Be warned, this site uses images of art you DO NOT RECEIVE! You get a printed canvas and a frame kit to build yourself. It is a VERY difficult process to trim the canvas corners and basically looks like you did it yourself. The art does NOT come with the frame pictured with exposed outer frame. This site sells basic prints (different colours than pictured) of 'similar' art of the original.
This Place is a SCAM
I have ordered multiple canvas pictures from other sellers. These pictures came on a piece of stretch canvas and while not framed, you can hang the picture on the wall. Please BEWARE, the canvas I ordered from Canvas Castle came as basically a piece of printed canvas/paper rolled up in a tube. How the heck am I supposed to hang that? They said I didn't pay for a frame and that would cost an additonal amount over $200! So they said I could return the rolled up piece of paper/canvas print. They are in New Zealand and the cost to return this $80 canvas is over $100! They would not pay for return postage. I feel like this place is a scam, do not buy from them. I never will.
Recommendation: Find your Canvas art elsewhere.
They are listed with the Better Business Bureau as being in Miami, I would never have ordered from them if I knew they were In New Zealand.

They took my payment very promptly and since then I have heard nothing from them. I got one email saying my order was confirmed on the 4th December (same day) since then, nothing! However, I have received a very large number of emails with promotional offerings and all types of tempting value add offers, however the can not even supply me my first order or keep me updated on its status. CanvasCastle is good at sending lots of promotions emails/spam and promptly taking your money, but when it comes to your first order, they just ignore it and hope you keep buying. I have messaged Canvas Castle via email (as per their website), sent a facebook message and now await a reply. I will keep you all updated on its progress. Cheers and be cautious.
Not worth the Time, Money or Hassle
Not worth the time or money, even if the prices are cheap. The website is not clear unless when placing an order (unless you specifically dive into the FAQ's) that canvas's do not come pre-stretched. Their definition of a "frame" are stretcher bars, not like typical industry standards of a frame around an already stretched canvas. In either case, they offer a "Do it Yourself" (DIY) solution, which is not conducive to most customers. Upon arrival, the canvas is cheap. I know this because I am an artist who paints on high quality canvas. The stuff used here is thin and feels like plastic (even though it's not). Lastly, they over a 30 day money back guarantee which is not the case. This is direct from customer service "That policy is for damaged canvases but I am willing to make an exception for you for being such a valued customer, though refunds are incredibly rare as we have the lowest prices in the world and the cost to send it back will be similar to what you paid." Though they were willing to refund me, they strong arm customers knowing that the cost to ship the item back to them would be the same that you paid for. This was verified by getting a quote from the post office.
They offered for me to purchase their own stretcher bars, but considering their website says that you "glue" the canvas to the bars, I didn't have faith these would be of any substantial quality. Once I found my own stretcher bars and assembled the pieces, they are nice enough to look at but as I said to start, not worth the time, money or hassle.

They responded with sarcastic comments that made it seem like I had some sort of mental problem. Can you believe the kind of customer service they provide? The only positive thing is that they did change the picture after I complained, which at least shows that they acknowledged their mistake. But why didn't they take responsibility for it?

I told 'em I was real disappointed with the canvas quality within a week of gettin' it. The canvas ain't up to snuff, and I ain't lookin' to keep 'em. Can't find no phone numbers to call 'em up neither. Order number ***.

I ordered a real big canvas with a frame. I got a canvas print and some wood pieces to put together myself. It cost me $120 and I had to take it to a fancy framing store. They told me that the frame pieces were too small for this big canvas. Now I gotta spend another $50 to get it stretched and framed. Don't waste your money, seriously! I tried reaching out on *** and instagram and messenger, but guess what? They blocked me! This is a total scam, so be careful if you're thinking of buying from them!

I ordered a Canvas and Frames from the company. I received the wrong canvas as it was not mirrored as stated in their site. I received no help or understanding from the company. Actually very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money or time on canvas castle. Their customer service is horrible. You can buy many of the same canvas on TEMU for a third of the price and then go to Etsy and look for a stretch frame from any independent seller for a fraction of the price.

I mean, they actually sent me an email saying that they were going to have someone bother me every day for a few months just because I left a negative review about their product. As the evening progressed, the situation worsened, and they even resorted to abusive and harassing behavior, which I have evidence of in the attached images. They have also targeted my online profile and sent inappropriate emails regarding my deceased daughter. Moreover, they have publicly disclosed all of my personal information and have been calling my mobile phone and hanging up since 12:10 am, using a withheld number and ***. I urgently need them to delete all my personal data and refrain from contacting me through any means. I have contacted PayPal to request a refund because I cannot pay for a product that I have not received, especially considering the abuse and harassment I have endured in the past 24 hours. This company is engaged in malicious practices and should not be allowed to continue operating.

I placed an order on 5/28/22 for a Print (artwork) with a frame. They said I would also get a "bonus print" as a first-time customer or something. I got a shipping notification on 6/4/22, and the package arrived on 6/16/22. When we opened it, there was only a frame and instructions for the frame. The prints were missing. I emailed Canvas Castle, and they said they would look into it. They got back to me the next day and said they checked the weight, which indicated that the prints should have been included. They accused me of lying or someone stealing the prints. I offered to send pictures of the packaging and how it looked tampered with. They just said that if I sent the frame back, they would give me a refund. But I just want the print I paid for. Why should I have to return the frame to get a refund and then order the same print again? If I was lying, wouldn't it be better for me to keep the print and get a refund? Now they're ignoring me. I've sent multiple unanswered emails. They even blocked me on their Facebook page when I left a negative review.

I orderd the Love Letters grafiti sign from Custom Castle. ALL SALES are final even though on the page you purchase from states there is a 30 day guarantee. This policy is only if your package is damaged. If you are unsatisfied with your product cannot return. After emailing the company several times they finally said I could return it but they are in *** so it will be costly to return. Probably not worth it.My issue with the product. The background is not white it gets more grey toward the bottom. The border will have letters on the side of the frame as it the canvas is wrapped around the frame even though the background is white. If there was grafiti in the background I could see why this would be but it doesn't. This could be a preference but the video that is shown to help put the frame together has a white border.What I am most upset about is that they have blocked me so I cannot tell my experience with them. They told me I was posting spam, being nasty and trying to scare customers. That is not my intention. I want people to understand what they are buying and who they are buying from so they are not mislead to do make the same mistake as I did. A $100.00 may not be a lot to other people but I am a teacher and it is to me.My goal is for people to understand that when you purchase from Canvas Castle there is no recourse if you are unhappy with your purchase. This is sad because I was so excited about this purchase. A reputable company that is concerned about their customers will make their return policy clear to their customers and stand behind their product.
