation email I saw that there was something wrong with my order. I contacted customer service right away and was told that they accidentally made an incorrect order. I asked them to cancel it but they said that it was not possible since the order was already processing. They said that after receiving the order I can send it back and they'll refund my money.
So several weeks later I received the package and emailed customer service saying that I got the item and I'm ready to send it back. They replied about three days later and said that they don't give refunds and do not accept anything back! I reminded them about my situation and they said that they were very sorry but these was nothing they could do. So I was stick with something I never wanted to buy. I'm very disappointed with Touch of Class!
Their baskets weren't durable
I purchased two rugs and two baskets from the company www.touchofclass.com. I received the order on time, and the rugs were ok, but the baskets were with detached bottom. They were useless. I called to the seller and he told me that I could get new one from their store. I drove there and changed the baskets, but it wasn’t durable at all. It was broken after couple of days. Don’t buy baskets from this company.
Junk!
The quality of the items is poor. Almost all of the items are made in China, and are horrible. What you pay, and what you get are widely different! I have been a customer for years, and have watched this company go down the tubes as far as quality of merchandise, and ESPECIALLY customer service. Unless it is obviously their fault you will be waiting a long time for your refund, and you will be paying for each item to be returned to them.
Scam
I purchased a bedspread, valence and shams from Touch of Class. It arrived promptly, however when I opened the package with the bedspread, it smelled. When I put it on my bed, it was crumpled looking and looked more like it was a used bedspread. I immediately put it back in the packaging and shipped it back to Touch of Class. When they received it they called and said that they would not accept it and will not credit me back because the labels were cut off. I was outraged...what labels? I didn't have enough time to see any labels when I saw the condition of this bedspread. I explained that and told them I never saw a label. They insisted and accused me of lying, saying that I cut the labels with a scissor. I strongly objected, then they offered me a store credit. I couldn't believe it. First they accused me of lying then offer a store credit, but never even acknowledging that maybe they sent me a defective of used item. What happened with the customer is always right...They have NO CLASS. Just their way of not accepting returns even when they are blatantly wrong. Touch of Class is Classles...I have this dilemma in the hands of my credit card company at this time.
I ordered 2 blankets and 4 sheet sets from Touch of Class. The 2 blankets and ONE sheet set came immediately. After a week, I called to see where my other 3 sheet sets were, and they said they had all shipped together. I only have one sheet set, but I have been charged for all 4. They owe me a refund of $257.97, but I get no where for my request foe same. I have called them daily for 20 days to no avail. This no way to treat customers.
Purchased an inferior item from the website catalog. Wrote a negative review detailing my problems with the problem. Company apparently does not publish any bad reviews of their products as I have checked several times and my review does not show up. Wrote another one twice and nothing shows up on web site under reviews of that product. Only reviews published are the 5 star reviews. So their reviews are not to be relied upon for any accuracy.
After reading the other reviews it is apparent that they haven't changed over the last two years! I ordered a pet furniture cover and when I received the item the color did not match my couch. I immediately put it in the packaging and returned it with the return paper work. A month later, what i believed to be another couch cover arrives at my door. I called them to ask about the product and they explain that this is the same couch cover that I had returned and that it was "covered with stains and not in any packaging." I was shocked! I asked to speak with the manager and was told customers could not speak directly to management. I was told they would send me an email with the manager's response to my concern. I told them I was hesitant to hang up because i didn't want another month to pass. I was told the manager was not in her office. I asked how the product was in packaging now if I hadn't returned it with packaging and if this was the same cover. I was told they "must have found another case as a courtesy to me." I am still waiting for a reply but will never do business with this company and beg others to look elsewhere. They're products are not great quality, colors are different than advertised, and they will lie and make false claims rather than accept a return.
Refused to accept return
Product ordered was not the same color as pictured on website -- and I dont mean a shade off, I mean it was pictured as dark brown and the item received was off-white. Here's where the real trouble began: it took over a month and 10 phone calls plus getting my credit card involved for them to authorize the return; then another 2 weeks of phone calls to get the refund for the return!
I have a friend who loves this company; but she has never had a return! Personally, I would never order from them again.

Shoddy workmanship
Pool cabana and garage enclosure at my residence. The contract with Touch of Class Construction, Inc. was signed on May 23, 2005. The sales representative presented himself as the nephew of the owner of company. This turned out to be untrue. It was represented that Touch of Class, Inc. had its own salaried workers and would not be subcontracting any of the work to other contractors. This was totally untrue. In fact, according to the State Contractors Licensing Board, Touch of Class, Inc. has no employees. Most of the workers were unlicensed and undocumented. During conversations Mr. Cohen would yell, swear, and threaten. He failed to follow the plans and contract agreements as prepared by my architect. He charged approximately 20% more than the contract price for items that were to have been included per the plans. He had promised that there would only be a few days of down time during which my pool had to be emptied due to the removal of the pool equipment. It took over 3 weeks resulting in cracks in the pool plaster; requiring re-plastering at a cost of $5300 out of pocket. Plans called for upgrading electrical panel. He refused; cost me $600. I had to have the driveway re-surfaced as well due to construction damage. All toll I paid him over $15000 extra and still had to hire other contractors to repair the completed work, plus the cost of the pool, driveway, and electrical. I felt forced to comply in order to have the project completed. He had threatened that if I did not pay he would have people come to tear out the completed work. In the end, I just wanted him out of my life. I have a complete log of events from the beginning as well as pictures of the shoddy workmanship.
