Searched and fell in love with a picture for a certain theme and area of decor. It took longer than expected to receive. Reasons given were the fires in California and the rains/flooding after that. I was patient. I tracked my purchase faithfully, anticipating its arrival. Imagine my surprise when I was notified it had been delivered to my mailbox! I thought it was a 24x47"/60x120cm framed picture! At least that's what I was lead to believe looking at the website and previewing my order. Upon opening the parcel, the picture was not vivid, not beautiful and not even the same colors. I was tremendously disappointed. I went back and looked at the small print, and sure enough, it did say no frame, which wouldn't have been completely terrible if the quality of the picture had been what it was proposed to be. I contacted customer support and was given the run around several times. I finally received an address to send it to for a refund...in Auckland, New Zealand! It would cost me three times as much as I paid for the picture to return it, which I am sure, is what they were counting on. If I don't return it, they don't have to refund my money!
Horrible customer service! I feel like I got scammed in the worst way! This is not a good, reputable company! I would never recommend anyone buy anything from this company! I don't feel like there is anything legitimate about it in any way!
