I was really excited to try out Rungolee, but unfortunately, the clothes didn't fit me quite right. The length was way too long and the silk material felt a bit scratchy against my skin. To make matters worse, I found out that they don't offer refunds - only store credit - and there's also a return fee that you have to pay. It's a bit disappointing, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes.

I recently had an experience with Rungolee and I must say, I was not impressed. The biggest issue I had was with their refund policy. They only offer store credit, which I found to be quite frustrating. I mean, why would I want a store credit when the merchandise is not up to par? It just doesn't make sense to me.

In my opinion, if a product is inferior to what is described, the customer should be entitled to a full refund. It's only fair. But unfortunately, that's not the case with Rungolee.

Overall, I would not recommend this company. The refund policy and quality of the products just don't cut it for me.

I've been wanting to order a Brooklyn blouse from Rungolee for over a year now. Finally, I decided to order it for a special occasion. I was really excited to receive it, but when it arrived (almost two weeks later), I was disappointed to see how oversized and long it was. I decided to ask for a refund minus their shipping and handling. However, their Customer Service informed me that they have a "clearly posted no-refunds policy" on their website. I was shocked to hear this, and when I spoke to the owner, she confirmed that she would keep me to this policy. I highly recommend that anyone considering buying from Rungolee online reads this policy before making a purchase. They will not release any unhappy customers, unlike any other business would.

If you do decide to return an item, be prepared to pay for shipping back what you do not keep. They will keep you in the exchange and store credit loop, which can be frustrating. I was disappointed to learn that they do not offer refunds, but I understand that this is their policy.

One thing that really bothered me was that if you write on their Instagram page telling others about their no-refunds policy, they will ban you there. This seems unfair and unprofessional. I think it's important for customers to be able to share their experiences, both positive and negative.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Rungolee. While their clothing may look beautiful online, the quality and fit may not meet your expectations. Be sure to read their policies carefully before making a purchase.
