Canvas castle is scamming their customers, selling low quality artworks and then running off with the money. When I received my canvas it was really poor quality and there was an oil stain on it, so I asked for a refund. They said no returns and offered me another [censored] quality product.
Then as I got more frustrated with the no refund, the customer service rep became extremely rude and and said I wasted his valuable time and that it was extremely disappointing for him as apparently the oil stain was meant to be on the picture.
When I wrote a bad review on trust pilot, I was told to take it down and they would send me a new one if I took it down.
All the bad reviews are of similar experiences and you can tell that the positive reviews are fake. They need to be shut down!

These guys are complete scam artists selling low quality products and not offering refunds. When you speak to their customer service, they are rude, condescending and they gaslight their customers.
All their positive reviews are clearly fake.
They even tried to threaten me to take my Trust Pilot review off.
Buyer Beware - DO NOT BUY
Notify the local consumer protection group and the appropriate commerce department in your country about Canvas Castle, as they are being dishonest. Gather evidence of your communication, stating an example of a low-grade product, terrible service, and being forced to delete a review. Use social media marketing to promote and issue a warning, alongside initiating a reversal of the charge via your payment service to get your funds back. Continue taking action until you are given a response so that others are not hurt similarly.
