Rumble on might be a good company but do not deal with a certain buyer I did get an offer fairly quick but I didn't respond to it. A couple days later, this buyer calls me directly with an offer significantly higher than the original offer. He asked me to take my bike to a local dealer 45 minutes away, contradicting the promise of picking the bike up from my house as the advertisement states. Upon arrival at the dealer, confusion reigned as no one was informed about the purpose of my visit. There was no representative or buyer present to complete the transaction. Consequently, I had to return home with my bike. The same buyer then retracted his promise, claiming he only offered a modest increase over the original bid. Fortunately, the staff at the dealership were commendable, as they stepped in to honor the increased offer over the original one. My advice is to avoid dealing with unreliable buyers and to insist on getting offers in writing, either through email or text, to prevent any changes to the agreed amount.
Terrible business no one on the phone could help me, the lady had a bad attitude and they tell me after I did all my paperwork and turned down other offers that they dont work with citi bank even though thats what I put in the first place. Theres a ton of other cash for motorcycle places out there dont waste your time with this one TRUST ME!
NOT in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, they do not offer an option to opt out of emails. their "Unsubscribe- Unsubscribe preferences" text at the bottom of their emails is useless text, no links or anyway to unsubscribe.

Don't trust them or their offer. They sucker you in with an offer and then lowball you at the end. They say they disclose it, but they bury the bait and switch deep down. I have dealt with many organizations, but this one is highly disreputable.
I was given an offer and I accepted. I signed the *** of sale and sent them my title. They get my title and because the title has more mileage than the actual bike (I couldn't remember the mileage when I got the title) they then drop the offer $900. I told them to send my title back. Now I have to get a new title since I signed it over to them on the back already. I found out afterwards that I could of fixed the title so there wasn't actually a problem. I'm assuming they thought that since they already had my title that they could manipulate me into dropping the price. Pretty shady business practices if you ask me.
I sold my motorcycle to RumbleOn and after two weeks theybI had not yet picked up the bike and it gets stolen. They told me I needed to return the payment because it was in my possession and I didnt deliver the bike. I believed that although I now know that they need to settle with their insurance company since they hold title. When I contacted my insurance company they requested title. RumbleOn would not return the title to me and sent me a copy. RumbleOn claims that it is not typical insurance company protocol to request title.
I just sold a second bike to Rumble On and they both were fantastic experiences. In both cases, they offered well north of the typical wholesale values. I see folks giving them bad reviews because they gave them a low offer. I am sure Rumble On uses various metrics to determine the value of a specific bike to them at that particular time given numerous market conditions. They were absolutely above board every step of the way. They detailed how the transaction would work at the outset, and it worked out to those steps exactly. Their communication was great and the whole process for the sale was very quick. They provided clear instructions for anything I had to send them. I received my check the day after they received my title with both of my sales. Highly recommended.

Offered half of what the bike is shown for on their website . I get making money but that's rediculous
Insulting! Offered less than half of current market value and 35% of NADA value.
I got a good deal on my 2019 Yamaha R6. That being said I cannot it was great experience. Pros: I received the $ for my bike promptly and without any issues Cons: Poor communication, difficult to know what to expect I told the rep I needed the bike picked up by a certain date (lets pretend that day was July 5), or no deal. And he said that was possible. The date came and went without a single message from RumbleOn. I didn't get any replies to my questions when and who will be picking up the bike. This was very confusing as I had the money for the bike in my accounts and the title turned over to RumbleOn. About 2 days after that July 5 date, I got a text message saying someone would pick up the bike about in about 1 week. Lets just say the dates were July 12 - 15. I asked if I could have the # of who would pick it up and they couldn't tell me. About 3 days before the July 12th date, I get a call from a driver who said they would pick up the bike the next day (July 9th). Only to have him call me back a few hours later and tell me it would be the following day (July 10th). He did get the bike on July 10th about 3 hours later than the time frame he mentioned. I am a very busy person and my availability is limited and has to be scheduled, unfortunately. This was very frustrating to deal with. I cannot say I would definitely go back to RumbleOn for future business. The trade/sale side when through without a hitch, for which I am quite pleased. But the process of getting the bike picked up was frustrating.

I realize these are hard times, but I had an accepted offer on my motorcycle with a bill of sale, that you mailed me back my title, without letting me know what was going on. Then email me a cash offer for $1,200 less than before. That is not very nice during these trying times.

Got an offer and then had that offer retracted. All of the information was provided upfront about the bike, but they have a secondary review process - once the first review is done and an automatic quote is generated, wait until you get through the secondary review process as the offer is not formal or set in stone. They can pull it for any reason at any time.

For Rumble on Excellent customer experience is a under statement my sales professional Cody J did a outstanding job helping me with my purchase he was extremely patient, honest, full of information with excellent communication skills. I am also very impressed with Rumble on vehicle standards my 2007 Honda shadow looks 100% better than it did in the picture on their website this bike looks brand new the detailing job was over the top. I'd rate RumbleOn with 2 stars and the Medina-based transporter with 5 stars
I wish I could give two ratings because I would give 2 Stars to RumbleOn and 5 Stars to the transporter from Medina. RumbleOn paid promptly, but initial communication was unclear until the transporter contacted me and scheduled a pickup. On pickup day, I messaged the transporter, only to learn he was reassigned and someone else should have collected my bike. No one else informed me. I was frustrated as I had arranged plans with the transporter and he was the only one who reached out. Fortunately, the transporter spoke with the dispatcher and managed to retrieve my bike. My excellent experience with RumbleOn was solely due to the diligent transport guy from Medina.

I purchased a 2018 BMW K1600 from Rumble On
I purchased a 2018 BMW K1600 from Rumble On. This is my second bike purchase from them. The bike was schedule to be delivered Thursday 4/23. Thursday came and went and no bike. Only after I started making phone calls that I learned the bike would be delivered Monday morning. The driver even called Friday and confirmed the delivery Monday morning. Sunday comes and I get a phone call from the driver and he says the Monday morning delivery will not happen. He needs to "move some things around". I called Rumble On and spoke to my salesman Donald. He was not helpful and seem to think it was big deal that the delivery was pushed back twice. I asked how Rumble On was going to make this up to to me a repeat customer. Donald said there was nothing he could do. I guess their customer service has gone down since my first purchase. I will NEVER buy from Rumble On again!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Hi there
Hi there. I recently submitted pictures of my RZR S *** to get a quote on what RumbleOn would purchase my vehicle for. The quote came back at ***. Lower than Id like. Someone called me and I told them that is was too low and they said they could go to $15k. Which I accepted. Went through the process, have them everything they needed- title, drivers license, etc. Went through the entire process to get approve. They sent me the form to sign. Called me to tell me to sign. I was at work so I waited till I got home and then got called saying they reviewed the pictures and they can only give me $13,500. The supervisor looked at it and said there was damage not enclosed. I asked if they ever looked at the pictures and he said yes, but they viewed them again and cant give me the offer they verbally confirmed with me several times. Just a bad way to do business. Extremely unprofessional. I will not do business with them and do not recommend them unless you want to waste time and energy. I hope they delete all my information.

These people are not credible. The offers they make are ridiculously out of touch with reality. Avoid these people like the plague.
