I spent a lot of money on stone from Rumford Stone, Inc
I spent a lot of money on stone from Rumford Stone, Inc. for my kitchen, but unfortunately, they made a mistake. I wanted to make sure there was no gap under the stone shelf and stone on the wall, but they didn't read the paperwork and there ended up being a gap. They glued down the stone shelf when they shouldn't have, so the second installer had to cut my stone wall to fit under. This can't be fixed without redoing my entire kitchen, which would be a nightmare for me. I reached out to Rumford and they only compensated me $800 for the stone shelf. I asked for a refund for the stone wall, but they ignored me. I have many emails to the director of sales pointing out their wrongdoing, but they haven't taken responsibility.
