I saw the Fortune 3 Piece Lounge Suite sometime in July and visited the Russell's Klerksdorp store to view them, however they were out of stock but I was advised they could be ordered upon request. I then started a lay-bye process on the 19th of July 2023 and paid a deposit of R2000. I then made another payment of R2000 on the 10th of August 2023 and the last payment of R2294 was made on the 28th of August 2023. I received the couches shortly there after. The couches are not of good quality, poorly made, not comfortable, the material is cheap and tearing as there is wires coming out of the couches. The wires are sharp and have caused multiple peers to my family members and i. R6000 is really a lot of money for the products/items that I received. Can Russell's kindly view this matter with urgency and resolve it.
Desired outcome: For the Couches to be returned, and for me to receive a store credit then i can top up on it if required to receive better/suitable Lounge suite.
