I would give them zero stars but apparently that is not an option.
This place is the absolute worst company I have ever experienced.
I placed an order on the 8th of may. I received an email on the 13th of may stating my order has been shipped and will be delivered that day. I call their customer service department to confirm that delivery will be that day and they confirm. 5pm comes and I call again and was told they cannot contact the courier company and I must wait 5 days. Haha. So I wait right? What else can I do. I wait... And wait... And nothing. I contact them again (keep in mind if you call you will either get hung up on or zero information, the whatsapp chat option they just end the chat, so facebook is your best bet) I send them a message on facebook and ask them for an update. "we escalated it to the delivery team and will provide an update" - okay cool so I wait... And wait... Nothing. No one calls or emails or even sends a message on facebook. So I message them again asking for an update on my "escalation" and I get told delivery was rescheduled for the 23. Well low and behold. Today is the 23rd. And guess what. Nothing! I contact them again asking for a refund because at this point I believe i've paid for something I will never get.
Do not buy from them! You will cause so much unnecesarry * for yourself plus i'm pretty sure the customer service department has zero training or quality assurance and its sickening.
Taking people's money and not delivering a service that was paid for should be the name of the company.
Recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!
