Russells review: Fridge not working 1

Hi,
My name is Siviwe Jijana, I bought a Sumsung Microwave at Russels Gugulethu Branch on January this year and on May It stopped working and I've send it back to the store and they took it. I did a follow up after a month but the lady who assists me told me she'll do the follow and let me know but she didnt get back to me. I call the shop again on wednesday and put a pressure to them to give me my Microwave its more than two months now and same day I got a call from them saying my Microwave have arrived to the store I can come and collect it. then I went there yesterday for collection and they gave me a microwave that was on the old cut box not the original samsung one then when I get home I opened the cut box only to findout its not my microwave its an old microwave with fake papers, the serial numbers are different and date of repairs and collection is also different. I called the Customer care number to lay a complain and they told me on their system it shows ''Pending'' after 2 months and where did they get microwave they gave me yesteday if mine is still Pending on the system. If possible Im going to their store today after work I want my Micowave or My Money before I Take them to the court for Fraud. My number [protected] / [protected].
